AThe YardstickJack & his team did a great job from the very start when we had a lot of options to choose from to the time when everything was completely installed. And getting this done in a timely fashion during the current COVID situation was exemplary. We had them install shades throughout the house, and with any project there were bumps/issues that arose and Jack was there to help us fix them. ASOD Home GroupEach craftsman that was sent to the house was knowledgeable, polite and completed their task as promised. The maple floors are beautiful and all painting meticulous. The tile was a little tricky as we replaced the trim tiles only. This meant the tiles needed to be carefully removed to avoid breaking the remaining tile. Before re-grouting, he took the extra care needed to remove and prep the existing grout. We are more than pleased with their work and would use them again.- hazel t.

AThe YardstickHands down the best home service experience I've had. The prices were fair, the product high quality, and the service expectational. The sales consultation was handled by Andrew and the owner, Jack, came once the final contract was nailed down. They were respectful, detail oriented and knowledgeable. We ended up going with Hunter Douglas shades and the product was delivered within a couple weeks of order. Andrew himself came and did the install within a couple hours. The company delivered on time, and the results are aesthetically pleasing. I would recommend Yardstick to anyone who wants to upgrade their window treatment.- Jay J.

ABrothers Home Improvement IncBrothers Home Improvement is excellent to work with. We originally had them replace our single pane windows for double pane around 20 years ago. They have been responsive to warranty needs over the years. When we decided to replace our bay window and kitchen slider we called them for the job. They are a family run business and everyone from the operator, to the estimator, to the installer makes you feel like a very important customer. Since they're located in southern CA, they thought Belmont was located in the Long Beach area and they missed the first appointment. Elizabeth Shutters was the middle bid, but they had the best design, and Deborah was the most pleasant of the three sales reps. AMy gutters were blocked and water was causing my door to swell so we couldn’t open it. It was supposed to rain the next day. They came out within 2 hours, fixed it and let me know that my gutters weren’t angled right. Very professional and the price was very reasonable.

AJerry (H&H Develoment) and his installer (Mike) did a GREAT JOB. I got several bids on this job and H&H was a) the most responsive, b) extremely punctual, c) curteous and friendly, d) knowledgable, d) the lowest price and e) the shades are most excellent (top down/bottom up). While the other suppliers seemed qualified, H&H's price was about 1/2 to 1/3 the price of the competitors and their lead time (2 weeks vs. 4 - 8 weeks) were also a marked advantage. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
