He came to the property to give us a free estimate. He took his time in answering all of our questions and concerns. He was courteous, competent and professional. The foundation repair and underpinning took two weeks to complete. The work crew was extremely professional, and the cleanliness of the work site was wonderful. AVino General ContractingOne can be assured, when working with Carlos and his team at Wine Valley Construction, that a project will end up exactly as discussed before it starts. We find that to be both refreshing and rare in the construction industry. We found this to be the case when working with Carlos on either a quote/contract basis or on time and materials. For the former, projects came in as budgeted and for the latter, we never once had to question the integrity of invoices, neither time billed nor material cost. Wine Valley Construction always produced high quality of workmanship on all the projects they have undertaken for us; quality with which we were very pleased . ALd constructionA friend had recommended LD Construction to us. We contacted Gustavo the owner and he came out to look at our project. We were not entirely sure what we wanted to do and he offered suggestions. After plans were drawn up and a price agreed on, work was scheduled. He showed up when he said he would and the project went smoothly. Gustavo was very accommodating as several times the design was changed or modified. The project went quick and the end resalt was beautiful. We really enjoyed working with Gustavo and plan on having LD Costruction come back this spring and summer for another project.- Ron C.

Dfirst i would like to say that i have used this company twice before with a good outcome. i reached out to george again for some additional work. after a few days of trying to contact george, we were finally able to schedule an appointment via angies list. george was on time and spent some time looking at projects to be completed and stated he would forward an estimate in a couple of days. i asked him to give me the estimate, minus supplies, because i can purchase supplies using military discount offered where he would purchase items. george forwarded estimate in a couple of days, which included supplies. i reminded george i asked for estimate without supplies due to discount. george stated he would forward that to me. it has been over a week and approx 10 attempts to contact him for estimate.... and not a single response from him.... i did notice that his email address contains the name of another company with majestic c&i under it... i have attempted to contact george via phone, text and email (2 different ones).... so i can only assume that: 1. he does not want to do further business 2. he does not want the customer to see what materials acually cost and what he is actually charging for labor very disappointed... i really liked this company. follow-up inresponse to contractor comments and continued lack of communication... 23 july 2018... after competion of projects, it is impossible to contact him unless you leave an unfavorable post on angieslist or home advisor or yelp... then he is quick to defend his lack of communication and justify it by pointing out customer faults... i have emailed everday for over a week to the email address he provided and received communication from him during projects or when he responds following a review he disagrees with... i contacted him to evaluate some cracks in a cement driveway installed less than a year ago... he eventually sent someone to look at it... then he told me he was researching filler and would contact me to schedule repair... the cracks or “fractures” are spreading... that was 4 june.... it is now 23 july... and not a word... i know you have all my contact information...
