    Turquoise Animal Hospital
I have pet health insurance. I don’t recall the cost because I have health insurance. They are always on time with their appointments. The wait is never more then 10 minutes, when I have to wait. They're very punctual. The vet interacts fantastic with my pet.

I’ll go back and see how they go the next time. They tried to upsell me with flea medication for my cat which is an indoor cat and I thought was ridiculous. They can improve on not upselling. The workers were fine. The receptionist was very helpful and it’s just the vet tried to sell me something I didn’t need.

    ANIMAL ARTISTRY GROOMING

Olga is fabulous!  I have an anxious cat who doesn?t like to be groomed or brushed.  She had been in a bad and matted way.  Olga worked magic and returned my cat with no mats, expertly trimmed, bathed and clipped.  I can?t say enough about how fabulous and skilled she is!

There is only one person I would trust with my two fur babies -- Charlie. Not only is he an amazing human being but he is the ultimate dog whisperer. One of my dogs is a bit standoffish with strangers. I was a little bit worried how she would do with an overnight stay when I wasn't home. Have no fear though, Charlie was to the rescue. From the moment that he walked into my place, her tail was wagging as he played fetch with her. Charlie's personality and his attention to detail made it easy to say that there is no one else I would trust with the care of my priceless kids and my place! I was in Rome when he took care of my pups and he would FaceTime me so I could see how they were doing. By the time I got back, I think they were slightly disappointed Charlie was leaving and it would be back to the usual routine. He definitely kept them entertained and happy, which is more than I could have asked for. He didn't just do the job to get the job done, he went above and beyond usual protocol and made sure the pups and my place were well taken care of while I was away. I recommend Charlie to everyone I know!

    Awesome Doggies Mobile Pet Grooming
They are unique, because they groom both cats and dogs. They showed up at my home and they have this darling little trailer. They hooked up to our hose. They come in and get our cat. They trim nails, do a flea service, wash them and they did a lion cut and it helped since my cat was older and could not groom herself. They have a nice referral cost too if we passed their name off they will give us a discount. They offer setting up appointments ahead of time. They are easy to talk to. The woman I worked with was very sweet. She was very professional. I felt like I know who they are and they are very accommodating. The perk is I do not have deal with other peoples animals or fleas being passed around.

Healthy Paws came to my home the day that I called after my dog Rocky slipped discs in his back and I was completely misdiagnosed and treated by my previously used vet. Charlie got to my house within hours of calling him. After examining Rocky he referred me to a vet that day. Not only did he call ahead to the vet to make sure I received excellent service he also checked up with me all day as to Rocky's progress. And continued to check up on Rocky and myself for the several days following.
Charlie's knowledge and compassion for me and my dog are rare and appreciated. I would highly recommend Charlie and Healthy Paws to anyone in need to guidance with their pet and general questions and concerns.

    Healthy Paws Pet Specialists
A few months ago, I was recommended Healthy Paws Pet Specialists by a friend and it is, hands down, arguably the best referral I've ever gotten.  Charlie has taken care of my two dogs, Fritz and Duncan, for the past four weekends while I've been out of town.  He has not only attended to each of their personal/medical needs, but has recommended alternative products/solutions that my vet was not recommending.  For example, Duncan (my English bulldog) has acne and every time I get back it seems to be clearing up more and more!  And I'm not overpaying for the cream my vet was trying to sell me!!
Charlie has also been kind and reliable enough to help me out the couple times I was stuck on the east coast for an extra day because of the weather and flight delays/cancellations.  If you want to KNOW your pets are well taken care of, Healthy Paws Pet Specialists is definitely the way to go (literally, Charlie even sent photos of my dogs on their walks and getting their exercise)!!

His rates are incredibly fair and yy dogs thrive on love and attention, so I have her come in the morning and evening, and for an hour in the middle of the day (when I'm out of town), so they can have longer walks, and plenty of time for loving.  They are always elated when I go out of town because of the care that he takes for my pups.

My dogs stayed at his beautiful home on one occasion (due to home repairs going on while I was out of town) and he even let my dogs sleep with them at night!!

