    How can it be explained that after a full battery of testing over several weeks, when an issue was identified via a stress test, that intervention was required and spending about 5 minutes on the cath table, was informed, never mind, nothing needs to be done...then four months later, I have a heart attack that reveled the need for a complex stent...thank the lord for Grossmont Hospital and Dr. Azimi...perhaps the procedure was too difficult for keven or maybe he was late for happy hour...this man barely speaks during office visit...at one point I had to ask whether I had heart failure when it was obvious...in the past, after requesting to have my legs checked, I was told to wait for the next appointment...seems Dr Sun had friends waiting...shortly thereafter, I developed a serious foot ulcer on the inner part of my left heal that took six months to heal...this issue required two surgeries and two leg angioplasty procedures...the first procedure by keven addressed the veins on the outer side of my leg and foot...the troubled was that the veins on the inner leg were the known issue preventing blood flow...in the end, Dr Cook was able to address the issue via a second procedure, which was located in a previous bypass behind the knee...keven could not handle the challenge...my suggestion is to run as fast as you can fro this inept, incapable, moron...keven will be hearing more soon...

    Every single individual I have dealt with at Scripps is top-notch! Patients are treated with the utmost of respect, from the volunteers at the front desk at Anderson to the patient service representatives to the nurses and nurse practitioners to the physicians. I have spent the past four months visiting various physicians regarding my leg wound, and every health care professional involved showed care and concern for my condition.

    She is good, but professionalism lacks. She is a lovely person, but I am not impressed in the way they run the office. I never get to see her. It is always a nurse who does everything. Once they lost the test results right before a surgery, so the hospital had to do it all over again. Then they tried to charge me. When I pointed it out, they understood. I am in the process of finding a new primary care provider. You can get an appointment and get in, but you have to wait forever to see a nurse and not the doctor. But I've met her a few times and she is sweet and seems very concerned.

    She sent me in for tests to make sure I did not have a blood clot. She is very thorough, takes her time and doesn't rush. She returns calls promptly. She is not only thorough but she listens to patients and is kind.

    Sandra was very personable and thorough. Was very interested in my athletic activities at the time and the amount of training I was doing. Very helpful in suggestions for nutrition and lowering cholesterol. Did not feel rushed through the appointment. Did not experience any billing or front-office issues. Easy to get in and out of. Convenient location.

    I saw him about five years ago but it made a big difference as he determined some allergies as I was sick for so long. I had been to allergists twenty years ago and they were no help at all but this guy used a supplement and some acupuncture and made a huge difference. I had been sick for a long time. There is a massage therapist who is his wife and she is terrific too. She helped me with my plaster and a lot of muscular pain.

    Love, love, love Robert Hathorn. It takes a long time to get in to see him -- at least, it does for a new patient -- but that's because everyone else loves him, too, so he's constantly booked, but it was well worth the wait.
    My loved one had been suffering for months. His PCP couldn't figure out the problem and had referred us to another urologist. That urologist didn't help at all; he quickly concluded it was due to a pinched nerve in the back, and insisted there was nothing he could do.
    Dr Hathorn was compassionate, patient, and very willing to discuss anything and everything with us and answer all my questions -- and believe you me, I had a lot of 'em. He felt it was a skin problem, not a pinched nerve, probably due to repeated trauma, although another possibility was epididymitis. If it was indeed skin trauma, he gave me several suggestions for things I could do to relieve the pain, and precautions to avoid further trauma to the area. If those didn't work, he also gave me a prescription for antibiotics that would treat the most likely causes of epididymitis (rather than making us come back to the office). Skin trauma did turn out to be the problem, and my loved one's pain quickly cleared up, to my enormous relief. (Well, and probably to my loved one's enormous relief, too!!!)

    He has a really great manner about him and he teaches you.  He doesn't just come in and jab a needle in you. I like his staff, he has a lot of his equipment there so he can do his own biopsies and run his own tests so you don't have to wait as long. He is just a really nice guy.  He is a little hard to get into, but he will make time to get you in.

    They are excellent.  I've been going here every couple weeks for the last year.  The communication is top notch.  They employ the top doctors in the area. They are very friendly as well.

    I like that I can always get in to somebody fairly quickly. I love their email. I can email my doctor with any question or problem and they get back to me very quickly. The bedside manner varies with the doctor. There is no billing.
