    Mission Plumbing & Heating
I contacted Mission Plumbing about a problem with 3 toilets that has been ongoing for 4 years and we were just tired of fixing the mechanism inside the tank. We'd ordered 3 new toilets and when Chris came and looked at it, he said , "I will do whatever you want me to, but I think I can fix these toilets and it would be a lot less than replacing them". we agreed to give it a try and so far we couldn't be happier. The flush mechanisms just seem more robust and we are hopeful that the problem is fixed once and for all. instead of $1500 we spent $330!! we have used Mission Plumbing before and will again. Chris is an honest guy and knows his stuff. well done!!!

Murphy & Sons Free Leak Detection & Free Estimates
Mr Murphy came out with one of his sons. We had a clog caused by my stupidly flushing Clorox wipes down the toilet. It affected all the upstairs, including 2 full bathrooms. It also cause a leak in the ceiling of the garage that will cause remediation of the ceiling. Mr Murphy's response time and price was satisfactory. However, once onsite he tried to unclog the pipes using a mid size 100 foot snake, it did not work. He tried running the snake 3 times and it only removed some of the clog. The major problems that I had started with the way he treated and talked to his son. He was rude, loud, and just overall acting more like a slave owner than a boss. When he could not unclog the pipes from upstairs through the toilet, he told me that he would have to cut a hole in the wall and cut into the pipe and go through the garage to try and unclog it. It would have cost an additional $600. He then told me that his company also takes care of water damage as caused by the leak in the ceiling. He told me that would be another roughly $2000, but that would be a claim filed through home owners insurance. I am a renter, so at that point I had to contact the owner and talk to him. Those decisions were his to make. He wanted to come out and see for himself. Mr Murphy waited for him, and I stayed outside speaking to him while he had his son remove and load all the equipment. During the conversation he asked me what he would be dealing with as far as the owner, at which point I told him he was a nice guy that has always been responsive and helpful. He then said what he meant is was he a "white guy, asian, or what? That in the past he had issues with Indian men." At that point in my mind there was no way we were going to continue with his services. When the owner got here Mr Murphy spoke with him and gave his diagnosis, and the owner told him that he was going to do some research and get back to him. I paid the $225.00 that was owed and Mr Murphy left for the evening. We had no use of the 2 bathrooms at all upstairs including the showers and laundry room. The owner called a plumber we have used before who came out and within 35 minutes using a camera was able to remove the clog which was only 18 feet down. It was also in the ceiling, no where near where Mr Murphy was going to cut into the wall. I should have just called him to begin with, he fixed it in 35 minutes for $325, not the 2 hours Mr Murphy was here for and the $825 he would have charged including the hole. The remediation company that we went with just finished opening a hole in the ceiling, none of the padding was wet, so the leak was just in the cracks, so it ends up that it will be significantly less than the $1000-1200 they quoted me to begin with, which was much less than Mr Murphy's quote of a couple of thousand. Overall, I did not appreciate the way he treated his son/employee in my house hold and just had a feeling he was over charging. His response time was great, and I really appreciated that, and if it was a simple clog I'm sure it would have been fine. Unfortunately, it was not, and I will not be using his services again.

    Calico Landscape
Calico is an excellent company. I could not have hoped for better performance. The men and owner Ken were here everyday and the job was completed per my specifications. They did everything I asked and even made some small changes or corrections along the way without any discussion. The yard was cleaned up at the end of every workday. Excellent service.

    Dunright Plumbing and Rooter service
The company was very responsive and ready, able and willing to come out promptly -- and also cautioned me that weekends cost extra. The plumber I spoke with answered all my questions ahead of time and seemed genuinely interested in not over-charging and being fair when I said cost was a concern. His ballpark estimate (assuming nothing else wrong) was reasonable. He as professional and seemed knowledgeable. The only reason the work wasn't done by this company is that that repair turned out to be very minor and a plumber wasn't needed. But I'd definitely contact this company again when repairs really are needed,

USA Water Heaters - Installation & Repair
The Hot Water Heater installation and the schedule responsiveness was excellent. We had issues finding the (on-demand with RF remote) unit that I had requested, but they followed through to install it successfully. According to hot water heater installers and plumbing supply companies that I talked with, most hot water pumps operate with a timer, which does not serve our needs. We think that the on-demand pump with an RF Remote is most (water) efficient for two story homes. The USA Water Heater Contractors have excellent reviews on line and I found them to be highly professional and responsive.

    Pop's Family Plumbing Inc
Rick was able to stop by my house on a Saturday to check out a leak in the meter box outside. Because there was a possibility for the leak to be on SMWD (our water utility)'s side of the meter box/valve, he instructed me to call them first so as to avoid the cost of a main line connection replacement. It turns out that the leak was on our side; I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days (the leak wasn't so substantial as to warrant an emergency response), and on the day of the appointment, Rick arrived exactly as promised. The work, which required trenching the area around the meter box, was completed quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, I don't think our builder did a particularly good job with the plumbing, so I don't expect this will be the last time it will need repairs. In the inevitable event that we have issues in the future, we'll hire Rick again.

Great communication via email to schedule the appointment. Bob arrived on time with his assistant and went to work right away once we went over the projects. It was apparent that he really knows his trade and is most efficient and professional in all aspects of his work. He does not waste time and because of this, his hourly rate is very reasonable for his level of expertise. He completed all of the projects in 3 hours.

    Pro Water Solutions Inc
All parties were straightforward to deal with, and totally professional. The installers went the extra mile to install a proper drain for the softener and filter. The complexity of this drain was not anticipated when they quoted the job, but they did it anyway at their cost without any complaint.

We Care Plumbing Heating Air and Solar
They check the water heater and then look under all the sinks and faucets to check those connections for leaks and stuff.

They also check our heating and a/c. We pay a monthly plan.
