    Not having a working washing machine is rather inconvenient and this was a major repair, Marc did his best to get my washer repaired as quickly as possible. While waiting for parts, he kept me updated on the status so I never felt like I was forgotten. When the last part arrived, and he called to schedule a time to come and complete the job, he rearranged his existing schedule to accommodate mine; arrived on time and was finished in less time than I had thought it would take. Washer is working great!

    We hired reliable appliance to come give a estimate for a whirlpool cabrio dryer and washer that weren���t working their policy is $135 to come out and check them if they fix them the $135 would be applied to the cost of repair the technician came out and told us the washers ���brain/main computer ��� was bad and couldn���t be replaced and the dryer needed to be rebuilt at a cost of$430 when it originally cost $480 new. I feel they didn���t want to fix the appliances Just wanted the service call fee a quick google search found a reset procedure which fixed the washer issues and B&D appliance fixed the dryer for $160 I highly recommend B&D appliance but stay away of the crooks at reliable appliance repair

    Our Maytag stove of 3 years would intermittently not ignite. With Thanksgiving coming up we couldn't take a chance on the stove not heating up. B & D had good ratings so we called them. Jeff came out when he said he would. He fixed the problem and showed us what he fixed. He charged what we thought was a reasonable price and he is a nice guy. We will call them again if we need service.

    The system installation was never completed. Hardware, firmware, and software has not been refreshed for four years. Repeated calls to Vivint customer service have been frustrating. Vivint customer service treats customers with contempt in a highly condescending manner. Please seek your security solutions elsewhere.

    Great. I called Monday morning, and even though it was Thanksgiving week, Bob was able to have someone come out Tuesday and fix the oven. All other repairman said they couldn't do it till after Thanksgiving. A lifesaver.

    As stated above, the technician spent over an hour trying to determine what might be causing the funny noise my washing machine was making.  He started to hear the noise, but then it quickly went away, so he was unable to figure it out.  He called Whirlpool to see if they were able to figure out the problem.  They too, were unable to come up with a solution.  The technician gave us his business phone number and told us to contact him if it happens again.  We were very satisfied with his efforts.

    Marc and his crew are amazing. I have hired contractors before that are sloppy or "rough" or even some that are extremely unproffesional. None of this is true about this company. From the first time I met Marc and he looked at the job, I was shocked. He was clean, professional, friendly and didn't rush me like I was just another job. He took the time and answered my questions. His crew worked hard and they were very friendly and even answered some questions I had. I felt like I was part of the crew because they all kept me in the loop and I always knew what was going on. I highly recommend Marc, and my patio cover is gorgeous!

    Terrible from the beginning. I had to show the repairman how to pull my dishwasher out. He proceeded to pull it out and kinked drainage hose when he put it back, so my dishwasher would no longer fully drain. I requested a return visit to repair the issue. I was advised by the repairman that I needed a new drain motor. He never checked for a kinked hose, nor did he check the part to see if that was the issue. I was quoted a repair price of over $300. I proceeded to order the part online for 1/5 of the price I was quoted. I replaced the part myself only to find out that there was nothing wrong with the original. I contacted Allen & Sons. They were extremely rude, placed me on hold for over 30 minutes, promised to call me back to deal with the issue, never called me back, and not at all helpful. I would never recommend this company to anyone..

    The office staff who scheduled our appointment was courteous and helpfully explained their service procedures.  We had to reschedule the initial appointment due to a delay in the parts that had been ordered but, they monitored the parts arrival and called when the parts arrived.  Appointment was scheduled within two days.

    Our technician, Jeremy, was personable and professional.  He worked efficiently and included time to explain the repair along with possible causes.  Parts were brought to the site (instead of making the initial call and then ordering parts) demonstrating knowledgeability of the product and that appropriate research on the issue had been done prior to our service call. 

    We will consider using their service should it be needed in the future or with other appliances.

    Great business! I contacted my warranty service company, on a Monday, regarding an issue I was having with my refrigerator and they assigned Oak Valley Appliance. I was told that the soonest someone could come out was on Thursday, which wasn't too big of a deal. Within a few hours of scheduling the appointment, I received a call from Oak Valley Appliance confirming my appointment and telling me they could come out the next day on Tuesday, if I had availability, rather than waiting until Thursday. Technician Jeremy showed up at my door on Tuesday, as scheduled. I explained to Jeremy the problem and he began his inspection. Jeremy was very thorough. He discovered the problem, explained it to me in simple terms and called to order the parts. He said he would be able to get the parts and have them installed by the end of the week. Within a day of Jeremy ordering the parts, on Wednesday, Oak Valley Appliance called to let me know they had received the parts and set up an appointment for installation. Thursday morning, as scheduled, Jeremy was back at my house to install the parts. Since the installation, of the new parts, I haven't had any issues. I can't say enough great things about this company. I definitely recommend them to anyone with appliance issues as they are prompt, courteous, professional and thorough!
