    We shipped two cars with them. Our auto move went really smooth. Drivers were really professionals. The day one of our cars was supposed to be picked up, our car bettary went dead. The driver was really co-operative. He was coming to get our car at 3:00pm, but he waited for us to get our car fixed. He waited until 7pm in his loading place. We dropped off our car there. Very professional and friendly service.

    Absolute WORST service I've ever experienced!!! I took my car in on 7/20/2017 for a check engine light and sluggish acceleration. They said it was an intermittent problem with the throttle control unit - $474.97. The car still wasn't right. Took my car in on the morning of 10/4/2017 for another Check Engine light, sluggish acceleration, and cranking over multiple times to start. Irving (the service writer) called around 5:30PM to tell me I had to come back and drive the car until it had less than 1/2 tank of gas so that they could perform a pressure test on the evaporator system. I asked if they could siphon the gas out to perform the test. Irving told me they could not because it is a safety issue. I went in the next morning, picked up the car and drove it for 130 - 140 miles then returned it that afternoon. The next day, they called and told me the problem was the Fuel Sending Unit and they had to order the part - another $774.73. I told them to do it. The next week, when they finished the repairs (DESTRUCTION!) on my car, I went to pick it up. Steve Simmons, the Service Manager told me that his technician, Victor Perez had damaged the handles to open the compartments under the hatch. Damaged is an understatement! He tried to use one to lift out the entire hatch/cover unit and tore it loose, so he did the same thing to the 2nd hatch and handle and destroyed it too. Steve tried to blame it on "sun damage" even though the hatch has been covered by a cargo liner since day 1. Steve told me they would order a replacement part and fix it at no additional charge since his guy had destroyed both handles. Steve told me it would be 5 - 7 days to get the part and that he would call me as soon as the part came in to schedule the repairs. 2 weeks later, I still heard back from him. I called and Steve told me "The part came in yesterday, but I had a couple guys out sick so we didn't call anybody." He scheduled the repairs for 10/27. Michelle arrived about an hour late on 10/27 to take the car for the repairs. At about 1:30, Michelle called to notify me that the repairs were done and she was on her way to return my car. Michelle arrived shortly before 3PM. I opened the hatch to look at the new parts and found they had replaced it with a cheaper model with no handles and no latches. This one just flops open or closed and doesn't fit well on the car's storage bins. I told Michelle this is unacceptable. She called Steve Simmons who told me this is as good as it's going to get. He tried to tell me that Kia had replaced the original part with this lesser part because the handles break (they never broke in over 10 years of ownership). I've filed a formal complaint with Kia Corporate and another formal complaint with the California Bureau of Automotive Repairs in order to try to get them to fix the damage they did to my car. Steve also lied to me by telling me there was nobody above him at that dealership. Kia Corporate confirmed there are 3 people above him, Mike Mosier (the Sales Manager), Jarrod Harden (the General Manager), and the owner.

    My recommendation is: Do not use Xclusive Mobile Detailing. They lack a good business ethic. If you���re lucky, you may be satisfied with the job they do on one car, but you could just as easily end up feeling that you were robbed, which is what happened to me when Xclusive Mobile Detailing came to my house to detail my Toyota FJ Cruiser. In a phone conversation with Ken, the owner, I made it clear that my FJ needed road tar or asphalt cleaned from fender and bumpers. This tar/asphalt had been sprayed on the fenders/bumpers by the tires during road resurfacing in our neighborhood. Ken should have said that Xclusive had no knowledge of how to get road tar/asphalt off my car���s surface without damaging the paint. That���s what I needed to hear because I was not going to pay $179 for a so-called detailing that left my FJ with the road tar/asphalt. Instead, Ken said they had several things to use on my FJ, and they would try them; and they would take care of it. When Josh arrived to do the job I asked about the road tar/asphalt. He told me what he would use on it, without expressing whether he was confident it would do any good, like Ken had led me to believe. Josh and his assistant got to work and Josh didn���t feel the need to tell me that the road tar/asphalt was not coming off until I asked him about it when they were about �� done. That���s when he nonchalantly told me that the tar was not coming off. It was just information; he didn���t care. These people are not thieves; it���s not that bad; and they seem to work hard. But they are fundamentally dishonest. They will do anything for that $179. It is wrong to not explain to the customer that the most important thing that needs to be cleaned will not get cleaned. They charged me $179 for a detailing and gave me the same value that I would have gotten at a $15 car wash. Do not use Xclusive Mobile Detailing.

    Oh it's good they explain everything they went through what was needed to be done and stuff like that, how much it's going to cost, no it's just the hours they close really early and actually the week before when I went they actually going to close for a week, because they were going on vacation, they did what they promised.

    Great services from Xlnt Tint. The estimator came out and provided all the options of possible tint that could be used. She explained the differences very well and advantages and disadvantages. 
    The day of installation, the crew was on time and very personable. Once we walked through the house they got right to work. They were very nice and allowed us to add on work the day of. Work is well done.

    They were fantastic. The job was about $4,000 and when I came to pick up my car, he gave me an $100 bill refund. They said the job took a little bit more than they thought and because of the inconvenience, they gave me a refund. Twice in a row, I've gone in and was given a reasonable estimate and both times, they came below the estimate and gave some money back.

    They're new; they have probably been there a year or so. It's all hand car wash. It seems as though there are more staff personnel cleaning your car than there are customers waiting. The owner literally jumps in there and cleans cars. He doesn't just sit there to watch money come in, which I've never seen at other car washes. As a testament to how good they are, every time you pass by that place during normal operating hours, the place is full of cars being washed. It's a good place to go.

    It took quite a while (1-2 weeks), but they performed a thorough evaluation where they detected so many issues caused by the damage that it was concluded not worth repairing (given the age and mileage of the vehicle).  This was very helpful so I didn't waste $ fixing the car and instead bought a new one.  Thanks 20-20 Automotive for being honest and not taking my $ to fix my wreck!

    They were here earlier than scheduled, yet were polite enough to wait at the bottom of the hill 'til the scheduled time.  They then proceeded to give my car an ultimately new look, bright shiny awesomely like new, fresh off the lot. The interior was done in a splendid way too.  I definitely will schedule another service to make my car so "new".

    We had a really good experience with them and actually recommended them to one of our family members. We will be bringing our car back there. It is a father and son operation, fairly small. There are only three or four people that work there and work on the vehicles. They are very polite, very nice people, very honest with what was wrong with the car. I know a little bit about cars so I had an idea about what was wrong with the car before I took it in there and they told me exactly what was wrong and nothing beyond that. They showed me the parts that they had removed and actually showed me what was wrong with them. They use dealer parts there that are specifically from dealers to use on cars after they are sold so you are getting quality parts for the repairs. Overall just nice people. Honest, nice; it was good service. We were really happy with the service. They did really good work, they did it fast , and we've had no problems with the work that was done. Since the work was for my daughters car I would have no problem with her going over there to get an estimate on work, which is something as a female you sometimes have to worry about. Not to sound sexist but I've heard that some places will try to take advantage of the fact that she's female. She didn't get taken advantage of, the quote was great and the work was done very quickly. These guys were great. I would recommend them to anybody.
