I wanted to build a deck in my back yard and also have the side walls replaced on my garage.

I had an appointment for them to come out to give me an estimate on the work that I needed. They never showed up and never called to say they were not coming. I called them the next day and they didn't even know who I was. I had to remind them that they had an scheduled appointment with me the previous day that they missed. Once they found my appointment, they apologized and rescheduled for the next day. The next day, someone was there to give me an estimate. he looked at the work and said that he would contact me with an estimate in a day or two. A few days passed and I called them and once again, I had to remind them who I was. Once they finally found my information, the lady said that it would be about a week before they could give me an estimate. At this point, I was already set to move on and to top it off, they never did call me back with an estimate. I will never call this company again and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. They are very unprofessional, non-caring and very unorganized. This is a buyer beware if you hire them. Well, if you can get them to actually remember who you are that is. LOL

they checked my bathroom for a leak in the shower. Turned out the leak was on with the shower floor and the grout. After tearing out a hole in the wall and re-plastering, they re-grouted the shower tile. Although they did a great job, it was quite pricey.

Very well, the shower looks great and the leaked is fixed.

Quote for drywall work, stucco work, replacing patio doors, work around laundry room and closet.

Neutral I would say. I have had 2 experiences with them. The first one never received any feed back, no invoices, no phone calls. The second one was average at best. I did not get any work done. First time I never heard anything back. When they were here very professional. But after they left reaching out to the office, having someone call back, waiting for an estimate, not very good.

I bought a stacked washer and dryer, it was on clearance sale and I knew if I didn't grab it someone else would. I have a fixer upper house so I knew I would need some work done in order to be able to use the washer and dryer.

I called Handyman Unlimited and Juan ( I think ) came out on 2 -13-17 to look over the job. He seemed unsure about some things so he had his plumber stop by the following day to to look over our set up. We seem to have the original drain pipe and capped off hot and cold water pipes. To make it all work will require moving the connections over and also moving the water heater a bit. Juan said he would work out the costs and send us the estimate via email. The following Monday 2-20-17, I called to see when I should expect the estimate, the lady on the phone said by Tuesday for sure. To date ( today is 3-11-17 ) we have yet to get anything from Handyman Unlimited. As I have been carefully checking both my inbox and my spam, I'm sure they haven't bothered to send anything, so calling them for my job just ended up wasting my time. The place that is holding my washer/dryer has gotten annoyed at my slow progress toward taking my purchase home. I called another handyman service, which is a smaller company, and they got their estimate to me the following day. While it's more cost than I was hoping for; I still think it's an improvement worth doing.

I needed curtain rods and a pendant lamp with dimmer switch installed along with some miscellaneous things requiring a tall ladder (hanging some artwork, etc.)

I left a message with Handyman Unlimited after hours, and I received a call right away the next morning. They were actually able to schedule someone out the next day to look at the work and complete an estimate. The day after the visit, I received a call with the estimate and some options for scheduling the work done. Both the person who did the estimate and the work were timely and professional and very personable. The work was done quickly and expertly, and I couldn't be happier. I called a number of other handymen multiple times and never received a response, so I was thrilled with how responsive Handyman Unlimited was. I highly recommend them and was completely satisfied with the results.?Well done!

We got a quote from them for patio demolition, to put a gazebo and additional lighting and electrical work.

The quote was pretty detailed. It basically came down to what we were getting for the money so it ended up being the price and the amount of the quote.

We had many small jobs and a couple of larger ones that needed done. Some patching and painting, some welding, a barn wood door built and hung, some gutters repaired, etc...

The work went very well across the board. When we noticed a finishing step wasn't completed properly I was able to text Tom and he immediately had it corrected. A great option in the La Verne area!
