  • I wouldn't give a rating on any particular doctor because if you don't like one you can always use a different one. They are all under Kaiser. I'm going all the time because I have diabetes. I just emailed my doctor last month for advice about a cold.

  • They are awesome. You don't sit forever in the waiting room, I think the longest I have waited was 10 minutes. Where else can you go and a doctor sits with you for 30 minutes. I like that I can go online to their portal and review my stats. I can send email asking doctor a question or renew my prescriptions. I can go to any of their offices and be seen because they have access to records online. They have several locations and urgent care. I like that everything is on the computer. They don't have to ask a lot of questions and if they do prescription refills they email your pharmacy.

  • Kaiser is excellent. I have been with them since the kids were babies and they are now in their 40's. I will never leave them. I am constantly in contact with them because I have diabetes. If I have any problems I am able to email my doctor and she will send me a response. If she thinks I need a lab test she will just put it into the computer and tell me to go to the lab and there it is the test. If I cant get her on the phone I can email her. They have so many people and they are efficient in taking care of them but you never feel like you are part of a mural or something. Everything is still personal. They are always kind and intellectual. Excellent communication. They are taking very good care of me. They are always looking for the latest things and and keeping up to date on all the new advances so I never have to worry about that.

  • They were fine. They were very good. They gave pretty much full service. I never had any problem with them. The staff was fine. I didn't notice any special but no problem. It takes a little while to get just a check-up appointment. Urgent care is very good.

  • They're very friendly. He's combined his practice to another practice. Aside form a bigger office, the staff was wonderful. I like Dr. Frank because he's straight to the point. He always says what's going on and make some suggestions and everything.  I would use him again in  the future.

  • Well in the past it wasn't very good and I actually changed my insurance so that I could go anywhere now. My doctor retired last year so I went back to Talbert and it was a lot better. Everything was organized better, it was not long of a wait, there were more doctors to see and that I could understand. They had a problem of doctors not being able to speak clear English, I couldn't understand what they were telling me but now its a lot better. They have some good walk ins and it is easy to get appointments. Everything is online and it is nice.

  • The doctor wrote me a prescription for the "cam walker", crutches, and a temporary handicap placard.  I wentright out and got them all.  The boot and crutches took some getting used to.  I think it was 3 weeks later that I went to see him for a follow-up check.   He took more X-rays, and showed me that it was healing right on schedule, and there would be no need for a pin.  I was glad to hear than.  He said I could stop using the crutches.  A month later, another follow-up showed full healing.  He told me the bone had healed completely, but that I would continue to feel some pain for another year.  He was right.  More like a year and a half, with the pain decreasing over time.  I consider this a very good outcome.
The only problem was in the billing department.  He had someone incompetent working there, and she screwed up my billings, sending my insurance claim to the wrong carrier, then billing me for the full amoutn when they refused the claim.  It was only after they let her go, months later, that it all got set right.

  • My overall experience with them has been very good. I believe they are a non-profit organization. We have not had any problems with them so far and they take care of our needs. We have had nothing but positive experiences with them and we will continue to use them in the future.

  • Frank's recommendations and treatment choices have helped me immensely. One warning: he is pretty insistent on patient lifestyle issues (smoking, weight maintenance, adequate exercise) because he sees the patient as a full partner in his/her own wellness.

  • She takes the time. Usually when we go to another doctor, it takes five to ten minutes then you are out. She takes thirty to an hour to look at you and deal with your situation and how you feel and she makes me very good recommendations. She takes the time to listen. She was recommended by one of my wife's doctors and she went and liked there a lot so she told me about it and I like her too. She asks what else is going on like if you do not sleep right, your vitamins, and she fills me with further. We just made an appointment and we will be going to her on the eleventh of this month.
