    basically he stole money from me. took a down payment and dug a hole for pool, asked for a second payment and never returned, sub contractors called and told me they were through because peter didn't pay them. found out from the city he never pulled permits for work performed and city tried to fine me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!!!!

    Patio Warehouse replaced our old screened patio enclosure with a beautiful sunroom. Their sales representative was very pleasant, not pushy at all. We saw examples of the type of job they would do at the Metals USA showroom in Buena Park. Patio Warehouse took care of all the permits with the city. The crew that did the job was great. They demolished the old enclosure in short order. They installed the new enclosure including transoms, windows, and 4-inch walls and roof. They also laid the tile and resurfaced the existing exterior wall of the house where the sunroom is attached. We're very happy with it. There were a couple of days the crew didn't work because they were juggling other jobs. I guess that shows how popular they are. They made up for it by working weekends though. I would definitely use them again.

    The first thing that impressed me about the company was an immediate returned phone call.   It was one of the owners of the Patio Warehouse: Jarod Maples. He was calling on a Sunday evening and during a holiday weekend no less, to set up an appointment...
    The first initial meeting with Jarod was a pleasure.  We sat down to discuss what I was thinking I wanted for a patio
    landing around our spa along with new steps going into our house. We wanted a decking that would incorporate the brick work already in place. Jarod came back with options and ideas that I had not even thought about.  He was easy to talk to and
    gave me some interesting alternatives. We spoke about my budget and Jarod was able to quoted a price that allowed me all the
    patio work plus have additional concrete poured for a side yard walk way.
    The day before the actual work was to start, Jarod actually coming back out to our house to introduce the Forman of our job.  Augustine and Javier were on time each day. They worked each day with a system that caused the least interference to our daily routine and cleaned up the project sight each day before they left.  The project took less than 5 days, the workmen were professional and our back yard project turned out beautifully.

    Our rotted, termite-invested wood patio was 30 years old and in danger of disintegrating throughout the neighborhood in the next strong wind storm. Mr. Jeff Goldman, Design Consultant, provided exemplary customer service throughout the entire project. He responded to our initial email inquiry within 30 minutes and met with us on Sunday 3/17/2013 at our convenience. Jeff provided many options and suggestions, carefully evaluating our back yard and needs. His approach was very straight-forward, thoughtful, and thorough. During the project, Jeff was in attendance each day, coordinating with his outstanding and highly skilled crew and communicating effectively with us. We were quite surprised when Patios By B & B were able to do the project a week early, commencing on Monday, 3/25/2013, and finished a day early on Wednesday 3/27/2013. All services and work far exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated Jeff and his crew's creative design suggestions to raise the cover level a foot, install the receptacle switch in our house (to control our planned fountain), and light fixtures. One very minor miscommunication (really more on our part) was immediately addressed and resolved by Jeff. At the project's conclusion, our yard was cleaner than when they started, thanks to Patios By B & B. We are now considering decorative concrete overlay for out patio and would use this company without hesitation.

