    Artisan Design & Remodeling
Mike Nopper of Artisan Design and Remodeling did a FANTASTIC job on our complete kitchen remodel. We had a grandma's kitchen; we now have a top of the line contemporary European-style custom kitchen. Mike was not only cheaper than everyone else who bid the job, but he listened to what WE wanted and followed through with it, so that we ended up with a kitchen that exactly matched our style and aesthetic sensibilities, not to mention our culinary and entertaining needs. When we experienced unexpected problems (that happens when you open up walls and ceilings to expose beams that--oops!--should not have been supporting beams!) he always resolved those problems within a day, which at least twice meant rebuilding structural elements. When our cabinet supplier turned out to be a dud, he contacted everyone involved and resolved the problem to the best of his abilities. When the granite for the peninsula arrived, he took one look at it and headed under the house with gigantic supporting joists to compensate for the extra weight he knew it was going to put on the floor boards. Almost a year out now, we love our kitchen more every day.

    WOOLSEY CONSTRUCTION
The end result is amazing! The process went smoothly, the crew that we worked with was well qualified, conscientious, and worked collaboratively with us. In addition, they were all great guys and we enjoyed working with them. We felt very confident that all of the structural issues were handled appropriately. If an issue came up, alternatives were discussed and agreed upon before moving forward. We would absolutely use Woolsey Construction again and highly recommend them!

    Infinity Design & Build
I just had a complete kitchen remodel done by Inifinity. A lifetime of waiting, 7 months of planning and 7 weeks of project time produced a space that is well beyond how I pictured it. I am still in awe. I had several other bids and all of them were considerably higher than the bid Inifinity was able to do. In fact, wouldve had to settle for far less of a remodel if I went with any other bid. Guy is on point. His knowledge was immediately obvious to me the first time he came to my home. It was as if he was just as or even more excited about the project than I was. This was comforting because this project carried a lot of anxiety with it. You want everything to go smooth, youre spending a lot of money and there are a lot of moving parts and its all foreign to the average person. Guy is a personable individual and he assured me everything I wanted to have done, would be done to my 100% satisfaction. Guys crew is as equally knowledgeable, Emillio was the project manager and I am going to insist he is on all the other projects I will be having Inifinity do on my home. My kitchen project was far more then removing old cabinets and replacing them w new cabinets. So naturally, there were some challenges. All of these challenges Emillio and the crew met head on and solved them just as you would expect a professional remodeling team to do. Every step of the way I gained more confidence in these guys and soon I didnt even need to point things out (I am a bit OCD), they had come to know me and took care of things they knew I would be expecting to have done. Im youre average home owner who just like the next home owner has reservations about not getting what you pay for, having corners cut and little customer focus once the contract is signed. I am here tell all of my fellow homeowners, you have nothing to worry about with Inifinity. Lastly, the customer service doesnt end once the last check it cut, and the project is over. I had noticed a small detail missed ceiling paint in a small section was missed I notified Guy. The next day Emillio first called me, then showed up w the guys and took care of it. Thats the kind of relationship Inifinity nurtures with their customers.

    A-Team Residential Remodeling
3-week job scheduled to be completed December 22nd was finished one month late (7 weeks total). About half of the delay was understandable due to the holidays, etc., but the other half was pretty obviously due to waiting too long to order supplies. Jeff, the owner, forgave a modest amount of money in compensation, which was cool, but his crew also never showed up for punch list corrections that they themselves pointed out needed to be done. I never bothered to follow up because they were minor, I did them myself, and frankly, I didn't want to wait yet again. By the end of the project, communication was one-sided (me reaching out to inquire about the last delay). The A-Team does A-quality work but needs to up their game to bring their responsiveness and communication to the same level (easily done, in my opinion). Final word: I recommend the A-Team and figure my experience was probably an anomaly.

