I was searching for an electric wall oven to replace one that broke down. This is a difficult specialty item to find, and very expensive compared to a freestanding stove. Arrow Appliance had a secondhand one, clean and very reasonably priced.

Arrow must think people are stupid or ignorant, that we will believe the lies they tell? I was told my refrigerator would needed to be in the shop for a thorough inspection after repair to guarantee all is well. I was promised my Refrigerator would not leave my home until the parts ordered had arrived. After taking it away and not getting it back for a week I called and I was told they were waiting on a part. I received back My unit almost a month later. The door to the freezer at the bottom of the fridge would not close automatically like it used to and the french doors were uneven. I pointed this out, I was told it was normal. There was a gap in the freezer drawer that when open I could see my floor, that gap was not previously there. I was told..normal. Then things went from bad to worse. The Ice maker stopped working and then the freezer loosing coolness. Since it was past 30 days (it was 90 days) they would not take responsibility unless they were paid again. I was even told "it was the heat of the weather why the freezer was defrosting again". Appliance Repair Specialists fixed the refrigerator in one day in my home (through warranty). To Jeff & Son Appliance...THANK's for your advice. To people out there I say Beware of Arrow! While a lady tech that came from Arrow to fix the drawer was very professional, my overall experience was a waking nightmare.

Arrow Appliance claimed they repair my brand of dishwasher. It took four trips and five weeks for them to fix it. When I complained about the delay, I was told by a rep of Arrow who doesn't own a dishwasher that I was lucky to only be without one for a few weeks. The dishwasher works, but it is louder than it was before and doesn't clean as well as it did before. I would discourage anyone I know from using Arrow.
