    I use Anthem Blue Cross.  I have had them maybe ten years.  I had them for work and now I'm retired now so I will have to do an exchange in March.  They could have better responsiveness to calls.  They are getting worse at covering things, they cover a lot less now.

    First of all, they have the best customer service. The minute you walk in the door, they say, "Welcome to CVS." If you're walking around, somebody will always say, "Do you need any help?" or "Can I help you find something?" When I walk past the pharmacy, they say, "Hi Mrs. Congable. How are you today?" I go, "Just Fine ladies. How are you?" One of the pharmacist's name is Nguyen.

    I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service in this facility. The regular daytime staff--nurses, CNAs, therapists, treatment nurses--were efficient and, equally important, truly caring in their treatment of patients. Almost everyone seems to enjoy her job, which makes a great difference to patients' feeling of well-being and confidence in the service. There were a couple of times when night/weekend needs were not answered as quickly, but that may be due to smaller staff at those times. The food was tasty and plentiful, and the kitchen made a good effort to meet special needs or provide treats outside the general menu.
    The facility is not brand-new, but they keep it clean and pleasant. There's a good-sized community room with a lot of planned activities, and a pretty patio. The parking lot is small and awkward, but there is street parking nearby.
    Overall, I'd recommend Marlora.

    I have always been treated with respect and a friendly attitude by everyone in the shop. Whenever there was a problem with my insurance or doctors, Gage personnel have gone out of their way to get my prescriptions filled. The pharmacy has recently changed ownership, but the people there have not changed any policies. I always have and always will recommend them most highly to everyone I know.

    I would give Gage Pharmacy straight A's all across the board. I love those people. I will absolutely continue to use them in the future. If the pharmacist that owns and runs the place retires, I don't know what I will do.

    It is convenient for me. I don?t think that I am over charged. Their quality and communication are fine. Their over the counter service is great. However they have one thing about them that really annoys me. They have a system where you can call in to renew prescriptions over the phone. Occasionally we may request a refill for a drug that they do not have in stock and it won?t be available when you go in. They don?t have a way to let you know this information.

    They are good when they get your prescription right. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone that doesn't have much patience. I threatened to call their cooperate office and tell them they have a bunch of idiots there. They got everything straight. They didn't seem good at transferring between pharmacies. They are convenient because they are right up the street from my house.
