    A&L Garage Doors
They're excellent, and they took the time to explain what they did. Always willing to help me to see what the problem was, and they were very prompt. And made sure there was no mess left behind. I would recommend him.

I had a contractor that was great.? They did a really good job.? The price was covered with the purchase of the doors.? They fixed the opener in the installation.? With the way the garage opener was mounted, they fixed the wood work with the garage door without charging anything extra.? They were very responsive.? They were totally professional all they way.? They were super professional.? I've never had any problems with it since they installed it, knock on wood.

    Hanson Overhead Garage Door Service
They came out the same day and communicated clearly about what was needed and recommended. The rollers weren't essential, but we decided to replace them to reduce strain on the motor. It's a large, heavy door. Now that we know Hanson is there, we will call for yearly maintenance too keep it in good shape.

Marin Door Pros Garage Door Co
Jason, the field rep who evaluated the project for me, was friendly and communicative.  He recommended I get a new door, based on his assessment of the damage to the old one (broken springs, some sheared seams).  His first price for a an equivalent replacement was over $1300, but after talking with his boss, he offered to do it for $1000, if only I took the next available time slot (3 days later).  The product he offered was a Clopay valve series 16x7, which he touted as an extremely high quality door.  I wouldn't find such a quality product any cheaper anywhere, he told me, and if I did they would match price.
So I said ok.  Now it's time to choose a color.  "White" is what he told me I already had, which perfectly matched the rest of the house and trim.  I was doubtful, and it was dark and rainy, so I insisted on turning my car around and pointing the headlights on the door.  It didn't look white to me.  It's white, he said again, and anyway these doors can be painted easily.  Ok, if you say so.  You're the expert.  Furthermore, any other color but white had to be ordered and would take longer, he told me.
The door was installed.  It's whiteness clashes with the house and trim, which is clearly almond.  I trusted him.  If he had told me the door was made of diamond, who knows if I would have believed him.  What do I know about garage doors?  Next time I won't assume that company reps really give a hoot about my best interests.  A consumer for decades, I should have learned this by now.  I've also since learned that these single layer aluminum Clopay doors have a reputation for buckling in the wind.  But who's to blame?  I didn't do the needed research.
Would I recommend this company?  No.  Call me old school, but I still expect that a vendor will consider my interests to be closely aligned with theirs, and that closing a deal isn't the only  thing that matters.

    Pacific Crest

He pulled a fast one on day one. He asked each of us to pay 50% upfront, for materials...the same materials! Each of us, was unaware of the other paying him. He rarely showed up, only after multiple calls! He is also some kind of Labrador breeder too? Those dogs ran in our yards and left "bombs" everywhere that he did not remove. The quality of the work was and is awful. The fences lean, the posts are different distances from each other. The nail gun they used split the boards all over the place. He piled dirt up against the wood, which we now know is to hide the lack of concrete. He left all of the off cuts, dropped nails and old nails from the original fence. I had 2 flat tires, and had to buy a magnet on wheels from Harbor Freight, to pick up a further 47 nails, from my gravel driveway. He or his son backed their flatbed into the corner of the house, flattened the gutter and damaged the siding. Still never repaired! They were paid for the whole job, I know...I trusted them, and surprise, surprise, they left! After repeated, daily calls, and weeks later, their phone was not answered. They left us with unfinished, poorly constructed fences. They will not last long. I had to hire a REAL contractor to finish to job at our expense.

So, what you need to know:    Steve LaBlue is NOT a licensed contractor.

Pacific Crest Enterprises is a FAKE business name.

Neither has a single Business License in CA.

Without the above they have NO insurance.

                                                     The addresses listed are FAKE.

Please learn from us, and I am Sure Angie will agree, check their credentials!

    Hanson Overhead Garage Door Service
Excellent. Jerome called approximately 1hour after I left message. Set up appointment which originally to replace a lost remote however when he saw the mechanics he thoroughly explained how unsafe it was. I agreed to have the whole thing replaced which he did that day. He was very professional and friendly. Will definitely recommend him to friends and neighbors

My job was a very small, one day job. But Alpha Omega was eager and willing to take it on in the midst of other, larger jobs they were doing.
Isaac showed up exactly at the time scheduled.. He did a first class, quality job. He was very courteous and professional. Nice to interact with. Required little to no supervision in completing his job.
Impeccable workmanship. Left no cleanup afterward. Did not require a call back to finish up any portions of the job. Definitely did it right the first time! Great job!
Next time I need a contactor, I will contact Alpha Omega builders.

Marin Door Pros Garage Door Co
The service man arrived promptly.  In fact, a few minutes early. He inspected the door and the opener, and gave me his assessment.  The door is very heavy, and the opener is older, so it was not surprising that the springs were pretty worn out.  I gave him the go-ahead to do the additional work to replace the springs at an additional cost.  He finished the work promptly.  The door is much more quiet now, and is balanced so that I can open and close it manually if necessary, which was very difficult prior to installing the new springs.  I'm very pleased with the work that was done.

    Flood Doctor Restoration & Construction
My wife has an endless "honey-do" list, and I can't keep up! So Flood Doctor to the rescue... quickly installing hardware with ease, moving the piano without damaging a wood floor, fixing existing tile so that no one could tell which were original and which were replacements, and "sweating the small stuff" to make sure the heavily-damaged guest bed could be used again.
Nathan is an honest person who does a quality job and who cares about his customers!

    Tri County Concrete Pumping
Tri County did an excellent job! They were able to schedule us on the fly and squeeze us in between jobs. We contacted 2 other companies that were unable/unwilling to get us in same day. Diego was on time even though the concrete mixer was late, we actually delayed him and made him late to this 3rd job but he never complained and was very courteous. You can tell Nicole(owner) takes great pride in her business and it shows with their customer service. We try and use local businesses as much as possible and are happy we were able to find another local business we can add to our book. Thanks again Tri County for saving our butts and getting the job done!
