Joshua and Elias did a fantastic job intalling our new patio door, patching damaged stucco and painting house. The guys showed up on time and were very honest and hard working. Very happy with the quality of work done.

Charlie was great to work with. We were remodeling ourselves and had pulled down a lot of the old drywall to do repairs within the walls, plus various old drywall patchwork needed repair. Charlie was accommodating to our schedule of repair work. He had to come out several times because we were working on a whole house remodel and needed to complete sections at a time. Thanks Charlie for all your help.

Fantastic! I have been using Certified Home Improvement, Inc. for 9 years now. They are the BEST! Honest, friendly, professional, and always clean up after themselves. This work was all done for free. When they remodeled my home 9 years ago, Aaron said that he would continue to maintain my home for the rest of my life, and he has been good on his promise. You can't find anyone else who would do that!

We couldnt be more happy and satisfied with the renovation work of Michael and his crew at Venetian Builders. Michaels capability and skills of all the stages in the remodeling that was done to our master bathroom helped us to make the entire work process go very efficiently. Michael was very easy-going with our questions and comments while his suggestions were a huge plus as well. He was also very alert when it came to our agreed budget. We were happy with all the attention that Michaels crew gave to our house while they were working on the master bathroom renovation project. They covered everything up and down the stairs and hallways and used plastic sheets around the bathroom to block any release of dust. Michael had a very loyal and expert crew who stayed in focus on our house only and they didnt do anything else other than that. They arrived on time each day during the week and they left the house no earlier than 5pm after they cleaned and organized their tools every time before. This type of working rules gave them the ability to finish our project on time with no extra delays. Michael was at the house everyday supervising the work and he was always available for our notes. We love our new master bathroom and we highly recommend Venetian Builders to anyone who is considering a bathroom or kitchen remodel.

Luise (my wife) and I found it very easy to talk to both David and Ronen (Company Contractors) who made it a point to be at the site each morning during demolition and much of the repair work. David made it a point to take Luise and I to various material supply stores specializing in tile, marble and flooring products to select the very best available (much wider selection than Lowes or Home Depot). The company was very supportive throughout the project and made sure we had suitable housing (hotels in the area) for over two months while the home was unsuitable to live in due to the extent of project. Ronen was always very helpful in explaining what were the next steps to be done and how it was to be done which I found to be helpful as I was present much of the time and watched the men perform their jobs. Both David and Ronen were only a phone call away and very responsive. I found it helpful to be able to go on my own and pick out the various kitchen appliances on my own (David gave us a budget figure to work within) as well as the bathroom fixtures rather than leaving it up to them. The project took 4 months to complete but part of that was due to rain delays (Jan. & Feb. 2017 heavy rains after a 4 year drought). I liked the fact that I was introduced to the various subcontractors (cabinet maker, roofer, tilers, etc.) and was able to interact directly with them when issues arose. David especially was very helpful in interceding on our behalf if there were any questions. My only suggestion would be for both David and Ronen better manage the timing of what subcontractor are doing and making sure the materials are available as needed. This would have saved several days throughout the course of the project. Overall, we were very pleased with the interaction and support rendered by David, Ronen and the various subcontractors. The cost was not inexpensive but due to the scope of the work it was reasonable. David Villasenor (home owner)

Mario and his crew of 3 were on site ready to go at 8 AM daily. all of his workers were very courtious and answered all my questions.
I insisted on top quality materials and received an "at-a-boy" from him!
He and or his crew were here 6 full days
The finished product looks great!! in fact I have had neighbors ask for his phone number.
This is mario's first job with me but it won't be the last!!

