    I was able to describe the model and type of golf cart to the owner who ordered the windshield from the supplier.    A few days later,  an installation appointment was scheduled at my home.   It took less than 30 minutes to install the new windshield.  The technician was pleasant and efficient.   Ace removed the damaged windshield so there was no disposal hassle for me.

    Made an appointment for the oil change they took it right in and performed the required service in the estimated time. The folks were very professional. The price was a bit high but you felt you were dealing with folks who were quite good at what they do.

    My wife and I were appalled by the business practice of confidently assuring us not to worry, the order is being worked on, the pickup  would be scheduled sometime during the one week window. These were false and hollow promises, with no moral compass on making fully reassured commitments and then leaving the customer high and dry with no timely options. The representations that she had numerous driver options and would have no problem delivering on our service order were false and misleading.  The ethics of leaving people stranded at the last minute, not following up and making no effort to secure the service is deplorable. Further, we were very explicit that the pickup would be during the last week of April with one month notice and warning that was a busy time of year for transport services from the Palm Springs area. Nicole, the co-owner reassured us that would not be an issue with her extensive list of drivers and service providers but that they could not define a specific pickup date during the one week window because it depended on the drivers activity and final schedules the week before. The ethics, business practice, false and misleading communications and reassurances was unethical and deceitful.  After all of our efforts to be respectful of their process and scheduling procedure while being the only party diligently following up on our order, she had the gal that to say she was doing her best and not making any money on our service followed by no follow up or sense of responsibility.  Avoid this vendor at all cost, deplorable business practices, misleading communications and unreliable delivery of promised services!!

    Went well. Brakes are replaced. Steve Morehouse is superior in his job. There is a small problem that seemed to be fixed but is not. He is taking my car back in at my convenience. Ive been using them for several years and their service department is quite good. This is one of the few times I'm going back and I'm very confident that the job will be addressed and done perfectly. Can't really say that about Porsche on the east coast!

    Quality of car and service is Best of all Brands, as confirmed by JD Powers latest for 2014. Staff allowed all the time (days) I required to shop other cars and study what I wanted on car. When I had my list pretty firm, they instantly found the car at another SoCal Lexus dealership.
    No tricks, no smoke and mirrors, price negotiations handled professionally and efficiently. They asked what I had in mind for Pricing, I made my case, our final set of numbers were certainly close to what I proposed.
    Exceeded my expectations in the total buying experience. Very professional team. Very good at teaching me the technology built into the car. There is so much electronic systems and safety features that I takes time to master it all. They give tons of support.
    I will advise on the Service Dept quality as I use this dealer.

    I had the "Service A and B" that Mercedes refers to. The cost of the bulbs was $258! Tis was a glorified oil and lube job for $700. Way too expensive. They did a good job but I will try somewhere else next time that is less expensive.

    only take your car to a dealer for warranty work. no wonder the service
    and quot;writersand quot; have six figure incomes. since they are the only Lexus dealer
    in the Valley they think they have a corner on the Lexus market. Went
    to an independent repair shop who charged nothing to hook up their
    computer reader and quickly made an adjustment. cost? $25.00!!

    I was stranded with a car tension/pulley falling right out of my car and onto the ground leaving me driving with a very loud sound coming from the engine and inoperable due to noise alone. I called, they listened and took care of the problem quickly and with such superior communication that I won't go anywhere else now. Even the employee who shuttled me back to the garage was kind enough to listen to me jabber (I was worried about my car) with kind, considerate and professional demeanor. What a great business this is!