He leaves my home in a better condition than before I left with the water bowls are clean with full water, and constant updates with how my dogs did.

I 100% recommend Charlie and Healthy Paws!  When you and your dog meet him  ... you will absolutely want to hire him!

    Dogs On The Run
So after a hefty investment in time of meeting with Betsy for those training sessions, we then took it to the next level and scheduled her first overnight stay (over a weekend) while I would be out of town. I left Betsy detailed notes to follow and was available by phone for any questions or concerns she might have. Even though she had taken on quite a few day jobs during her commitment to her overnight and day responsibilities to me, her first stay went fine. There were  a handful of items she was confused with, so we met again to fine tune before her second overnight stay. Going into her second stay, I was again concerned about the amount of day jobs she had added on last minute (more than last time) and felt that her responsibility to me and the animals would be compromised with her need to rush out of our house early in the morning and her need to push my AM dog feeding to an earlier time and PM dog feeding to a later time so she could accommodate other added on clients. This after I had secured her services well in advance. But, we worked it out and after her second overnight 4 night stay , what troubled me the most was she denied doing a couple of things that she had obviously done. Just to name a couple, she over fed my dogs and cats, almost running out of food before my return. I fill my food containers before I leave and I know exactly how long those containers will last. She had been told the quantity to use for each dog and cat and it was written in her notes. My animals were bloated when I returned and needed to go on a diet. She made other careless mistakes which when I talked to her about it, she denied doing and got defensive. If she  hadn't done them and no one else was at the house during her stay, then who? I suspected that her over commitment of taking on too many day jobs had interfered with her ability to be thorough at my house. However, giving her the benefit of the doubt, I scheduled her for a second overnight (4 nights) job.
Booking her well in advance for the 4th of July holiday (4 nights), I was not happy when a week prior to leaving, I asked her about her day schedule. She informed me that she had again taken on many jobs and asked if she could change some of my dog feeding times to accommodate her day client needs. I told her I wasn't comfortable with that and I had secured her well in advance before she had taken on these new jobs. I further explained to her that she had been sloppy in the last 2 stays and had made mistakes. And that these mistakes could have been fatal. She assured me she would be fine, but even though I wasn't comfortable, it was too late to find a new sitter. Following this discussion and a couple of days prior to my departure, she emailed me to tell me she had again taken on more day jobs. Her crazy day schedule now also had clients in the evening too. She was now fitting me in and I was very uncomfortable about this. I expressed this concern again, and she promised me she would phone me at her arrival, on my day of departure....11 am. So on that day, she did NOT phone me at 11 am and after repeated calls to her and no answer, I not only began to worry, but became angry with myself for not going with my gut instinct of using her. Finally she returned my call in the early afternoon and we had words. She was defensive and I explained to her that when she tells me she will phone at arrival, I expect that. Her attitude was lousy and we hung up unhappy. For the remainder of her stay, she kept in communication with me, but when I returned from my trip, she had not followed the detailed notes I left for her, the notes that she had been trained with. My cats and dogs were over fed again and she lied about it. She also lied about a few other things and it was determined that she would not return.
Here is the saddest part: When I phoned April, who is in charge of her pet sitters and operates under Dogs on the Run, she seemed genuinely interested in hearing about Betsy and my concerns, but after it was all said and done, all she could talk about was what a great person Betsy was. Really, April? Your pet sitter lied and over scheduled herself making tons of mistakes and that's all you can say. So, in a nutshell, Dogs on the Run is a poorly run pet sitting company. In my opinion, all they care about is making money and the best interest of the pets is last on their list. Customer service is not alive and well with Dogs on the Run. I do not recommend this company to any pet owner who loves their pets. They are very expensive and I never got my money's worth and instead, received plenty of headaches. My money's worth would have been the peace of mind that my home and pets were well taken care of.

    GOVERNOR ANIMAL CLINIC
Very caring and warm, they really went the extra mile for us. Our kitten died from a disease that she had inherited and when we lost her, the office staff sent us a card and they all signed it. They are very personable and they treat you like family. They do not push you to make decisions that you are not comfortable with.
