  • The owner’s name is Jesus. The service is excellent. They are very friendly and very honest. We just really trust them because he always tells us what needs to be fixed, and if he says that he hears what the noise is, but if he doesn’t think the part needs to be fixed, he will tell us that. That is really honest and high integrity. We told him we had heard a noise in our car, and we also thought we needed an alignment. He spent two labor hours on it and told us that the car did not need an alignment and that the sound we were hearing was something that did not need to be fixed, and so he charged us zero. We used to live in the town where his services are and then we moved about an hour and a half away, but we still go back to him an hour and a half away.

  • It is a fine place and had a great warranty.  It has extra services like detailing for free.  They are very professional.  It is a car of my parent which was handed down to me so it was important to get it right for us in a very fine fashion.  They are on the list of insurance companies that they would accept.  They were pleasant and very detailed.  If you look for body repair, frame work and painting...I will go back to them in a heartbeat.  They know what they are doing.  They are expert there and they know down to the last detail what to be done.  They don't scrap on doing it, they do it completely.  There is nothing left to correct it.  They did extras and can scrap the whole half of the car when in fact they can do only half just to make it look better.

  • Excellent. We had been using another auto repair service in Lake Elsinore. Their service had become horrible resulting in us taking the car back three times to fix the original problem. One of these repairs was the power steering pump and hoses (replaced twice after using the wrong parts.).
    We had several and quot;word of mouthand quot; referrals for Gearharts, so we took the Toyota Corolla there for diagnosis and repair. Wally said one of the hoses was too big and leaking and the second installed incorrectly and was pinched. He ordered new hoses from Toyota. He also diagnosed the rack and pinion problem too. He needed to keep the car several days as the parts order took several days. We picked up the repaired vehicle and have been very happy with the service. Most important the power steering is not leaking fluid and the car is safe.
    About 3 weeks before the power steering repair,we had Gearhards replace the ignition switch in the car. Work was about $300, and is again excellent.
    The staff is very helpful, expecially Lisa. As a woman, it is sometimes difficult to explain what I hear or see in car issues. She made me feel comfortable talking about the car problems and telling the mechanics what issues the car was experiencing. The company has been in business over 50 years and most the mechanics have 20+ years experience at the facility.

  • I arrived for the "Appointment" to be told that they were doing inventory and couldn't supply any parts for my service appointment that day.  Additionally, I was told that Hyundai was not sharing the online appointment information (i.e. Hyundai is not sharing information with the service department at a Hyundai Dealership).  This after we received two emails verifying the appointment.  Yet somehow the dealership was not aware.  I can understand if an appointment needs to be canceled but they could at least take the initiative to find out what appointments have been made and make some attempt at customer service.

  • Had a simple oil change completed and asked for an inspection to be conducted, normally synthetic oil changes at $60 for my truck but an additional charge was applied for the inspection. When I picked up my truck I was told there was nothing wrong even though I described the issue I was having with my truck. This was the last time I took any of my cars to Keith. Less than a week later, in the rain, my truck lost power leaving me on the side of the road for 2 hours waiting for a tow truck only to find out a coil went back on a spark plug.

    Previous to this incident, we took our other car because we could smell oil burning and our check engine light came on. Keith fixed our O2 sensor and told us all was good. When we got home, the car still smelled like burnt oil so we pressure washed the engine. A week later the engine blew and we had to scrap the car because we couldn't afford a new engine. Although he has the lowest prices for the Rosetta Canyon community I would recommend finding another garage and pay a little more for honesty.

  • Took my truck in for an oil change and as part of The Works package it was given a full inspection. A long list of repairs was given to us. Although priced outside our price range to have the work done I was grateful to know what was wrong with my vehicle since we were taking a long trip to Florida a little over a month later. All repairs were easily completed at my home by my mechanically savvy brother for half the cost for only parts. Received numerous emails after my service, one a survey and a few others from the service manager to schedule an appointment for the repairs identified to be completed. Overall I have recommended this dealership's service department to everyone I know with Fords (and there's 5 just in my immediate family).

  • I called for an appointment and received one for the next day. I delivered my car at the scheduled time in the morning and picked it up mid-afternoon. They called me before they performed the work for my approval.
