    Makhoul, Dr. E. M.
Such an Amazing staff from the second I walked into the door, Yolanda the dental hygienist Took her time with me and could not have been more accommodating and kind. Dr Makhoul is a complete gentleman, caring and Knowledgeable whom made sure I knew exactly what my current dental needs are and how we would easily address those concerns. Very professionally ran office, organized, clean and most of all they truly cared about my health while treating at the highest level of respect. Needless to say they get All A+ Ratings across the board from me. I am more than appreciative especially comparing them to the other dentists I have had over the years Many Thanks, Tony Valentine

    Bryan Stevens DDS
I felt very comfortable going to the office. The staff was friendly and the office was clean. I was seen on time, which I appreciated. Dr. Stevens took the time to explain the procedures to me and what treatment he recommended. He did not try to upsell any treatment and I will definitely be back. I highly recommend Dr. Stevens.

    Sunshine Smiles of Orange County
This business is under new and improved ownership as of 2019. PLEASE ignore the old reviews. Sunshine Smiles of OC is fantastic. I have had two cleanings and a couple of fillings here and the whole experience was great. Things that impressed me included: - Clean well organized office with polite and friendly staff. - They explained treatment options without any "hard sell". - I appreciate their precautions for visits during Covid-19. - They offer online forms/apps that are very convenient for providing or updating your information before arriving at the office. - Took care of dental insurance without any hassle. I just paid my deductible.

    Green Dental And Orthodontics
Awesome, Dr. Basil is the best dentist I've ever visited. I have severe dental anxiety and his bedside manner was the most relaxing. I put me at ease and I barely felt a thing. Going back for my implants.

    Tatulyan, Dr. Sergey
I think Dr. Tatulyan and his team are great! My husband and I have been going to them for years and they're always friendly, attentive, skilled at their work, and professional. You can tell Dr. Tatulyan cares about his patients and wants to communicate full about the options and to make you feel as comfortable as possible. No one enjoys getting dental work but I think this team does a wonderful job of making it as painless as possible. I'll also note that they always get me in quickly for my appointment and they try very hard to work with your schedule. I highly recommend them!

    Studio City Dental Group
I've had 2 rounds of four-quadrant deep cleanings, countless fillings and my wisdom teeth removed here. I guess they thought of me as a cash cow who would acquiesce to whatever they recommended, because in late 2018 they told me I needed work filling done on all four quadrants of my mouth, and that we should spread them out over the winter so that I don't run into the yearly insurance cap. For my January appointment on the very last side, I walked in and was asked for a co-pay of $990, which I wasn't warned about. I paid. I got 3 crowns that day, which I discovered was happening when I was already in the chair. Then a few months later I got a bill for $2700 because my insurance wasn't going to cover the work because they didn't deem it necessary. I called multiple times and was repeatedly assured that they were in touch with insurance and I wouldn't have to deal with this, but I got bills every 30 days, then started racking up late fees (which they did eventually waive). In early summer when I (now a few months pregnant) began having horrible dental pain, I discovered that I needed a root canal for one of the teeth that had just gotten the crowns. To the credit of the dentist that saw me that day, he helped me find another practice, as the specialist at Studio City wasn't going to be available to see me for another 10 days and that was just for appraisal. But now I needed to undergo a major procedure while pregnant because of a botched crown that according to my insurance was never necessary in the first place. For almost a year and a half and I received bills every 30 days, with no explanation or effort to rectify the situation despite multiple appeals and constant phone calls. I called in July 2020 and they told me that they'd look into it. Instead, two months later and with no further communication I got a bill from collections. Truly the worst office I've ever had to deal with.

    Model Smile Dentistry
I would give a minus star if I could!! Unless someone's goal of care is just a beautiful smile, I wouldn't recommend Dr. Chow for preventive and standard dental care. I had a partial crown and a filling after removing amalgam from  two molars. He did partial crown on a tooth that had a crack already and I lost the tooth after a year of ordeal of pain with chewing. I just endured the pain thinking that would go away and didn't do my homework until one day I woke up in an excruciating pain in the jaw. I've learned that root canal and full crown should have saved the tooth for a while longer. During multiple follow up visits, he failed to inform me of possible risks including infection in the cracked tooth with persistent tooth pain. He didn't seem to have any better insight than me other than just hoping...The other one with filling was so sensitive that I had never never been be able to use it almost for two years and finally I am about have a full crown for that tooth in a week. Moreover, they made it very difficult to get my records. When I asked my x ray emailed to go to an endodontist, they refused it due to HIPPA even though they were doing it all the time before. All of a sudden Dr. Chow got to review it and they would release my x ray only to their referring specialists which is supposely illegal. Otherwise, they were going to charge me $60.00.
