    Again, he was familiar with this problem with the Bosch and went right to
    work.  He bought the water pump part with him as I had given him the model
    number before.  He is very chatty about appliances and what goes wrong

    From my first contact on the phone- Steve listened carefully and made a pretty good diagnostic call, which turned out to be correct. Kept in touch with me about the timing of the repair, showed up 10 minutes early, and was a pleasure to work with.  I will definitely use him for any future appliance repairs.  He was smart, paid attention to little details- like putting the washing machine back in a more useable position.     One word describes the experience - SPLENDID!

    I made a morning call, expecting that someone would eventually get to the house and that the contents of the refrigerator were most likely going to wind up in the garbage or compost pile. Within 20 minutes, I had the owner working on my refrigerator! Most tradesmen and women wind up calling me, stating that they are lost and cannot find our house (GPS and map errors) but not he.

    After determining the problem, a computer malfunction causing the compressor to step-down to lower-than-required speeds to maintain proper cold, he worked out a game plan to make repairs and quoted a very reasonable price. Because of an unorthodox installation, he was presented with a couple of serious challenges. Still, he worked smoothly and efficiently, making modifications as needed along the way. Then came the surprise. It turns out that GE experimented with DC compressors and some of the refrigerators entered the retail market. Ours was one. Without batting an eye, a new plan of repair was worked out and much more extensive work performed to complete the process. My refrigerator was as good as new in no time.

    The stunning surprise is that I was not charged any more for the extensive repairs than had been originally quoted for the much simpler procedure and parts.

    I hope that my refrigerator lives out a long and productive life and that I won't been needing General Refrigeration Service in the near future, but I'm pleased to I have the opportunity to refer friends and associates to an exemplary company.
