    Firestone Complete Auto Care Store
I trust their work, they are reasonable in their price, and pretty prompt and courteous. I usually dont have to wait but the waiting room is clean. I have used them for a few years, since they started here. Its been at least five or six years.

    ERTL'S AUTOMOTIVE
Dave from ERTL's Automotive is a class act and hard working owner.  I found ERTL's on Angies List many years ago after long trusted mechanic of mine left the business.  I wanted someone I could trust to do quality work for a good price and not perform unnecessary work.  I was once again left a very happy customer.  Dave and his team got my Chevy Tahoe in for a number of needed items that I let pile up.  His office staff was very friendly and helpful.  They called me along the way to let me know what was going on and when I could expect the services to be completed.
I was happy to find this place years ago and am happy they are still performing quality work that I can trust!

    Duncan's Automotive
They would also repair and maintain my husband's wheelchair van. We'd drive the van over there and they'd send somebody back with us and then they'd deliver it to us when it was all fixed. They provided some great service for us. They're excellent. We've probably been using them for about ten years. They're easy to work with and honest. They're good people.

    ROSEVILLE TOYOTA
Upon pick-up of my vehicle, i did my usual walk-around and I noticed both front wheel covers (plastic) were cracked/split. They were not this way when I dropped it off. I discussed this with service advisor and he said I must have hit a curb. The way they were cracked was not likely from a curb (on both sides of the car?)I proposed it could have happened when they were removed for tire rotation. Not satisfied with his response of saying I was at fault, he brought out mechanic who showed me how they remove them and said no way that could have damaged it. I said theycould have been damaged by something dropping on them whole off the vehicle. Once again they accused me of bringing them in that way. I demanded I talk to Service Manager. He agreed with them that they didn't do it. He said he would split cost of replacements. I said they should replace em 100% or I will go to corporate customer relations. They never called me back within 2 business days as promised. Instead, on the third day, A representative from the dealership's service manager called me and said corporate referred it back to them. Splitting cost was still the only option offered. I declined - if not replaced, I will never return there and possibly not buy Toyota again! I don't like the implication that I was trying to get away with free wheel covers! No longer Toyota satisfied customer! P.s. Battery inspection was marked in the green, but comment on 2nd page stated battery not checked, trunk was full. It has had things in the back on all previous 9 services and never noted as not checked, trunk full. Makes you wonder how much is not really inspected but marked as such! I guess they don't check spare tire pressure either (also in trunk)!!

What can I say it was just an oil change which was done quickly and was reasonably priced for a dealer.  We have used this dealer for 4 years now and find it to be much better than most in both sales and service so we recommend it to others and continue to go there our selves.

    LINCOLN AUTOMOTIVE CENTER
Lincoln Automotive is a rarity in the automotive repair business. They are HONEST and knowledgeable and fair. I believe people have the perception that a diagnostic check has the ability to magically inform the mechanic exactly what the problem is with your vehicle. In actuality it provide a code that indicates a symptom, from there they inspect and explore and research to determine the problem. Much as Doctors practice medicine, Lincoln Automotive Center mechanics work diligently to solve car problems. I trust them to take care of me by making sure my vehicle is safe and in top running condition while respecting financial constraints.
As a single women I have been to unscrupulous mechanics that have taken advantage of the fact that I am ignorant about the ins and outs of car repair. Knowing that I can TRUST Lincoln Automotive Center. My Daughter and I are life long customers.

    ROSEVILLE TOYOTA
I walked into service and was greeted by Shane with a huge smile. He listened to me and understood how nervous I was. We talked about my car and figured out what needed to be done and how long the repair would take. He gave me an estimate and said he would call me if there were any additional problems. I left confident that Shane would do the right thing for my 2002 Toyota Camry.
I knew it would take some time to bring the car up to the
way it used to run when I bought it in 2002 so I rented a car. The rental department was very efficient also and very friendly.
My entire experience with Toyota Roseville Service department was fantastic. I think it was entirely due to Shane. All service reps should be like him!!
I will definitely take my car back to Roseville Toyota because of Shane.

    Red Sun Automotive Repair
Both the service Consultant, Phong Nguyen, and the service technician, Hop Nguyen, were extremely professional.  They provided me a very detailed estimate for the work.  They performed the work on the day I was able to drop the car off.  They called me in the morning to let me know they were working on my car and Hop called me when he was finished.  The air conditioner is working great.  It has never been so cool.

He had a cost that he did not expect when he did the job.  It was some oil that needed to be put in the compressor and it cost about $200.  He stuck to his estimate and never asked me to pay the difference.

He is honest, reasonable, very professional, and skilled.

I recommend that you use him.  He will not rip you off like the others, especially the dealers.

By the way, a couple of days later I went to the shop and gave him the cost for the oil.  He needs to be rewarded for his honesty.

    Bryans Automotive Repair
I spent 3 weeks of my time sitting in their office, waiting for it, because I only have 1 car. They never fixed it. Every time I left, I would find out an hour or the next morning later, that it still was not working. After 3 weeks of this, I took it to a different mechanic, who fixed it within 1 hour and it only cost $85.00.

I called the State of California and had them investigate this company. I took them to court and received all my money back for the original service.

    Jeff's Auto Repair
I've used them several times recently. They did an excellent job. The maintenance job I did before was a major job and they did excellent work. I've gone through several repair men before him and they did lousy work that's why I'm very happy with him. He's not cheap but he is fair.
