AGo Junk Free AmericaGo Junk Free America came with two trucks the same day we called them. Go Junk Free America's crew of four (Ryan, the leader, and workers Carlos, Jesus, and Alex) cleaned out 50% of this large locker so we could see what we wanted to keep. They lifted heavy boxes that were intimidating to us, moved heavy furniture with ease, and carefully stacked the remaining boxes we needed to keep, which we will dispose of ourselves. They never complained about how dusty a storage locker gets in 14 years. We were happy with their professionalism: they had loaded the trucks so that everything was compact with no wasted space and ready to haul away, which saved us money by efficiently using the floor space in the truck. AThey were simply amazing. Moving can be very stressful and they did a great job of making the process seamless. I called the company a few weeks before my moving date to schedule an appointment and I received plenty of information on what to expect. On the actual moving date, they were arrived on time with masks on as well as their large moving truck. They were communicative as to double checking what things we want moved and what we didn't, and they took really good care of our items. We had some larger things like bed frame, mattress, desk, etc. and they packed them very well. The unpacking process was also very professional and easy. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.

FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.
