Mike came out in the rain with an umbrella, measured the wall and gave us a quote on time and said it would be done before our party. Ulysses and his brother Christian came out and put the wall up in a matter of hours. It looks great. Thanks Finyl Vinyl!

Outstanding...Jorge Padron responded to our call promptly and made an appointment to examine our need and provide us an estimate that was $150 more reasonable that a prior estimate. He presented us with various designs from which to choose along with matching the gate color to our home's trim. The gate is beautiful, well built to my wife's specifications, and our neighbors also comment on the nice job done. Mr. Padron's excellent communication, price, and high quality work lead us to recommend him without hesitation. Charles and Leyla (Lakewood, Ca.)

Couldn't ask for more! Quickly responded to my initial email and about a week later arrived for the appointment as scheduled. Looked over the project , date was set for the work to be done on 28 June. On 28 June the two person team arrived , they were polite and got started right on time!

I needed a fence that provided privacy, security, soundproof, safety, and something that looked nice.  I had been trying to get a fence for 6 months.  The requirements of the funds were like an escrow account so no money was paid upfront.  I had a contractor and a signed contract and my fence was supposed to start in November.  That contractor did not do anything in accordance with the requirements and needless to say by January I was back to square 1.
I called several contractors to come to the job and because of the complexity of the job and the possible problems that could occur with the neighbor along with the requirements of the funds no contractor would do the job.  I was promised estimate after estimate and never got one.  I was at my wits end and was ready to commit myself I had two bids and I needed a third bid and could not get one.
I called Orange County Fence and they responded quickly and set up an appointment.  The representative Sal who came out was not only professional but had been doing fences his entire life which made him very knowledgeable.  He looked at the job did measurements and I discussed with him the requirements.  He said that he would have an estimate to me in a few days.
He actually had an estimate to me and the original estimate was a few thousand dollars lower than actual price.
Changes needed to be made to the estimate due to the fact that I needed an permit which required engineering plans,
As he was redoing the estimate he brought up that the triple privacy lattice that I wanted after a few years would start to space due to weathering and suggested ship shape wood behind the lattice.
I thought that was a great idea so we went with that.  I submitted the bid and it was accepted.  Then it came time to get the permits.  The plans were submitted to the Engineer who never got back to them so a new Engineer was needed to be found.  Sal found the best engineer and the plans were drawn up and overnight-ed so that Sal could go to the City.  I had a start date of Wednesday but Sal didn't get the plans until Monday afternoon.  He went to the City Tuesday morning and when the plans were submitted the permits were issued but the plans were not accepted.
The Engineer emailed the City Engineer back and forth and by the end of the day the City Engineer resigned the plans and approved them but it was an extra cost of 3,000.
On Wednesday Sal met me at the City and he had to draw up a new bid while he was doing a new bid the Engineer emailed over the drawings of the calcs and the City Engineer approved the Original plans with one change of the depth which was a $383.00 difference.
On Thursday the crew came out and removed the chain link fence and the footings, dug the holes, and dug the trench.  The holes for my fence needed to be 3 1/2 feet deep for the 71/2 foot fence and they built my custom driveway gate which was a 9 foot board on board cap and trim gate.  When they were done digging the holes we had to wait until Monday for the holes to be inspected.  Monday finally got here and the inspection passed.
On Wednesday the crew show up and started my fence.  They worked through the whole day and got most of the fence done.  On Thursday they showed up and finished part of the fence.  Because it was a custom made fence it took longer to build.  Wednesday they did the lattice and the ship ship shape wood and started the board on board.  They were precise, professional, and did an excellent job.
Thursday they did the board on board which took most of the day but they finished most of the board on board and the fence was almost done.
Friday they showed up and finished the board on board and the gate leading to the backyard.
They were friendly and professional and they even let me help which I was overjoyed about since I had been waiting so long for for it.
So the completed projected was a custom made 75 foot board on board fence 71/2 feet high with single lattice on top and ship shape wood behind it and a 2 foot kick board on the bottom, a gate leading to the back yard which was also board on board, 7 feet of 6 foot high fencing, and a 9 foot custom made board on board driveway gate.
It was the fence that they said couldn't be done because of the ship shape wood behind the lattice.
Orange County Fence saved my life.  Not only did they build the fence that said couldn't be built but Sal walked me through all of the bumps and the changes and my anxiety.
I had to board my dogs at a pet sitter for a week and half while the work was being done and Sal was totally understanding of that.  He was there every step of the way.  He was even there one day and helped build the fence.  There was so much comfort having him there.
They were professional, they worked with me, they followed through, they handled each situation with the up most professionalism and it was handled quickly and promptly.
I cannot say enough about the crew well Leo and Val.  They are the best.  I knew that as long as they were working on my fence it would get done correctly and efficiently.
This was the only company that followed through with what they said they were going to do, did not lie about anything, and was upfront with everything.  They worked with me and they were knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and excellent at what they do.
After the fence was done they cleaned up everything and hauled everything away.  I cannot say enough praise about Orange County Fence.  I especially cannot say enough praise about Sal and how much he was there and how he handled every situation I was truly amazed.

Troy measured the fence, gave an informal estimate and then took his measurements back to the office to run the numbers.  In just a few days, we received an email from him detailing the work required plus the pricing for each step.  The cost was surprisingly (to me) close to the verbal estimate he gave me in person.  After having our house painted recently, we decided to save money by doing a Band-Aid fix for now.  When the time comes to replace the fence, we will definitely consider the Fencing Pro.

We called Good Neighbors Fence to replace a wood privacy fence with vinyl.  Both Alan and Karen were professional and personable.  Karen came out to measure and provide us the bid.  She had samples to show us and went over the warranty.  The crew that came out was on time, and had the job completed quickly - the quality and workmanship exceeded our expectations.  The fence looks great!

The company was contracted to place railings on stairs both in the back and front of house.  The only complaint was that it took over three weeks and several phone calls to have them installed.  Company was very busy however  when the work was done it was professional and exactly what I wanted.  The people are very nice and the process was clean and fast.  Thank you

Very professional. Owner answered his own phone rather than use an answering service. Knew exactly what I wanted and the finished product was exactly how I envisioned it. Great experience, will use again on some other expected projects.

This has already been reported.  I just occasionally need touch ups.  For example, the gardener messes up the paint on the outside when he uses his trimmer.  Aaron is quick to repaint the area, even though it is caused by the gardener.

They did the work exactly the way we wanted them to. They were really good about getting back with us and setting up the appointment. We didn't have to wait long; they came out right away, did the measurements, and explained everything to us. They are pretty detailed, very friendly, and easy to work with. And their price was actually a little cheaper, I had shopped around and they were kind of in the middle.
