    I've have been taking Spanish classes for about a year with this language school. I came here as a total beginner and can see my progress in listening, reading, writing, and speaking in Spanish. My friends and family also noticed the improvements I've made. For instance, when ordering food and drinks at Mexican restaurants. My teacher Luis is very energetic, enthusiastic, fun, and very knowledgeable. Great experience and highly recommended, especially for beginners!

    Eisenhower Medical Center
    Doctor discharged me saying it was Constipation. Went to see my doctor in San Diego who said they should have seen the white blood count and known something was very wrong. I spent 5 days in bed in pain - lost 10 pounds. Eisenhower services stink. My doctor said I should have been given an antibiotic immediately and I obviously had an infection.

    Arrived Sun am. Got right in very pleased. Transferred to hospital. OR was way behind schedule. Couldnt get in quickly, then waited 2 hours in pre-op. 75% of the nurses were caring and helpful! I was Very pleased with the care. Only minor disappointment with other 25%.

    Smart Tech Protect - ADT Authorized Dealer

    A nice young man came to the door offering to upgrade our security system of a home we just moved into.  He made a very convincing presentation on having a local ADT dealer would be of great value.  So we signed a 2 year deal at $37\mo.  The installed came a few days alter when I was out of town.  When I go home my wife had difficulty operating the system.  So I called the sales man and someone (tuned out to be the manager) in the office ended up calling back.  I asked if someone could come out and at least get the system on and to have someone come to the home to show me when I got back in town on Friday. So someone came out the next day and found out that we had a window slightly cracked opened thus we could not active the system.  When I asked my wife how we could tell she was not sure how to find that out. - we both looked at the cheat sheet instructions and found them less than valuable. 

    On Friday, no one came.  Via Email communication with the sale rep (he never would call me back) I got the mangers name and called him on Monday.  finally he remembered our conversation and said he could have some one come over by 12 or 12:30 PM.  I told him I had a1:30 PM Appt of my own and would be leaving shortly after 1 PM.   No one showed up.  While I was away someone called the house and my wife told them I would be abck home after 3 PM.  The installed came by and showed me how to sue the system.  On a few items I asked where is that explained here on this card and he said he was not sure...he never read it.  So I gave up and he left.

    the install left holes in the wall by the ley pad.  the security box in the bedroom has a sheet metal screw thru it to stop the bad guys from ever opening it.  This was to be an ADT quality system but noting says nothing about ADT anywhere.  The whole install seems like a downgrade from what was here when we moved in.

    Schultz Bros Moving & Storage
    The workers picked up everything in a timely manner and delivered on time.  We thought that they did a good job and even tipped the three men, however, when inspecting our furniture we found lots of damage, especially on the corners of book cases, dining table and scratched table tops.  Apparently the furniture was not properly protected.  I would not recommend.

    Bob's Carlsbad Clock Shop Sales & Repair & Antique
    Gave most of the details above. His shop is in Carlsbad, CA and I am near Palm Springs so it's a 3-hour trip for him to come to the desert weekly, but he does it. Is almost always on time, too, in spite of the long trip.

    I called Hunt's this morning and explained an unusual problem with my tv.  I was unable to shut it off with either the tv remote, the direct tv remote or from the power button on the tv.  The screen was black.  The gentleman who I spoke with explained their price schedule.  However, he recommended I do a hard reset, unplug, wait a minute and replug.  He even explained I could do it from the wall, the set or the fuse box.  He was very encouraging for me to do that in lieu of paying for a  service call.  It worked and should I have a tv issue Hunt's Electronics is the only business I would call.  Very honest and respectful.

    I am very pleased.  As mentioned above, I have used this service for several years. The care process takes place automatically on days specified. No reminders are necessary. Unless requested by me, they have never missed a visit. HC keeps track of all service
    visits and of all reports (of which I am emailed copies). Prices are very reasonable.  
    As usual, they were organized and punctual in visits and with returning calls. Especially regarding any special needs or concerns, i.e., when I needed the house prepared for a guest, and to check after a huge windstorm last week. I didn't even know there was a storm.
    They automatically check after storms, anyway.
    I also mentioned, I like that they were available to meet other service staff when I can't.  Just last weekend they made special notes regarding particular trees/plants that may need extra attention from the gardener and the condition of the pool after the windstorm.
    They could have simply noted this on the list, but knowing my special love of plants a call was made to me, personally.  This was much appreciated. Fortunately, I was able to address these points with the appropriate staff. However, had I not been able to be present, HC would have made sure to do it for me. They truly leave me with peace of mind.