    Superior Kitchen & Bath, Inc.
Quality of Work: All of the subcontractors employed (tile work, granite and quartz countertop, electrical, plumbing, wood flooring, cabinet shop, interior design) were of top quality, making sure they kept to schedule and answered any questions we had. Kitchen layout and cabinets: We upgraded to beautiful walnut cabinets and were glad we did. They add an extra warmth and beauty to the kitchen. They are custom designed, so we got the vertical dividers, spice rack, under-cabinet drawers, trash and recycle bin pull-outs that make life more convenient for aging-in-place. The quality of the cabinet work is outstanding, both inside and out. They look like fine furniture. No funny little misfits that can happen even with the best factory stock cabinets; they are never quite the dimensions you need. The layout allowed for a longer island with more counter space than we had and more clearance was gained by having a counter-depth refrigerator. To make up for less room for veggies, a Sub-Zero 2-drawer refrigerator was installed. Tile Work: These subcontractors worked extra hard to meet schedule, working into the evenings sometimes. (with our permission) The work involved tearing out a roman tub and replacing with an at-grade shower with no step-over dam and no shower door, so the exact slope of the shower floor was very critical so that the water would flow into the drain and not out onto the rest of the shower room. Plumbing: While the roman tub was being jack-hammered out, a leak was detected in the cold water line. After a leak-detector company found the location of the leak, the job site supervisor and plumber were able to facilitate a workaround by tapping into the cold water line in the master bath. Unfortunately this workaround eventually prevented cold water from going to the kitchen sink. Another workaround was put in place, where the outside water line was tapped into, a line run underneath the outside countertop and back into and under the kitchen sink. These workarounds only set the schedule back slightly. Scheduling: The office supervisor issued a work schedule each week showing us what activities were going to be accomplished each day. If someone didnt come when expected, she was very responsive to our calls to find out why that particular contractor was unable to show that day and she always got back with me that same day, so I knew why. We never felt abandoned. Granite and quartz slabs: The Superior Crew didnt blink an eye when we discovered the incorrect size of quartz slab was being installed. They simply fixed the error at their considerable cost. This didnt really cause an overall schedule impact because other tasks were being accomplished while waiting for the correct size slab. Interior Design: With 10 hours of an interior designers time included in the contract price, we were able to cut through hours of agonizing over tile choices. Our interior designer helped us make choices so that various aspects of the design were not competing with each other, like choosing a kitchen floor tile that did not compete with the granite on the island. The interior designer put together all of our choices, including grout colors, into a Google spreadsheet which helped guide the tilers and wood flooring folks. Wood Flooring: These subcontractors did an outstanding job in, first, leveling the floors so that there will be no future warpage, and second, in their attention to detail. They took their time on the more complex parts of the flooring, like where steps and vertical surfaces needed to be wood covered. The supervisor came back later to inspect their work, inform us of how to care for our new floors, issuing us a Bona cleaning kit, and lots of good advice. Electrical: All of our lighting choices were implemented the way we wanted, with lots of choices, depending on what task is happening in the kitchen: eating at the kitchen table, or preparing meals or washing dishes. They also came back to troubleshoot wiring for our telephone answering machine. Painting: This subcontractor put in lots of time, both in making sure that the surface texture was added properly, ensuring that a 10-ft plus shaft to a ceiling skylight was skip-troweled and painted, and that any missed areas were touched up. They made sure to match the existing woodwork so that we didnt have to get the woodwork in the entire house redone. They came back as part of the end-of-the-project punch list work and made sure that every little detail was the way we wanted. Details, details, details: Finally at the end of the project, we listed anything we wanted fixed in a punch list: grout needing more fill, new door in kitchen installed with a more stable base and grout rather than vinyl on the inside, paint touch-ups, wall gouges needing fill and paint. All of this was done over a period of several days until we got exactly what we asked for. Follow up: Superior Kitchen & Bath considers its clients as part of their family and has helped us with a problem we experienced after the remodel was complete. The office supervisor helped me locate along with the helpful personnel at Ferguson a microwave that would fit into the existing cut-out in our new cabinets. And their personnel will help install it! Above and beyond the call of duty. Kudos to all of the personnel at Superior Kitchen and Bath. I have already recommended them to our friends who are about to embark on a master bath remodel.

    Sears Home Improvement
They left the job unfinished. The back splash was supposed to be included but then they informed me that they would not finish it the day before they were supposed to be done. It took them more than twice as long. They gave false promises, did not comply with what they said they would do and left the job incomplete. Totally unprofessional.

Anderson Design Kitchen & Bathroom Remodel
If you are in need of any home remodeling, I highly recommend Anderson Design. We recently did a complete remodel of our kitchen and living room area and I can confidently say that it was everything we planned for and then some. We were going through the whole process of receiving bids/ideas from recommended contractors and it wasnt going so well. There was very little creativity and just basically recommendations to use the same floorplan and just perform upgrades. Then Jason from Anderson design showed up and everything changed. He spent hours going through our crawlspace, taking measurements, checking electrical, structure, etc. Due to the time spent initially researching our home the end result was a high end kitchen and living space with quality craftsmanship in less than five weeks with no surprise changes! All the shady contractor stories are non-existent with Anderson Design. Jason and his team stays in constant communication with you and will be there right away if you have any concerns. I am completely blown away with the level of high quality service we received during this whole process. Save yourself the headaches and use Anderson Design if you are considering a home remodel.

    Tibi Home Design INC.
My husband & I hired Tibi home design back in 2014 and we were pleased with the results of the work that they did at our previous house. This time, we hired them once again to do a remodeling of our kitchen and bathrooms at our new house and Dustin & his team of skilled people were again amazing people. They all came to work on time & Dustin made sure to keep everything under budget. The scope of this remodeling just increased our trust and appreciation in Tibi home design. On top of the kitchen and bathrooms remodeling, we also painted the house inside & out, got rid of all the popcorn ceilings throughout the house & added LED lights too. Dustin is a professional, designer & great listener. He heard us in order for not only understanding what we want but helping us make our vision come true. Our house is now what we really knew it could be. Thank you Dustin & your wonderful team for this great remodeling at our house. We thank Dustin & everyone at Tibi home design! We have already recommended them to several friends.

    Tibi Home Design INC.
Tibi home design and Dustin, did a great job by remodeling our bathroom. The group of workers came to our house every morning, on time and stayed till they were able to finish the work scheduled for that day. They completed what Dustin planned for them to do for that day and then they came back the following morning to continue the work under the supervision of Dustin. All the people that were involved in our project, were hardworking people and they were always on top of things even when issues came up they were able to solve them while keeping the budget. The bathroom remodeling project was finished on the time frame that Dustin gave us before we hired him. We met and talked to Dustin few times before we made our final decision and that was because we wanted to be sure that we got the best deal and that they will be able to finish the work without any problem. Dustin was very nice to us and he was very easy person to work with. He explained us everything that was belong to the project and he was very pleasant man to talk to. We are very happy with Tibi home remodeling and if we ever decide on doing another remodeling project we would definitely hire them again.
