Irrigation System reviews in Lemon Grove

    Natural Aspect Gardenscape
Natural Aspect Gardenscape turned our wish list into a 'dream come true'. Bob Guthrie was extremely knowledgeable and most helpful with his excellent recommendations. He worked side by side with his experienced and professional crew. Every detail was taken care of from the planning, the planting, the carefree and water conserving system installed, to the meticulous cleanup. We can now enjoy our lovely landscaped front yard, our new fountain planter filled with happy plants, an artistic decomposed granite pathway leading to our orchard filled with many types of fruit trees, and a picturesque stone bench resting under our giant Indian Laurel Ficus tree. We feel very fortunate to have found and chosen Natural Aspects Gardenscape.

    Get'er Done Irrigation Repair
He charged an extra $500 to fix it.  There were patches not covered.  There were big holes in the hose.  He didn’t fix the system.  When he left, he didn't set the timer.  He didn't know how to reconfigure the sprinkler stations.  He put 5 sprinkler stations into 4 slots.  He was polite and courteous.

    Jorge Jimenez
Jorge is an especially kind and caring man who has a great working knowledge of plants, shrubs, and trees, and also a real intuitive feel for the welfare of the plants. This makes him extraordinarily helpful in taking good care of the greenery. He also knows how to repair, maintain, and adjust our drip watering system. He has planted more that a dozen trees on our property, plus a number of plants and shrubs. He is good at making suggestions about plants suitable for the area and for the locale. Perhaps most importantly, he always consults me about anything he wants to do which is not routine. This is very, very valuable to me, as I had a previous bad experience with a landscaper who went overboard on acting on his own, with an outcome that was awful. The only complaint I have about Jorge is that he seems perhaps overly busy, so that at times he cannot show up on the expected weekend. But for me this is offset entirely by the quality of his work and of him as a person.

After purchasing the deal I called and left messages at the phone number provided on multiple occasions. I
never received a call back. The deal has since expired and I have never
    had contact with this company.

    Advanced Sprinkler & Drainage Repair
The best part was that Scott allowed me to follow him & ask questions.  He explained things as he went along.  Now I know more about our system & understand that things I thought were wrong are just how a sprinkler system lives & breathes.

    Anything & Everything Landscape
Thomas Lincoln is the owner of the company. I had one of the worst experiences of my life with him. It was awful. My first mistake was that I had allowed him to do work in the yard before I had moved in. I had bought the house and was getting it remodeled. He was working on the yard. I paid him about $6,000 for cleaning and pruning. The contract said that the amount was to remove dead trees and shrubs, to trim the trees, to cut shrubs back, to trim trees and shrubs off the property, to haul away the debris; to repair the existing irrigation system; etc. He also installed a sprinkler system, which was part of the money. He did some work on the deck as part of the cost. However, I had a backyard resembling a forest; I had bought the house for the same reason. It had about 60-70 trees in it. The trees were amazing. When he was done with the yard, it only had about 10 trees left in it. He had pulled all the remaining trees down. He told me that the trees did not look that good and so, he had taken them down. He told me that the trees were not in good shape and that they needed to be replaced. The replacement was, obviously, not free of charge. He did not even ask me before taking the trees down. When I had seen some pictures earlier, it had him trimming the trees. I do not know what happened later. There was a guy staying at the house at the time, who kept an eye on everything that was going on. He told me that all of sudden the trees had started disappearing. I had a lawyer look at the contract and he told me that I had given Tom wide latitude. So, I did not have stand for a suit. He told me that I should have written down the limitations and what I wanted Tom to do and asked him to sign it. I was so devastated; it felt like losing a part of the family. The yard, which was so gorgeous before, is now like a desert. There are only a few trees left in it. Tom, then, gave me a bid of roughly $48,000 to redo the yard. First, he destroyed the yard and then, he gave me a bid to redo it. To me, it was a complete scam.  I felt like I was completely conned by the guy. I do not remember feeling so angry and devastated with the fact that he had gotten away with the damage done by him and that I had paid him to do it. I was overwhelmed with anguish with what he had done to my yard. When I talked to him, he saw that I was really upset, but he was not empathetic at all. Also, he wanted a final payment before the work that he was contracted to do was completed. He had only done about half of the deck work. Fortunately, I had somebody go over to look and see if he had done the work or not, which he had not. I think, since I was not around, he assumed that I would not know what work was done. I told him that I would not pay him until he had finished the work. I paid the entire contract amount (as it was written) as I did not feel like taking legal action; I was not confident if I would get anywhere with it anyway. I got another person to redo the yard, who is currently doing a great job. I am so sorry that I ever hired Tom.

    Lam's Gardener
He didn't show up on the agrred upon day. I called and he immediately wanted to call me back in an hour with no explaination as to why he did not show up. I probably would have given him a chance had he called me to say he would be late or that he couldn't make it. His ad says he's reliable. He clearly is not.

    Gary's Gardening
My entire wonderful experience was described in previous paragraph but I should report how I found Gary's Gardening. My husband did all the fixing and repairing and gardening around the house, but since he passed away a year and nine months ago, my youngest son tried to fill in my husband's shoes but he just didn't have and quot;itand quot;.

I signed up with Angie's List because I wanted to find somebody reliable to help me with our front lawn and backyard. Our previous gardener that I hired from a neihborhood flier was not very reliable nor dedicated to his job. The grass on my lawn were brown in patches, the roses were dying, just looked depressing. After I signed up with Angie's list, I started searching for a landscaper/gardener close to my area. Umphteen pages of landscapers/gardeners came up. I was looking for someone servicing our area, has license to practice, and is bonded. I think I got through 4 pages of company names, and from my exaspiration and frustration, I exclaimed a prayer: and quot; Please, Heavenly Father, I can't do this by myself. Help me to find the right person to help me!!!and quot; It was getting late in the evening when my eyes focused on Gary's Gardening. I read his page thoroughly but there was only one comment from a customer, which, luckily was positive. I knew the office would be closed, so I sent an e-mail to call me about my plight and requesting for an assessment of my property. The sweet lady that called me the following morning happened to be the company owner's wife. The rest was history. I thank the good Lord for helping me find GARY'S GARDENING!!!
