They were pretty cool. I liked them. I didn't end up having the work done. They were really nice. They're a father and son team. It was two different things I asked them for. Those were reasonable prices. Professionally, they came quite knowledgeable. They're sufficient in what they did that I asked. It was all good. I would use them in the future.

    The Manly Man Handyman
He was very professional. He followed up in an email before he came out and again after he came out. I haven't used his services because I am still looking for other quotes but he was the only person that followed through. If I had the money and could afford it, I would work with him. I tried several other people and didn't hear from anybody. It was quite expensive for me. He said if it were minor things and wouldn't take longer than 2 days, he would quote me at $15 an hour. If it would take longer than 2 days, then he would need to give me the quote.

    Armor Electric
Initially we were planning to get a new electrical panel and some electrical repairs throughout the house.  However, after a complete electrical  inspection of the 2800 square foot home, there were numerous issues that would be better solved by a complete house rewire.  In addition, updated wiring was also done on an outside jacuzzi.  The amount listed above did not include lighting fixtures--but Medhi was extremely helpful in securing fair prices on those items.

We have nothing but praise for Medhi.  He is knowledgeable, hard-working (long days, trustworthy, meticulous, and truly a wonderful person!  In addition, his crew shares all of those characteristics.  They work  very well together.  It's not everyday that one gets the "whole package"!  We appreciated that Medhi kept us informed as to every stage of the process and his patience was limitless with any question or concern.  It was a little scary thinking of staying in a home while undertaking a rewire.  To my surprise, the crew cleaned up every day before they left.  We were never without power because the project was well thought out and undertaken methodically.

We would definitely call Armor Electric again and recommend them highly to anyone!

    Sosa General Construction
I called him to come out and provide an estimate. We signed a contract for $10,000. This was to include hardi-plank siding on the exterior of the mobile home, painting of the exterior and interior, a plywood sub floor, vinyl and tile, and also carpeting. I had purchased the paint and light fixtures which he was also supposed to replace. He was also to do some minor repairs to make it "sale ready", fix the trim, fill holes, etc. He did do the exterior and it did look good. The carpet also looked good. He subcontracted to have the tile work and carpet job done. They paid the subcontractor way too much ($4000) and then said I was already over budget. The vinyl was not cut properly and looked terrible. I had to pay someone else and severe the contract in order to finish the job because they refused to show up any more.
