  • He was referred by one of my friends. He was awesome. I had a couple other estimates and his price was the best out of the estimates I received. He will be doing to the work in the next few days. So far he's had a great attitude and is very friendly. Not pushy, doesn't try to sell you anything.

  • Worst company ever in my experience. They spent 6 weeks trying to repair my dishwasher and it still does not work and guess what - they charged $140 from my credit card for the service! They scheduled 5 appointments during these 6 weeks and they just did not show up for 2 of them w/o any explanation why this happened. Now I`m trying to reach out to their management to discuss why they charged $140 from my credit card but they are hiding from me - they are always "at a meeting now" and never return my calls. 2New Life Appliance Repair management: maybe it is time to stop hiding and give me a call, finally?

  • Best experience I've ever had with large appliance repair. Quick diagnosis of frozen fan that circulates air from freezer to refrigerator. Required taking apart freezer door to reach fan at back of unit in very difficult location to access/repair. Cooling restored. Work area left clean & dry. Technician was terrific, and my appt was added on to schedule friday afternoon for 5 pm. Had called 4 other places with no response until mon/tues. Will definitely use again & tell my friends.

  • I called Mr. Appliance after trying to deal with 2 other repair services via a warranty company that never even showed up. They put me on the schedule for the same day and quickly diagnosed my Maytag Washing Machine's problem, ordered the part, and repaired it the same day they received the new motherboard. They were even willing to work with the warranty company and made the whole process very smooth and easy. I am now a HUGE fan and will be calling them for any future appliance repairs I need done!

  • Rick was on time and successfully fixed our broken oven. The experience from beginning (call to schedule the visit) to end (paying for the repair) went smoothly. We also used Rick a couple of years ago to repair our dryer. He still provides the same level of excellent service.

  • Was able to perform same day service.  Figured out why my fridge was broken and performed all the required maintenance to get it back up and running within 40 minutes!  He had all the parts in his truck so I didn't have to worry about him making two trips to fix the problem.  Great experience and a pleasure to do business with.

  • I called early for an appointment and Laurie was great! She was able to schedule me for that afternoon. Craig & Colby arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They detected the problem quickly, ran some other tests to make sure the problem wasn't caused by anything else, changed out the fuse and adjusted the doors. Craig even noticed that a screw was missing on the trim and kindly put an additional one in to make it more secure. Everything was done efficiently and cleanly - emphasis on the cleanliness. Both Craig and Colby answered all my questions. I would definitely use this company again!!!

  • The ONLY positives I can report is that he was punctual, and the lady on the phone was nice and informative. But those aside, and contrary to what I was told by the lady on the phone, he did NOT spend the time or effort to properly a**** my two appliances. Also contrary to what I was told on the phone, he wanted to overcharge me for spending less than 30 seconds looking at each without a proper evaluation (thus, my opening statement that they need to get their stories straight, especially if they want to be credible). He made a lot of excuses and did not show any sense of professionalism, whatsoever. I don't know, perhaps he was having a bad day, but even if that were the case, in a service capacity, one should never allow personal issues to affect how you treat the customer and how you do your job. After several good experiences with other providers found on AngiesList in the past, this one with this provider was a huge disappointment. I do NOT recommend him AT ALL.

  • Their price is fair.  They are professional.  They work and came in a timely manner.    I will not recommend them as much as I will recommend Ocean Air not because they were bad but Ocean Air has been around town for many years, probably 20 or longer, and I use them and I have a relationship with them.  Caesar?s, I have to call them for small jobs.  Ocean Air came and put in my air conditioning years ago and they worked on my heater which is a bigger job.  However, Caesar?s is professional, they did a good job, they came quickly and the guys were knowledgeable.  One thing was with the clothes washer which he did not know what was going on with and he did not know how to repair it and I felt that he was really honest about that and I appreciate those things.

  • The service was fine. No one had been able to find the problem and he took about forty five minutes to find and fix it. I would say they are smart because they found the problem, fixed it and have reasonable prices.
