    Brea Roofing
The crew working on the project were great. I had several requests for fascia repair and other things and they did everything that I asked them to. They were efficient and tidy. I would highly recommend Brea roofing.

Thank you for your professional and quality work on my roof. I appreciated that they completed the job quickly, neatly, and competently. Tom Dorman and the rest of the crew were an absolute delight to work with. Anytime I've called in to the office, the ladies there have been helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend Remodel USA.

After getting several bids for a new roof, we decided to go with Weatherline Roofing. The work was performed on time and exactly as promised with a great crew!  The crew arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves daily.  We highly recommend Weatherline Roofing.

This was a $59 big deal. They came for an estimate, but the gutter cleaning was not included. Everything was good, but I wondered why the gutter cleaning was not included. I had to pay more because I had to replace the tile. The price was good. I could not go up on the roof to check the work. They were nice.

They did not show up and did not call Saturday and messed up my day. They rescheduled the following Tuesday and no called and no showed again. When I called them, one of the owners told me, "I guess we were not meant to do your roof." When I checked their licensing information it gave a different company's number. They claimed to have shown up for second appointment, but they did not. I was outside in the front yard and did not see them. I offered the owner to review my security camera to prove no one was there.

    The House Next Door
The House Next Door lives up to their name. The foundation of my home was a disaster. Due to termite damage and years or negligence from precious owners, I had to do major foundation and building repairs to my home. I had 3 previous quotes from other companies but they either never gave me a straight forward answer to my questions or the price was extremely high for what they were going to do. As soon as Eyal  came by to give me an estimate, I knew right away that they were exactly what I was looking for. He also sent his awesome business partner Matthew to discuss the roofing repairs that would be eventually needed. They gave me the best price imaginable and always kept me informed on any changes and what was best for my home to be structurally sound. I highly would recommend The House Next Door to anyone. They are very honest and knowledgeable and it shows that they take great pride in what they do. I couldn't have asked for a better company and group of people.

Angel accompanied me in the attic to diagnose the exact cause of the leak.  The two-man crew removed approximately 4'x8' section of composition shingles, and installed an additional layer of 30lb felt and replaced the shingles with 30 year comp shingles for a very close match.  The roof was only about 12 years old so I was happy to be able to fix the problem with an effective patch job.  So far, so good.

    • Estimator came out and gave me a bid for $1,200 to tear out 10'x10' section of composition shingle and install new 30 lb paper and 30 year comp shingle over the affected area.  I only received the bid and haven't proceeded with the work.

After the earthquake, a few of our loose tiles had fallen off, cracking one of the tiles below that it fell onto. I needed a roofer to come inspect the roof for other damage. I emailed the company on 4/18 and 3 days later, Dan showed up for the initial consult. He was courteous and on time and personable. He took photos of the broken tile (there was just one). He said he would have to do some research to find a matching tile (our roof is 23 years old and the company that makes those tiles have gone out of business) and then send out a crew for the repairs.
As we waited to hear back from Dan, my husband was proactive and scoured the local tile yards looking for a tile that would match/fit our roof. Hubby was able to find one (but in a different color, which we ended up buying and painting to match the existing roof). After not hearing from Dan by the promised date, I contacted him to see what's up & was told he was still having problems finding the matching tile that would fit. I informed him that my husband already found a tile (and that we had repainted it) & we are ready to set the work appointment.
Scheduling the work was a bit disorganized. While they said I didn't need to be present for the repairs, I wanted to be. I really wanted the work to be done ASAP as there were several storms in the forecast for the coming week. But the earliest appointment they could give me was more than a week out. My husband climbed back on the roof to reposition the tiles in preparation for the rains. Just my luck that in sunny, dry California, that week happened to be most rainy out of the year! Coordinating a repair date to coincide with my work schedule was a bit of a challenge since they don't generally like to do repairs on weekends. In the end, the date we got was about 2.5 weeks from the date I first contacted them.
Herminino (and a helper -- sorry, I forgot his name) showed up on 5/6 for the repairs. They were 20 mins early, which I appreciated. They took about 1 hour to do the repairs/work. They were courteous and clean and spoke English so there was no communication lapses, which was one of my big concerns.
Dan followed up after the guys left. We have not gone up on the roof to inspect it to make sure everything is OK, which is why I gave the "quality" an N/A. (I can't score what I haven't seen.) I'm a little surprised and let down by the negative reviews on here. I guess it really matters who they send to your home. Like I said, I found Dan & Herminino easy to work with

Above & Beyond Rain Gutters Inc

Rick was timely and responsive to my request for a quote.  I was not home and the quote info, color chart and business cards were left for me.

When I received the information I then called Rick who answered his cell phone immediately.  I explained that I wanted a slight adjustment which actually lowered the price.

I gave Rick the colors and go ahead to perform the job.  The Above and Beyond Gutter Team of 2 arrived on time and installed the gutter, hauled away the old material and were very professional.

Gutter looks great.  Excellent experience and I will call them again.
