    I had my friend, who is a mechanic, look at my car. He said the steering wheel sounded like it was going to fall off. Also, the oil pan plug seal needed to be replaced because of a tiny leak. I also needed to address a recall with the malfunctioning airbag. The service person said there was no solution for the recall and it would be $135 to check the steering wheel and another $135 to ���diagnose ��� the oil leak. I said I would pay for the steering wheel examination but I just needed a $6 replacement part for the oil pan plug. He said they won���t replace a part until full diagnostics are performed. I said no to that. He says d they would need 5 hours to check the steering and I should take the shuttle. It took over an hour to go 5 miles on the shuttle. I called three times to check on my car. The service department never answered. The receptionist finally told me my car was ready. I asked for the shuttle to take me back. Two hours later, the shuttle came dropping me if right before they close at 7pm. I left a negative review for the dealership. The service manager, Tim Bright, emailed me with a threat that he had entered notes in the computer that I should go to another dealership for future service. Do not go to this dealership for service. They make their money with diagnostics charges and take all day for small repairs. If you complain, they threaten you. Avoid this place.

    I've been going there for like twelve years.  It's always been a good experience even though I have a newer model car.  Anything that I need, I will go to him for brakes, anything that's not covered by my warranty I will go to him.  He drives me home and picks me up and everything.  He's just a great guy.

    He is an independent mechanic - he does really good work. I do not even go to the dealer anymore. Car has 179K miles because of him. His name is Bo and I trust him. If he says the car is still running, or I should trade it in. He says it is good so I trust him. It is a 2001 Nissan Maxima. Price is reasonable, they do the work when they are supposed to and do what they need to do. I have had the car towed there and they are trustworthy. Very prompt and great. They offer a AAA discount on parts. I would use him again. I have used him for 10 years,

    I have been going to them for years. I would buy a car from them if I had to. The workers were all good. I trust them and they always treat me well. They do not try to sell me stuff that I don't need. They leave the area clean, they use to wash the are, but they are not able to do that any more.

    They were fast, professional & courteous. Unfortunately the brake switch stopped working again. I called & was told it's probably a defective part, bring it in & we will replace it no charge. I retuned the next day, the recharged the battery & replaced the part. Haven't had any problems since then.

    He is a 35 minute drive for me and he is worth it. I will not go to anyone else. He explains what is wrong with your car if you are having an issue and tells you the cost. I was having an issue with my car and he was like here is the thing, it is not going to effect how you drive your car however when you go to your smog test next year you will not pass, so you need to get it fixed between now and then. Any other mechanic would try to get you to do it then or steer you to it. It is a $368 repair so it gave me time before my next smog check to save it, which I really appreciated it. He has also fixed my food truck and he is very honest. He is quite busy but if you call he will tell you when to get in. There is a restaurant next door so I just go there. I have not gone anywhere but there but it is so worth it. It was a fair price.

    I take it to the dealer in Irvine, the Mercedes dealer.  We have service contracts for 6 or 7 years on each car.  We were there last actually about 2 weeks ago.  They charged me nothing for the service.

    It went amazing.. he could tell I was stressed and let me know it would be ok, he had me in and out of his shop within the hour.. it could have been even 30 minutes.  he showed me the broken part and was personable, reasonable, and clearly concerned; by letting me know I could call him with questions or concerns anytime..     .Got a call first thing in the morning telling be that the starter was bad.  They checked the battery and it was good.  They did the work right away and the price was okay for what had to be done.  We can count on them and we trust them.  Highly recommended.

    They were fine. It was a scheduled maintenance. Your car lets you know now that you need to take it in. They have it for a day. If I need a ride, they take me home. If I need them to pick me up or whatever, they accommodate that. If I know far enough in advance that I'm bringing my car in, I can schedule a loaner car, which is really great. They have courtesy cars and car wash. If it's just an oil change, they have a little waiting area with TV and they offer you coffee or water bottles. It didn't cost me anything because I bought the extended service contract for two years. I like Norm Reeves Acura. I've always been very happy with their service. I've bought three cars from them already. My service manager's name is Randy Bustamante. I continue to go back to them because they spoil me. I don't yell at them. I respect everybody's job. I'm always very courteous and I treat everybody with respect. So, they like me. It's a good thing.
