I saw Dr. Clark in the office and I plan to return next year for my annual eye exam.  Dr. Clark was courteous and knowledgeable keeping me informed every step of the way.  Very happy!

Dr. Wright-Scott seemed very knowledgeable and thorough and while she came across a little brusque, I felt confident in her skills and abilities.  Her front office staff, however, is why I haven't been back.  They were loud and unprofessional, and I ended up feeling very uncomfortable.

I'm sort of indifferent about it. They do a great job. Getting an eye exam there, I don't have any issues with that. I go in, they do what they need to do. The thing I don't like about them is that they don't hand you a prescription for your lenses. If you want that, you have to do across the courtyard to their other building to where they do their glasses. That way, it forces you to go over there to use their service. I am not too pleased with them on the glasses that I did get from them, they couldn't get the prescription correct. I would always have to go back immediately and they would have to redo the lenses. The employees on that side are not very helpful, they are not very pleasant. I can walk in there and there are 2 people sitting behind a screen and I went in for service and yet they continued doing their thing like I wasn't even there.
On the medical side, not only do they examine the eye but they actually have their medical doctors there as well that check for other serious problems. They will dialate your eyes and if you are a diabetic and such over there.
Their prices for their glasses is not bad, even though the insurance is paying for it. I prefer to get my prescription from them and then go over to Costco and get my glasses from them. I find that their prices are reasonable.

Dr. Lucque was disinterested and dismissive; when asked about the usual problem with nearsightedness, namely the thickness of the lenses, she was a little abrupt and replied "they're aware of the problem". Dismissed! She couldn't care less. Then she got the transitions prescriptions wrong; can't see very far clearly and have to read at some distance and work on the computer with the monitor at a considerable distance. So both near and far prescriptions were wrong. Then when I explained the problems to the female optician in the Vision Center, she was dismissive, other than to correct me, the customer/patient, on whether the problem was caused by one or more of the prescriptions being too weak or too strong. Excuse me, I don't have a degree in optometry, I'm just there to report the result. The optician would not hear any complaint about the optometrist Dr. Lucque and try to help me, she just became silent as though I had said nothing.

He is a good optometrist. His bedside manner is very excellent. He is very thorough. He takes time with you and gives you a lot of confidence in him because he is just so professional. His knowledge is extremely good. I have just been satisfied with each examination that he did to me. He gives you very thorough examinations even beyond what a normal optometrist would do. He has got some incredible equipment that he uses to diagnose you. He is very honest and trustworthy. He always answers your questions satisfactorily.

From check in to the time you leave the office staff makes you feel welcome. We probably only waited 10 minutes to be called. Upon being called in we immediately went into a room with a tech that never even left our side. After the initial exam we were them taken to another room to wait for the dr. We waited maybe 5 mins. With at least 2 techs popping in to see if we were good- we were. When the dr came in he had a smile on his face like he was happy to be at work. All snazzy in his bow tie ;) he was very thorough. We left shortly after. Love them!

It went great. I went in as a walkin appt waited a whole 5 mins. I was pleasantly surprised at this clean very professional medical room tucked in behind a door of a big box store. The dr was very professional and explained all I needed to know. I was out within 15 mins. With a new Rx in hand. Now to start the delicate task of shopping for a new pair. Never did I think I would find a complete pair for under $100. Well I did! I waited to put in my order to get a second opinion on my second set of eyes from my husband plus I wanted to see what other options I had. I went to a few other stores nd lets just say these other places wanted to charge what I was about to pay for a complete pair for just the lenses.! When we came back in they happily took my order and told me the turn around would be about 4-5 days and they should be in by the end of the week. This was on a Monday evening! By Wednesday morning I got a call saying my spiffy new glasses were ready for pick up! I couldn't be more happier!!! Love them!

The staff was very professional. They took patient privacy more serious than any other place I have ever seen. They offered us a lifetime guarantee for $600 for equal technology treatment if your vision drops to where you need glasses again. Although not free, it does show they back up what they do.
They used only the most cutting edge technology with Wavefront Lasik that is individualized to the patient. They also used a laser to cut open the flat and stopped using blades a long time ago. Dr Berg and the staff did everything humanly possible to make me comfortable and relaxed during the procedure.

Overall, this was a terrible experience and I will not go back to this provider. I waited 45 minutes to be put in a room and then over an hour once I was in there. Dr. Sampson removed my contacts himself with almost no warning. Seriously? I can do that myself, and I don't need someone else sticking their fingers in my eyes. No one in the office seemed to have a concept of what my insurance provideded and their material fees and fitting fees were far higher than other optometrists I've seen. Even with insurance, my out the door cost was almost $200.

They are very good. We have tried others and stick with them now. They are knowledgeable and friendly. They got our prescriptions right the first time. Overall everything went well. They are very quick about getting us in.