    After many years of procrastination in updating our kitchen, my husband and I decided it was time to do so. Angie's List sent an offer for Kitchen Demolition and Remodeling including Labor and Materials through Skyline Construction Company as a Big Deal and we purchased the Big Deal in October, 2011 for $9,999.00. Not long after purchasing the Big Deal we received a phone call from Eric Saida. We arranged an appointment time that was convenient for all and Eric arrived promptly on that day and the plans were made. We told Eric what were wanting to see done in the kitchen which was to update the entire room, in addition to adding laminate flooring in the kitchen, laundry, and dining rooms.
    Eric went into the kitchen and immediately shared ideas and recommendations like moving the refrigerator to the opposite end of the kitchen and moving the stove thus giving the illusion of a bigger kitchen, in addition he showed us samples of cabinetry, floors, and granite to choose from and described features of the cabinetry like soft-close drawers, pull-out shelves, and spice rack as suggestions to include in the design. He also suggested using a microwave hood rather than a standard exhaust hood, thus allowing for more counter space. We explained we didn't want to begin any demolition until after the holidays and we made a follow-up appointment in January. Eric gave us an estimated price for completion of the remodel deducting the price of the Big Deal. Prior to drafting the contract Eric described the overall process in detail as to the length of each stage in the process, what would happen and who would be doing the work. We did have  three questions we needed answered before we could go forward. One (1) what was the estimated time frame from beginning to end of the job. Two (2) what would cause the job to take longer. And three (3) what would cause the price to be more than estimated. Eric said the job would take five weeks and would only take longer if we could not make the house available to them. The price would only increase if they ran into something that neither of us could foresee, i.e., cracked drains, or holes in the floor. We also requested that we be notified the day prior as to what time they would arrive and what was being done that day. Eric agreed to provide us that information the day before and the contract was drafted and signed. The contract included a detailed description of the job including price allowances for each of the new appliances we were including in the remodel and price breakdown for the overall project. We settled on a start date and Eric assured us we could call at anytime to ask questions that we may have forgotten during the appointment.
    Eric called us at the end of January, we met with him and Moses and they took measurements reconfirmed the design and said the demolition would be begin the following week. Before Skyline could get started with the demolition however, we had to ask for an additional two days to clear out the drawers and cabinets, and Eric was more than accommodating. The job began on a Wednesday and it proceeded as Eric had described to us in our first meeting. We did have an unforeseen problem with our main drain that had to be replaced, not too surprising since it is a mid-century house, but we did get an estimate right then and there from Eric of the cost to do the drain replacement which was reassuring in our maintaining near the cost estimate. Moses introduced us to Ron who was the project supervisor who we could also contact at any time with any questions concerning the remodel since Ron was assigned to the Lakewood area and was a delight to work with.
    Each night Eric and I would exchange details of what time the workers would be coming and what they would be doing the next day just as we asked. This became our routine daily throughout the remodel.
    We couldn't have been more pleased with our Skyline Construction experience and we highly recommend them! Our kitchen was completely gutted from a vintage 1955 era kitchen to a new modern beautiful kitchen with custom cabinets, granite counter-tops, new wood laminate floors, various accessories and built-ins all within budget and specifically on-schedule! Eric told us five weeks and it WAS five weeks, amazing! We had a previous remodeling experience 9-years ago with a different contractor that was unfortunately stereotypical for this industry, the job took significantly longer than promised, it went over budget and towards the end we had trouble getting them to come back and complete the job, ugh! We had a completely opposite experience with Skyline, they came in on-schedule and within budget. Skyline's teams were professional, clean and came on the dates and times promised. Our contractor worked with us around our schedule and really tried to meet our every need, including getting our kitchen back to us as quickly as possible!. I would definitely use Skyline again in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone contemplating a major remodeling project! Our thanks to Eric, Moses, Ron, Alex, Javier, Ernesto and to the other members of the Skyline Construction team they are truly a professional and reliable company. It was a pleasure doing business with them and would not hesitate to call them again in the future.

    The work Sanz did is amazing. We have had earthquakes since he removed the load bearing wall and placed a beam in the ceiling yet there are no cracks. Sanz worked on multiple electrical changes and all are working properly and the wall patches done for electrical changes are unnoticeable. The tiling turned out awesome and is my personal favorite since it is all properly leveled and done with good planning for where to place the cuts. The thing I keep reading in other reviews is that contractors often stop working for weeks at a time or delay and ask for more money. Sanz didn���t try to pull off any shenanigans and instead took care of all work professionally according to our agreement. His workers were there every day throughout the project and on a few Saturdays when necessary due to unexpected delays. One example delay occurred when the tiling guys uncovered some damp cement while replacing the existing hallway tiles. Instead of continuing with the tiling and covering up a future catastrophe, Sanz notified me and offered to call a plumber. Within hours, the plumber fixed the issue and the tiling guys were back on track. As it turns out, we had a foot long rotted pipe behind the wall of a bathroom that leaked underneath to the hallway ��� I would never have known until the wall and baseboard rotted through or the pipe burst! One concern I had as I was adding on to the project scope was that ���extra charges��� would appear on the final bill or Sanz would forget some of our verbal agreements ��� but in the end the bill was exactly as discussed with very reasonable charges for the problems that came up like the plumbing issue ($150). It has been a few months since all work was completed and my wife and I are still very happy with the end results. In my opinion Sanz is great contractor who is heavily experienced and reasonably priced for good work without shortcuts.
