    Custom Kneads Massage
The experience was mind blowing! I learned so much about my body. Art was super professional and throughly educated on the technology he was using. I have never felt so relaxed after a massage. The relaxation lingered for days and made me feel so recharged. The problem areas I came in with were eliminated when I got off the table. Everyone NEEDS THIS MASSAGE. I have recommended him to 6 of my friends dealing with pain right after my session. How he can help heal people is truly amazing!

    Elisa Cohen
Went great!  I purchased a package of massages and will probably make another appt after the holidays.  Active Knots is in downtown Escondido, in the Douglas Building (the 2 story white building on Juniper between 3rd & 2nd).  Elisa's office is at the end of a long hall.

They are very professional and clean. They do a good job for the price. I chose them because of the location and availability. They seem to have somebody available more often because when I needed the massage, I need it done and they are close-by. The only thing out of my concern when we go there is that I wish they a steam room, sauna or showers.

    Knot Stop
I've had several therapists at The Knot Stop: AJ, Hannah, Victor P., and Garrett. Of course they all have their varying techniques but I was satisfied with each of them in different ways. Make sure you tell the therapists what you'd like them to work on. Sometimes they need a gentle reminder during the treatment of what you'd like them to focus on. First off, if you're a frequent massage enthusiast they have a membership program where they discount massages if you sign up for the automatic monthly charge. This was convenient since I was a regular. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing and the staff are friendly and remember you by name if you go often enough. I looked forward to my treatment every month. The treatments run about $55-65 for a Swedish massage. Of course it's cheaper if you have the membership. I didn't utilize the other treatments like skin therapy or their lotions and oils for sale in the lobby. I recently discontinued because my fav therapist opened his own practice, but if he was still there I would definitely still be a member. One note: Since The Knot Stop is in a sprawling Ralphs store/shopping center parking can be tight and crowded so I recommend you go early to make sure it doesn't cut into your therapy time. There's a Starbucks next door if you want to stop in after for a reward.

    Infinite Healing
She really understands the underlying issues affecting a person. She goes to the core of the problem. As she massages, she digs down deep and unlocks the knots. She understands how the whole body works and takes a holistic approach to heal the person. She does and excellent job.

    INTEGRATED MEDICAL CENTERS
I like that they have all three services and you get all three when you go in. They have supervisor doctors and you meet with them once a month for feedback. I like that they offer multiple services in one place.

JUST FOR YOUR HEALTH THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
EXCELLENT OVERALL EXPERIENCE. PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED MASSAGE SPA. TRAINED AND EXPERIENCED STAFF. ENVIRONMENT IS PLEASANT, SOOTHING AND CLEAN. ONE-HALF HOUR MASSAGE IS $45; ONE HOUR IS $69; ONE-AND-A-HALF HOUR IS $89. THE SPA ALSO OFFERS BODY WRAPS AND OTHER TREATMENTS. DISCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE WITH MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP. TUCKED IN A SMALL COURTYARD IN A STRIP MALL, THE SPA IS A BIT HARD TO FIND, BUT IT'S DEFINITELY WORTH THE EFFORT.

I had a torn tendon in my shoulder and a torn meniscus in my knee and he was able to fix it without surgery.

It was very nice. My experience was excellent. I’m definitely going back to them. We met the owner and got a tour of the facility that daily opened. We like the service. We like the people. We like the way they are keeping us healthy.

    GM Wellness
He’s a phenomenal massage therapist.  He’s a single practitioner and he’s awesome.  His massages are very personalized.  He’s extremely knowledgeable.  He has his integrated dollars an hour and that’s full hours, and that’s not a fifteen minute hour.  My package of five massages is $55 at least.  If you buy a package of ten massages, its $50 at least.  He’s got a lot of ranges in there and there’s a lot of discount in pricing.  I’m able to get my appointments fairly easily because I have a standing appointment.  The office is with an acupuncturist.  It’s his own practice and he doesn’t rent space for her.  He doesn’t have any staff in there.  He’s very friendly and very personable.  There’s no sort of billing there.  We just go in and he does the job.  We pay him a cheque and that’s one payment at a time, but there’s no billing.  I think he does take credit cards and visa cards, but I’ve never used that.  It’s been a fairly easy experience as far as the payment is concerned.  We will use his services again in the future.
