    Majestic Builders
Chuck is extremely professional and is able to tackle just about any job. He clearly has a wide range of skills and is excellent at figuring out how to solve problems. Chuck is very conscientious, and I appreciate his attention to detail. I was impressed with the quality of Chuck's work and would hire him again without question.

    HP Mechanical
As I mentioned our kitchen remolding project is ongoing. So far it has been a 3 month nightmare. Cabinets, Flooring and Counter-tops installs all extremely challenging and therefore stressful. The Back-splash should be installed this weekend, (fingers-crossed). HP Mechanical (Rudy) has been the ONLY BRIGHT SPOT. Believe me, after what my wife and I have been though, we know the difference I will use their services again and I will highly recommend him to anyone.

    Rooterman of Sonoma County
Tony came to my house on the day after Thanksgiving, less than one hour after I called! He tried to clear the jam from my disposal, but unfortunately the unit needed to be replaced. He had the work done quickly, was very professional, efficient and friendly. I felt completely comfortable having him in my home and would definitely recommend him and hire him again.

    Rooterman of Sonoma County
Rooter Man is punctual, reasonably priced, and is reliable. They take care of our routine maintenance as well as emergency issues, as this was. We had a plugged toilet and they were here within 5 hours, snaked the lines, and replaced the appliance. I have been working with the owner of this company for 8 years. I would not have anyone else on this property. We are a 59 unit apartment complex and it is very important to have a quality vendor. And we are very fortunate to have found Rooter Man. I cannnot recommend them enough.

I called Eli Miller on March 31st about a puddle I found under our hot water heater in the garage. I left a voicemail, and he called back within 20 minutes. I told him what was going on, we discussed how much water was leaking and he said he would be able to come by to take a look at it that afternoon. As I had feared I needed a replacement for the 28 year old hot water heater. He told me he would possibly be able to replace and removed the old hot water heater the next day, and he would call me later to confirm. He quoted me a price of $895. Later that day he called and we arranged to have him come mid morning. Several hours later I had a new hot water heater, and the old one was gone, and the earthquake bracing was up to code. I have previously used Eli Miller to install plumbing in my kitchen are installing new cabinets and sink. He's a very competent plumber, arrives when he says he will, and his services are competitively priced. I will certainly use him again in the future.

    Fast Water Heater Company
After buying the $849 water heater big deal, it turns out I didn't need a new water heater. Instead they were able to repair my water heater for $250. They were very easy to communicate with and showed up at a good time for my tenant, about 5 hours after I initially called them. I am a long distance landlord and honestly, it couldn't have gone smoother considering the circumstances. I felt the $139 service fee and $110 for the heat coupler seemed a bit high. However he was honest enough to tell me that I didn't need to replace the hot water heater saving me at least $600. I would definitely use them again.

    Gifford Anderson Plumbing Inc
I am so glad to have found the Anderson family plumbing service. They explained when they could come, how much their services cost and they were very patient with my questions and concerns. They were on time, friendly and kind, explained the entire problem and replaced the wax ring, cleaned out and checked the low water toilet, made sure I understood that the ceramic tile floor was not altogether flat, thus the very old wax ring had created leaks. Then they gave me the Angie's List discount. They gave me a good estimate for further work and I will definitely call them again. They are a lovely family, professional, capable and experienced. I give them the very highest recommendation!

    Roman's Plumbing
I've used Roman's twice. The first time, about a year and a half ago, the water main from the street to my house had burst over the weekend. Water was running down the street at the rate of many gallons a minute. I asked around at work and Roman's was highly recommended. I called them Monday morning and they were out there right away. After their estimate, I told them I couldn't afford to pay in full on completion. I said I could pay half then, and the second half in two weeks. They said it wasn't usual, but they agreed and started right away, finishing the next day. One guy did the entire job. He did a professional job. He had to dig a trench without breaking my lawn irrigation system, and dig through a raised bed of dirt and stone, then under the sidewalk. He very carefully piled the dirt and lawn chunks on tarp, and put it back just as carefully. In a few months, the lawn looked almost like nothing had happened, and now, a year and a half later, you can't tell a trench was dug.
As a bonus, while he was there, I asked him about a toilet that was leaking from the tank, which other plumbers had quoted me $200 to repair. He took a look and found it only needed two bolts to be tightened, which he did as a courtesy.
After this kind of service, of course I called them again when I needed help with a busted refrigerator line in March 2013. Unfortunately, the part needed is a special part that they didn't have and couldn't order, but at least they got the busted line properly capped.
I would definitely call them again were I to need more plumbing work. By the way, the price quoted above is for the water main repair; the refrigerator water line repair cost $49.

    Flood Doctor Restoration & Construction
Once again, the Flood Doctor helped us out of a big problem. There was a slow leak under the kitchen sink that I had ignored too long... so mold was becoming apparent. Nathan came in with all the proper equipment and supplies to dry out the area, replace  the damaged wood, and repair the pipe leak.
All this was done courteously, quickly, and with minimum interruption to our normal routine.

    Tug's Handyman Service
I've used Tugs Handyman's Service twice. I got his name from a friend. He is real easy to talk to, real friendly. I asked him about high-efficiency water heaters. He said he'd not done one of them, but he'd do some research for me. So he called some people and did the legwork on the high-efficiency heater and where the best bang for buck was. Because if you go really really high efficiency its really really expensive. Then he came out and took out the old water heater and put in the new one. He disposed of the existing one. I went with a high-efficiency. It isn't the highest one out there but.. it's natural gas. I am already saving. Where I had to have the old water heater turned all the way up, this one is so far down it is almost off. The water is hotter than it used to be and is using less gas to do it.
