    A+! Excellent customer service, communication, and the end result repair on my RV was perfectly done. Because payment came through insurance, I didn't deal with that aspect of the transaction (Raymond just talked to the insurance company directly), so I can't speak to cost. But as far as the aspects I dealt with, I couldn't recommend RV Paint Department any more! Raymond and his team repaired fiberglass damage on my RV, installed a new ladder on the back end, and replaced several parts in the fender area (gas cap, etc.). All repairs look as good as new. Throughout the process, Raymond was extremely responsive (phone and text) and flexible in helping me understand the status of repairs and expected next steps, and coordinating with his staff so that I was able to access the RV when I needed to (even in the midst of repairs!). Thank you!

    Excellent. Fitted us into his schedule. Showed up on time. Did a through inspection. Explained in detail what he was doing and any concerns or issues that he had. Price was reasonable. Inspection took about two hours.

    What I have found with this place is that they actually sit there and listen to you. It is almost like going into a doctor's office. They take you into a room and sit down and go over everything that is going to be done with the RV. Then I wait and they do all the work and call me back. I thought it was pretty extraordinary. They are a bit pricey compared to other places, but I do recommend them.

    This is one of the more positive experiences I've had with a service company in a long, long time.  Jay was spectacular. He returned calls promptly, showed up at the appointed time and was a fantastic resource for information on our trailer. Considering he makes house calls, his rates are very reasonable. He did a thorough job, took the time to answer all of my questions and I will definitely be calling him in the future for any service our travel trailer needs. A+ all around!

    I made a few phone calls to work out the details of the rental. There are some legal docs you have to sign electronically. You must have proper insurance for thr rental. Then you arrange the time and date to pick up the RV. The RV was in great condition and I returned it in great shape. I got my whole deposit back. Great vacation.

    I was very satisfied with the professionalism and service from the 3 man crew who did the job in about 3 hours at my campsite. There was some buffing required on the front of my coach which they did for a small additional cost. The advertised price for my 35 foot coach was only $185.00, which comes out to about $5 per foot, about half the price of competitors. They even washed and waxed the roof of my coach which competitors refused to do. I encourage others to check this company out before making other arrangements.

    Mike Thompson's RV Super Stores
    This is my second review of Mike Thompson. My first review was not favorable because I was not getting resolution to an issue with the fresh water system, which I had attempted to get fixed on six different occasions. I finally brought this to the attention of the owner, Frank.  He seemed genuinely concerned about this not getting resolved and he promised to look into it immediately. I also mentioned to Frank at the time that my wife and I were considering trading my gas motorhome for a new diesel Tiffin motorhome, but we were having reservations about using Mike Thompson for that transaction because of my problems with the service department. I am happy with Tiffin overall, but we weren't getting a good response from Mike Thompson's service department.  Frank made some calls and I immediately got attention. The Service Director, Jason Skinner offered to resolve my service problems. However before I had a chance to work with Jason on this issue, the General Manager called and made a very good offer for my gas coach and a very good offer on a purchase of a new diesel. We elected to purchase the new diesel coach and are very happy with it. We have some minor issues on the new coach and Jason again has been great to work with. We are in the process of getting these problems fixed.  My recent experiences with the owner, service, and sales staff have turned around my opinion of Mike Thompson, as you can see from the overall high score I gave them.