I phoned and left a message asking for a quote.  I originally was looking for a very rough estimate of replastering a bedroom ceiling that plaster had fallen.  Since I had no experience with this type of plastering, I needed to see if it would be in the ballpark of my budget to have the ceiling replastered to keep with the original design or if I needed to go a cheaper route.  Aston Hill returned my call and after I sent pictures, he provided a very very rough estimate.  I knew that it was well under priced since the pictures didn't represent the work correctly but it at least gave me something to start with and it was only verbal.  I then asked for Aston to come out and provide me with a firm written quote of the actual work required.  When he arrived on a Sunday morning promptly, I explained the entire situation and what detail I needed for a quote.  We had two bedrooms that needed work but one was more in dire need of repair than the other and the house was my fathers house and he would be making the final decision.  Aston did a detailed quote for me explaining every step he would be performing.  He also provided reference pictures of other work he had done. He also broke out the quote into parts if I were to do one ceiling or both.  This detailed quote enabled me to confer with my dad and he fully understood exactly what was going to be done.  He ended up electing to have Aston fix both ceilings to my surprise.  Aston was very busy with work and we were a couple of weeks out to schedule.  I had an urgent medical need to get the work done as soon as possible.  Aston was able to help me out and made arrangements to work on a Sunday/Monday to get the two ceilings done in two days instead of the quoted 2.5-3 days.  His work is flawless.  The plaster pattern he matched the ceilings to were very difficult but he did a fantastic job.  He also took video and pictures for me since I was not able to be there throughout the process just to make me comfortable with the progress. He cleaned up all work areas as if he was never there.  Yes, Aston may not have been the cheapest rate for repair but I honestly didn't care.  Gut instinct and the comfort level after we met, was a strong motivator in the selection of Aston.  I had no issues with leaving him work in the house alone.  His professionalism and respect he showed was something I can't say I experience very often.  Especially in the home improvement arena. In talking with Aston, he told me he won't quote a job if he is too booked  to actually  take the work.  To me, that says a lot that he is not willing to waste someone's time quoting a job if he can't do it.  I appreciate his honesty.  I would highly recommend Aston for any work and he will definitely be on speed dial for any and all future projects. One last thought, when I was researching the contractors on who I would just call for a quote, I read every single review on his site.  The most impressive thing besides the reviews themselves, was he responded to each and every one, positive ones included.  He obviously appreciates the effort of homeowners who take the time to write a review and responds.  Many other contractors only responded defensively to negative reveiws.  I was interested in more and it showed his character in his responses.  Thank you, Aston, for a job well done!

I am so very disappointed. I had hoped that this contractor would do a good job with my small bathroom remodel so that I could hire them to do other projects around my home.
    Pros:
The worker who did the tile work above my bathtub did a beautiful job. They also cleaned up after themselves after each work day.
    Cons:
They came only 2 or 3 days each week, and causing this project to go on for four weeks before I couldn't take it anymore and had to let them go. On the first day of the 4th week my bathroom still didn't have a floor (the subfloor had been removed) the walls had lots of large holes in it, the electrical wasn't finished, the floor tiling wasnt' done, and the walls were not painted. We have two small boys and it was a nightmare having to give them baths since we couldn't use the bathroom to do this (much too dirty and unsafe in there.)
I was also not told that I had to purchase the materials ahead of time and wasn't given a materials list so that I knew what to buy and how much to buy for this job. I had to rely on the Home Depot associate to figure out how much tile and grout to purchase. (I thought that they were going to purchase the materials and that we would be billed for them.)
Summary: We felt like we were a very low priority job for this contractor and that other jobs took precedence over ours and that's why no one came for 4-5 days at a time. This made us feel unvalued as a customer. The new contractor that we hired to take over and finish this job was done right away and now we can truly see the difference in how we were treated as customers.

To say that the job was delayed 3-4 days because the tile wasn't there is inaccurate. I purchased all the tile and grout on the day when the worker was putting up the paper and chicken wire backing around the bathtub surround so there was no way he was going to be able to install it until the next day when it dried. The next morning Juan picked up the materials (that I paid for the day before) at Home Depot on the way to my house and proceeded to do the tile job then. To blame my husband for not having tile there, but then not even providing us with a materials list is really wrong. The time delay is because no one was scheduled to work for most of the week, not because of any miscommunication between me and my husband.

They went around house patching my damage plaster.  Also they suggested that I seal the existing plaster because its dryness and would continue to peel, so I had them seal with 2 coats of commercial grade sealer.  cost add'l 500.00. 1800 sq ft.

The deal was for $299,00  for 300 sq ft. For any additional  would be $2.00 per sq ft.  The workers who came out quoted me $3.00 which I had to get.straighted out..  Then the workers charge me extra $80.00 for extra materials which shoud have been included in the $2.00 price.  The deguarded  material they filled my trash cans instead of hauling it away.  They were not prepared for the job.  They used my extension ladder,my shop vac and masking tape.
