  Pacific 1 Carpet Cleaning

  Today Pedro cleaned my living room carpet and upholstered dinning room chairs. I couldn���t be more pleased. I have been using his company for well over four years and during throughout this time he has also cleaned my Crate and Barrel microfiber sofas and wool carpet. His work is of excellent quality and affordably priced.

  He called in the morning to see if they could come earlier. I had already made plans and would not be home. I told him I would not be home and would be there at 1:00, as we had agreed on earlier. At 12:00 I got a call from our security guard saying that they were there and wanted to get in! I called the number of the person who had called that morning and told them I would meet them at the time we had agreed on. I met them at 1:00 and they had apparently been sitting in the van in the parking lot for an hour. Although QC did the same job in August for $68, he told me the $68 special was for only 2 ���areas���, so the bedroom and hallway would be an additional 2 areas for $45 each. (See pictures of how small these ���areas��� are.) He finally agreed to do the whole thing for $155, which included ���sanitizing��� since I have cats (it appeared to be some kind of scent they added to the water). The entire job only took them about 45 minutes total! I had made a payment of $68 for the ���special��� when I ordered it in October. He called someone and said ���they��� couldn���t find the payment, so he asked me to pay the $155 now, and when ���they��� found it, I would get a refund. I was appalled! I said no. What reputable company does business that way? I had to get my computer and search until I found the payment. I gave him a check for the remainder. It took 4 days for the carpet to dry completely. My house smelled like wet carpet for 3 days! If he had taken more time to suck up more of the water it would not have taken so long to dry. Less than a week later, dark spots are beginning to reappear. I will not be doing business with this company again.

  HEAVEN'S BEST CARPET CLEANING

  We were very happy with Dan Child's of Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning. He came out one day to do an enzyme treatment on the rooms needing special treatment for pet urine stains. We could see a difference in the carpet when he finished, and we were even more impressed when he came back the next day to do the cleaning process for the whole carpet. He worked very hard and took the time needed to get rid of bad food stains in our dining room. We've tried unsuccessfully to get rid of those spots ourselves, so we were very happy to see how successful Dan was. The carpet was dry enough to walk on it within an hour as promised, and my mother felt like she'd had new carpeting installed.

  I got this on a Big Deal special. They cleaned the carpet on the stairs and upstairs hallway and four bedrooms. The workers showed up on time and were professional.The stairs and the upstairs hallway were the main problems. They did have to redo a number of places (I pointed it out to them) which were high trafficked areas. I had to recently call them out again in the summer to redo the stairs. When it dried the first time, it was still stained (that is the worse traveled area and always the dirtiest). They came out a 2nd time and cleaned it well. Without any additional cost to me. I would hire them again.

  We bought the $97 special in 2014 and just used it. When we called for an appointment, we were able to get the work done right away.  Angel and Judy (husband & wife) were on-time, very professional and worked efficiently.  They used protector shields on the stairs and on the corners so nothing would be marred by the hose.  They were very gracious to also clean into the closet and attached master bath. Afterward, our beige carpet was beautiful again and the dingy gray color was completely gone!! Didn't think it could look so good again.  They said it would take only 3-4 hours to dry but it actually, even with our fans and heaters, took about 24 hours to dry with some spots taking almost 2 days. Immediately after they cleaned, while the carpet was still wet, we noticed some high bulges in the carpet and called Quality Carpet Cleaning, who had followed up with a courtesy call to us.  They said the bulges would disappear when the carpet dried and they did.  We would definitely use them again!!

  Couldn't complain - he did an awesome job.  With three little kids and a shedding dog, the carpet needed it.  He said it was a nice day to clean the carpets, being hot the carpets dried so well.  The owner called to follow up, which was good customer service.

  It was very good. Nothing really stood out; we just pointed out that we had a stain in our front room. We had cleaned it once and within a week, it was back. He took special care and cleaned it really, really good and it has not come back.

  It went ok.  They continually call me to get more work.  They were on time.  One person came out.  It took a day for the carpet to dry.  They charged extra to spray for pet odors.

  The service went very well. They were very kind and professional. They got it done quickly, and I was very satisfied with the service. They did some extra stuff. They did another room for another $50 or $20 that I added on the $97 big deal.
