    Sunburst Shutters California Inc
    I did purchase my shutters from Sunburst but didn���t expect they would repair a four year old blind. Their customer service person, Karyn, is very helpful and reassuring. Kimball came out in a couple of days and did an outstanding job replacing my damaged louvre and adjusting the blind so the problem should not recur. This is a quality company with a quality product and they are committed to customer service.

    Angie's List, at my request, sent me several listings for Private Investigators. Looking over the list, I selected three to call. Roland was the first to respond. He came across on the phone as being very professional, and sincere. He was anxious to meet with me, to give me further information about his company and what he could do for me. We arranged for a meeting on the following day. My first impression of him matched that which I had felt after talking with him on the phone. He spoke glowingly of his accomplishments and abilities of what he could do as a private investigator. After telling him my situation, in great detail, he was very anxious to begin work on my case, as he felt he could do much with the resources he had available to him. I have been dealing for years with a devastating situation involving a cunning and evil thief who has invaded my residencies and before that, my business and workplace. While being a ���person of interest��� in several police departments, he has not been able to be compromised. I am a widow, and I live alone, and have vision handicaps. I am partially blind. I am also very trusting. Roland was anxious to help me, and I was confident that he would be successful. He read his contract to me, and I signed it. At the same time wrote him a check for $2200 that he said was what he needed as a retainer fee to begin the work. I gave him complete details of the situation, including much personal information. He left saying that he would be beginning the work the next day. Two days following, I received an email message about his work the previous afternoon, along with some photos. He then said he would be doing further investigation during the week. Then I did not hear from him for a week or more, and finally when he did contact me by email apologized saying he had just returned from being out of town and would get back to me the next day the following day. I did not hear from him the following day or for several days there after. I sent another email to which he replied he was investigating and would get back to me soon. Shortly after that I also received a device in the mail that he said he would be sending to me at the time of our initial meeting. Inside the same envelope was a note from him, asking me to call him upon receipt of the envelope. I called him, not being able to reach him, left a message. After a few days, still not hearing from him, I called again, and left a message. From that point and a month later, I still have not had any communication from him. I called and left messages about a half a dozen times, and sent emails, the last of which was just a few days ago. And still, no response, other than on the last phone call my call was disconnected, before his message came on. I certainly was a bad judge of character in the situation. And now I am out $2200 because of it. He completely won my trust. He began the work as promised. But then never followed through and never communicated with me, and never had the courtesy to respond to my calls or my emails. Since then I have learned some other very disturbing things about this man and his company. But this is not the place to bring that to light. Being a crime victim, especially one in crimes that are continuing to take place, is probably the most vulnerable situation to be in. As you are anxious to find help. While $2200 is a vast amount of money for me as a widow, it would hardly have been a high price to pay for someone���s honest and sincere help. But now I realize I���ve been taken, along with my $2200.

    It was fine. He came over and my concerns were taken care of. He did not contact me when i first contacted the company and it took a call from Angie's list to contact him. His responsiveness was very bad and he had to be prompted by you. His personal interaction with a customer was not good. He did what he said was going to do, but his customer relations was not good. Like a doctor with a bedside manner, he did not have a good bedside manner. It took about 30 minutes. I asked him a couple questions about thing in my house and he was fine with the answers. He did what I asked him to do and checked out a couple of things. He was clean, he came in with the little booties, I did not have a problem with that. He left the cleaning area fine. He did not seem very enthusiastic to be here.

    Josh is the VP in California and he is the nicest, most responsive, and caring person I could have hoped for. I call him all the time to ask questions and he is so patient and excited to help. All their instructors are either current or retired police officers. Our daughter loved her instructor which is shock for a 15 year to like a policeman! Ha ha.

    It was great.  It was wonderful.  There were additional fees besides the $60.   The big deal covered part of it, the repair and more.  I thought it was nice that they picked it up and delivered it.

    Reel Time Sight And Sound
    Reel Time Sight and Sound is just the best!!!  They did an awesome job!!! Inside of a week, they wired and mounted an outdoor television and speakers, installed a 7.1 surround system and LED dimmable lights in our living room, and mounted a 65" television onto our STONE fireplace!!! All that, and we don't see a single wire or cable (my wife is very happy about that)!!! When they were done installing, they programmed our new remote, walked us through the new system, and even patched the walls where they needed to cut!
    Anyway... If you're looking to do a project like this, I couldn't recommend these guys more!

    Couteous and professional fellow showed up with his truck, dumped my boxes into his wheeled container, rolled it to the truck, hit the lift and dump button, and...down the hatch. Took all of about 10 minutes. Really pleased to get rid of all these old files stacked in the garage and closets, securely, and quickly. I would have had to make at least two trips to the recycle station myself, hefting heavy boxes. This was a breeze. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

    They found no problems in my unit, plus they cleaned the interior of household dust.

    The shop seems to be in a bit of disarray, but you can tell that it functions for the staff.

    Professional and knowledgeable staff.

    Would use them again.

    Diversified Movers
    Head guy came out to take a look at what our one bedroom apartment held.  Told him that we also had a very large storage unit that held the remainder of our four bedroom house that had been sold.  He gave a quote for everything, a time and date for the movers to arrive an we were set. 
    Two days before the move, he called to let us know that one of his drivers had been pulled over coming back from Nevada into California.  The driver had an unpaid ticket on his record, so the state of California shut the moving business down until all of the correcting paperwork could be completed.  So, he couldn't move us as scheduled.  I understand things happen, but to just drop out of a move without any attempt to mitigate the damage to the customer is unthinkable in a reliable company.
    I ended up having to scramble to rent a truck on my own and find another company that could move everything into this rental truck.
    Another thing that had bothered me was that he didn't feel the need to check out our storage unit to see how much stuff we had.  I then asked him "what if it all doesn't fit"?  His reply "my guy is a magician at fitting things in to trucks".  With the largest truck Penske rents, a 26 footer, we couldn't fit everything in it and had to leave the remainder for second trip later, so there's a big question as to his being able to accomplish the move as promised anyway.
