ADWAIN RAY'S QUALITY CARPET CARE & ADVANCED CLEANIAbsolutely perfect! Got what we expected. Carpets had become very stained from our 2 Border Collies and 1 Tibetan Terrier. Dwain Ray removed all sand and mud stains from daily walks at the ocean or the Pygmy Forrest with clay soil. Moves the furniture for us and is in and out in a quick and timely manner! AKeep It Clean AmericaThey were great, really funny and really professional at the same time! My house smells good again and the only stain that didn't come out was due to a bleach spill that I knew was permanent. It cost a little more ($30 more) than I expected but it was understandable, I didn't expect to find a 'favorite corner' for my dog either, so they treated it and the smell is gone even a week later. CAmerican Water RestorationThey were great in the beginning but end ed u p to be bad at communicating. They took longer for the job than needed. Our ins. paid $6200, their estimate was $10,2000. They wanted to replace all cabinets, which was not necessary. They were going to steam clean the carpet so I asked them to upholstery clean 3 pcs of furniture. I would pay them. I asked for a new ceiling evaporator cover which I would pay for, $30 it was so rusty. They never did it after agreeing. They never put up a bathroom cabinet saying a plumber took it down. We ended up paying someone to finish. They blew us off and to me were disrespectful.- Barbara K.

CI bought several groupons for this company over a year-long span. The first service was wonderful--easy contact, good work. In fact, the work done in the house is always good. It's how this company is run that's the problem. Communication is impossible. The man who is either the owner/administrator/manager is rude and a bit of a bully. You can never get them to call you back; they get the times wrong; staff is always late (but they text/email you about that); and they mishandled my groupon coupons and tried to charge me. Terrible, terrible experience. Don't use them.
