We did not want anyone else to renovate our new house. Every step of the remodel was handled in a timely manner. ASOD Home GroupOren was the best! He came by in August to look at the house and give an estimate & we clicked right away. Very calm and competent and a straight shooter, he gave us a ballpark & the written estimate was pretty close to what we had discussed. The SOD Home Group team demolished basically the whole house, remodeled two bathrooms, installed a new floor around the house, added new stairs and finished the upstairs room, installed HVAC, and completely rewired and replumbed the whole house in 4 months! VERY fast, in my experience! All problems that popped up, and there are always problems that pop up with even small remodels were handled quickly and to our satisfaction; even the ones that were caused by vendors/delivery companies! These guys are more expensive upfront than many contractors, but they did not go over the expected budget (setting aside project creep-my fault- and the unexpected- see having rewiring the house above) and the job was completed quickly and with no "shortcuts" that you might experience with someone else to keep costs down. If you value up-front pricing and honest work, you'd do well to give SOD Home Group a call for an estimate.- Marla L.

The work was completed on time and his team worked consistently without any delays or interruptions. They were on time. organized, clean, removed debris and were truly professional. Although Remodeling California is not the least expensive, the price was reasonable and Ilan takes you on the journey with updates, great communication and total transparency. ACreative Innovation Developers Inc.Working with Creative Innovation Developers has been the best experience I have ever had with a construction company. Ben, Ozzie, and Monica are extremely professional. They answer their phones, they return phone calls and emails immediately. They are punctual. Their workers upon their arrival get to work immediately. They began breaking ground on August 4th 2020 and as of today we are waiting for the city to inspect all electrical and then they will start the final phase. They've also had two dumpster trucks come and clean my property. If I ever had to have construction done again, I would not hesitate to call Creative Innovation Developers. AWhen I found IND Construction and decided to move forward with them, I felt at ease. Every single step, from design to architecture to clearing out an old shed, to building the structure and final touches, was done with care. That meant a lot to me and my dad, especially now, with COVID-19. The workers were thoughtful and all my questions were answered and attended to. At the end of the day, I was really thankful that my guesthouse was built. It gave me a sense of relief and accomplishment. When I look at it, I think of my mom, who had wanted to build a guesthouse. I think she would have been really happy.

FMatt, the owner, is a nice guy, however, he rarely returns phone calls or texts. Left many tasks unfinished, Installed a door that doesn't shut, installed a planter that is pulling out of the wall, left drywall unpatched inside our house, didn't finish installing a roof vent and now that we spent a lot of money painting our house we have no confidence in the warranty since he will not return phone calls or texts.
