    PALMS GROOMING SALON
This place was amazing. They were great. They were very inexpensive and our dog smelled amazing forever. I was mad because we are not living in the area no more. It was not fancy at all. They were amazing. They were great across the board. I can't believe how good she was.

    Angeles Vista Pet Medical Center
They were great and they have always been great. They were really inexpensive. When I looked in West Lake it was $500. My dog is great. We got to go in for a check up in two weeks. The facility is always clean, I didn't take her but the facility is neat and clean, they are always very friendly, and they know who my dog is, which is great.

The Best Little Cat House in LA
SHE LOOKS LIKE A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CAT! The last groomer I took my cat to was one of those mobile groomers. Long story short my cat bit her. When I told that to these groomers they commented that they must not have used a mask on her. When I brought Me0w in she got her own kitty condo, which was a room to herself with a locking door, water, and litter box. When I came to pick her up she was hiding (as usual.) She smelled so good, her nails were clipped, she had a cute pink bow on her collar, and she looked like a little kitten! I love her cut and I think she does too. I haven't seen a hairball since her haircut and I feel like she's more confident. She is the posterchild for scaredy cats everywhere, but I swear she has been coming out and meeting strangers more readily. It's quite an improvement. I am definitely going back! Me0w and I say thank you!

    Yummy House Sitting
He was great. During his visit, he met the dog and explained what he did. He was nice and very courteous. He has good reviews on Angie's List. I was able to call him while we were gone and he gave a report on the dog. I told the neighbors that we were going away and they knew that the man was coming. And they said that he came on time and that he fed the dog and took him outside. He even called us while we were gone just to let us know what he has done with the dog.

    Sugarloaf Animal Hospital
I noticed that 3 of my socks were missing. When a thorough search did not turn up the missing socks, I began to suspect that Cocoa, our 6 year old Chocolate Lab , had eaten them. She has a habit of hiding my socks under the bed, but had swallowed one several years ago. She eventually threw up the previous sock, so we waited to see if that would happen again. After 5 days, nothing had happened. We did not have a regular vet in the area, so we contacted Sugarloaf Animal Hospital because we had passed it numerous times. It was Friday afternoon, we did not have an appointment, but the staff very graciously fit us in between other appointments. An xray revealed "something" in Cocoa's stomach, but it was not possible to determine what it was. She was kept overnight so that a second xray could be done in the morning on an empty stomach. Dr Brown called to say that there was still "something" in her stomach, so surgery was scheduled for Monday morning. Dr Brown went over the xrays with us and described what he would do as far as the surgery.
. The surgery was successful, the staff were all wonderful, and we felt comfortable that our dog was in good hands. The final evaluation was made by Cocoa - when we took her back 10 days later to have the staples removed, she happily went into the clinic, wagging her tail and greeting everyone who had cared for her.

    VCA California Animal Hospital Veterinary
The front office staff are always friendly and helpful. I arrived early, but was quickly shown to an examining room. Dr. Overby came in a few minutes later. She had treated another one of my dogs, but had not seen Dax on his previous visits. She took a few minutes to review his chart and get to know him. She did a thorough exam (I had told her that he was limping on his front legs). She felt that he was suffering from arthritis and recommended OTC glucosamine as a start. She wanted to try a conservative approach before using stronger medication. He was then taken to the back for a blood draw for lab work.

They are absolutely wonderful. They care a lot. They will call you back and let you know what your pet's resolutes are! I have never been happier with a vet. The people that they have in their office are very caring!

They are compassionate with the animals they see. As soon as you walk in the door, they are so friendly and nice to the animals. I think they do a great job with them and I would recommend them to anyone. They make sure to answer all of your questions as well.

    FETCH! PET CARE
We contacted Fetch! Pet Care to take care of our two dogs while on a long weekend. One of our dogs is a new rescue & we were reluctant to take her to a kennel because she is still acclimating to her new surroundings. From the first contact with Fetch, I was impressed with the professionalism shown by the owner, Yolanda Mendez. There was a site visit with both Yolanda and the sitter assigned to our job, Gloria Flores. Both women were caring and attentive to our dogs, even though the rescue was more than "rambunctious'! While we were away, I called to check on how they were doing and Gloria told me how much she was enjoying the dogs and that they were behaving well. The company has a policy that each visit is documented with a report on what was provided and how the animals behaved (whether or not they ate, were friendly, playful, etc.) Gloria even called on the evening we returned to be sure that we were not delayed and to check on the dogs. We will definitely call them again!
