ACarruth Home SolutionsWe spoke with Steve. He was on time, knowledgeable and even referred us to a reputable door company he trust in the area. The quote was reasonable except the warranty on he work was only three years. This was surprising since the slider itself was over a $1000.00 due to the quality.. Overrall, we decided to wait on the slider install and finish the Sheetrock work ourselves. Our house has some other projects that are “needs” over this “want” so it will have to wait awhile for now.- Ken and Charlene B.

AHandy Home SolutionsPhilip was able to replace rotted boards and substructure of our deck. It is again solid and looks really good. He also designed and constructed a wooden rail with step rails around our front porch which is a great addition to our porch and safety walking up and down our front stairs. He asked several questions and then told me before I replaced the door hardware, which could be expensive - he told me exactly what type of oil to buy to try first and it worked perfectly. AMike has built an excellent team, both in the office and in the field. The on-site team leader was helpful in every respect if a change was requested and the team always delivered on time ! Mike also provided a helpful brochure to the neighbors and there were no complaints - even during demo process - which was a great blessing. Not only would I hire Lavish Gardens again in a heartbeat, I will be asking Mike back later this year to finish up the front of the property. ASheCan2 is awesome. We have hired them for two different jobs now. Most recently we remodeled our master bathroom upstairs. They removed an old jacuzzi tub, tiled the floor to match the extending tile, and installed a new free standing tub. It turned out perfectly. Kim was very responsive with getting us an estimate and schedule, and Steve did a phenomenal job on the remodel (great attention to detail). We also appreciated how well Steve cleaned up the work area at the end of each day since we were still using the bathroom in the evenings. We will definitely use SheCan2 next time we have a project around the house!

Our labor rate is $60.00 per hour, and we bill in half hour increments. There is a $60 minimum charge for a service call during normal business hours. AGeorge Smith, the contractor, was a perfectionist with all his work. He went above and beyond my expectations. He would only consider a project done when it was perfect. George would communicate with me almost everyday to keep me up on his progress. The job started as just a house remodel and, due to the age of the house and discovering the foundation had been compromised it resulted in needing more work done. George took on every new project right away leaving a very professional job. I would use him again without question. I would recommend BMT Builders to anyone...I guarantee you will love his work.

ABest experience I have ever had with a contractor. While there were minor hickups, they were from manly unexpected issues, with some minor communication issues. Work was high quality and timely. Dennis on the business side was professional and patient. Slavik, the main contractor was actually pleasant to have around the house. They were not the cheapest bid we had, falling somewhere in the middle. We hired them because we had a sense that they were honest and hard working and we were not disappointed.
