    Clearwater Drain Service
Excellent service. Seth was extremely professional; he revised his work plan after additional scrutiny of the piping, making it less costly for us. He was very much aware of our convenience in terms of organizing the work so that we had one working toilet throughout the job. Punctual to the minute. Easy to communicate with and good at keeping us abreast of his work. He also hauled away old cast iron piping.

    Brian and Sons Plumbing
The work done was done correctly. The problems came from lack of communication regarding price of the project. Because I signed and ok'ed for an increase of price if necessary I ended up paying over twice what I agreed to originally. The project took longer than expected and the supplies were more expensive than expected. If I had known how high the price was going I would have changed my plans. I would recommend not signing and agreeing to an increase unless it is communicated and agreed to by owner.

    Wickware Truck & Tractor Service
I was willing to pay but he didn't do the job correctly, still the water is going through a different place. I tried to contact him and he said he would come but he didn't. I texted him if he would still come but he didn't respond. Now I need to get the whole job done again.

Cable Pipe & Leak Detection Inc
It went really well problem was found right away. I just wish the technician checked the backflow valve in the very beginning of the search for the leak. It turned out that the test with all the high tech stuff wasnt needed. Maybe could of saved a few bucks ......

ARS / Rescue Rooter San Diego
Our job was an emergency. Our connection to the 4 inch sewer line that we shared with our neighbor that connected both houses to the 6 inch main sewer collapsed from tree roots. The first indication that something was wrong was the bathtub and toilet backed up. We thought we were just clogged. It was about 7:00pm. We called Rescue Rooter because we had previously used them and had good results. They were out within a couple of hours but the plumber could not get his snake through the line. He said they would be out first thing in the morning, which they were and ran a camera down only to find the line collapsed. We hired them to do the work and Bill Byers was the lead and he did a great job. He was upfront with everything that needed to be done to get us up and working as quickly as possible. He was always available to answer all questions. He and everyone else that came to work on our repair were always pleasant and professional. After digging down about 8 feet to the main that goes to the street it was discovered it had been leaking so that had to be fixed. He ran a temporary line below where it had been leaking so we could use our facilities. He worked with the city and got us the best resolution that met what they required. They rerouted our line so we are not sharing with the neighbor and connected us directly to the main line that goes to the street. We also had to have a liner ran up the line that the neighbor is still connected to. They always cleaned up, covered the hole and roped it off with caution tape when they were done for the day. We had a lot of dirt and rock that they kept covered until it was time to fill the hole in. They poured new cement and the spot looks better than when they started. It was a big job and Im glad its done.

    Infinity Design & Build
I just had a complete kitchen remodel done by Inifinity. A lifetime of waiting, 7 months of planning and 7 weeks of project time produced a space that is well beyond how I pictured it. I am still in awe. I had several other bids and all of them were considerably higher than the bid Inifinity was able to do. In fact, wouldve had to settle for far less of a remodel if I went with any other bid. Guy is on point. His knowledge was immediately obvious to me the first time he came to my home. It was as if he was just as or even more excited about the project than I was. This was comforting because this project carried a lot of anxiety with it. You want everything to go smooth, youre spending a lot of money and there are a lot of moving parts and its all foreign to the average person. Guy is a personable individual and he assured me everything I wanted to have done, would be done to my 100% satisfaction. Guys crew is as equally knowledgeable, Emillio was the project manager and I am going to insist he is on all the other projects I will be having Inifinity do on my home. My kitchen project was far more then removing old cabinets and replacing them w new cabinets. So naturally, there were some challenges. All of these challenges Emillio and the crew met head on and solved them just as you would expect a professional remodeling team to do. Every step of the way I gained more confidence in these guys and soon I didnt even need to point things out (I am a bit OCD), they had come to know me and took care of things they knew I would be expecting to have done. Im youre average home owner who just like the next home owner has reservations about not getting what you pay for, having corners cut and little customer focus once the contract is signed. I am here tell all of my fellow homeowners, you have nothing to worry about with Inifinity. Lastly, the customer service doesnt end once the last check it cut, and the project is over. I had noticed a small detail missed ceiling paint in a small section was missed I notified Guy. The next day Emillio first called me, then showed up w the guys and took care of it. Thats the kind of relationship Inifinity nurtures with their customers.

    ASI The White Glove Guys!
I called them for air conditioning repair. The AC tech went into the basement (the AC unit is outside in the yard) and immediately told me that the water heater was likely releasing carbon monoxide into the basement and needed to be replaced. I advised that it was next on my list but not urgent; however, he pressured me to replace because of high danger. The bill came to $3245 for a 40-gallon 6-year guaranteed water heater listed on the internet as retailing for approx. $600. I asked for an itemized bill to demonstrate the charges, and I got an invoice showing the water heater at $2400, with $149 for a permit and $850 for a new vent to the outside. I called to question the charges and got a very perfunctory reply about all the work they had done. I had one plumber here and two helpers for 4 hours. Very steep price with very disreputable sales tactics and pressure. I'll never use them again.

    Extreme Home Service
DON'T LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE! I called David after I had two other plumbers give me an estimate on an emergency job. The two estimates were extremely high and didn't feel that either had really looked for a solution to the problem. Basically, they wanted to repipe my entire house! After reading all of the Yelp reviews, I called David. He went right away to assess the problem and phoned within an hour of my call. It was only one small pipe that was broken! David is honest, polite, efficient, professional and won't sell you something you don't need. I would use his services again and highly recommend you call David if you need a reliable plumber. I take that back, call David if you need the BEST reliable plumber. David, thank you!

    BP Plumbing & Drains
Brandon capped off the supply line to the dishwasher. He also found a leak and replaced 2 angle stops. He also replaced another dishwasher attachment. He was here for 40 minutes and his son was with him. I went to Home Depot and Dixie Line to compare prices. Dixie Line carries Ferguson brand which is the brand of supplies he uses. Both companies said that he is charging too much for what he paid for it. For example; Teflon white tape he charged $4.00, it only cost him .98 for the roll. This should be something on the truck. I asked Brandon if he carries this on his truck, he said there is over 40000 pieces of plumbing and he doesn't have it all on the truck. These are basic plumbing products. According to his computer print out he has a senior citizen discount along with first time client coupon. I did not receive any kind of discount. On the paperwork it says he has been in business 20 years, he told me 7 years. The invoice is a generic basic yellow sheet of paper that he stamped his company information on which does not include a license number.. His business card does not have a license number or even his name. When I called the CA Licensing Board it says "current and active". Then if you continue to listen it will say "several citations". When I heard the message about "several citations" I called back to the CA Licensing Board so I could talk to a person. At that point I was checking on the citations, she didn't tell me exactly what they were. I mentioned that Brandon had his son with him she said he should not have his son with him. She asked me to complete a form she will send to me and include the invoice and his license. She also asked that I include the pricing that I received from Home Depot and Dixie Line along with my notes which I will do.

    Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air
I called on Friday early evening with a clogged kitchen drain and the earliest appointment they offered me was Tues. afternoon. To expect a customer to wait 4 days to have use of their kitchen sink was ridiculous when others could make it the next day.
