FLowe'sOUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GOOD. WE DIDN'T GET THE ACCESSORIES FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS. EVERY TIME I CALLED ABOUT THEM I WAS TOLD IT LOOKED LIKE THEY HAD BEEN DELIVERED AND PICKED UP. THEY COULD NEVER TELL ME BY WHO OR WHERE MINE WERE. FINALLY, I WAS TOLD THE PERSON THAT ORDERED THEM DIDN'T PUT THE COLOR ON IT, SO IT WAS NEVER COMPLETED. AFTER ASKING WHY I WAS NEVER CALLED AND NOTIFIED OF THIS (WITH NO EXPLANATION) THEY FINALLY CONTACTED THE SUPPLIER WITH THE COLOR WE WANTED AND GOT THEM DELIVERED TO OUR HOME. WE WERE SUPPOSE TO GET THEM IN ABOUT 10 TO 14 DAYS. IT TOOK 2 MONTHS!!!- JEANETTE C.
