    Finesse Remodeling & Consulting Inc
After doing a trial with Finesse we decided to hire them to finish our whole house: guest bath, interior paint, master bath, closets, kitchen, exterior paint, etc. We're finally done and we couldn't be happier. What impresses me most is their professionalism. Avi and Joyce always answer the phone no matter what (or call back in a timely manner) and keep clean records. Avi really cares that the job is quality and that every detail upon finishing is to my liking. His workers are incredibly respectful and didn't hesitate to make small adjustments to accommodate my perfectionism. I definitely recommend Avi and his team and will consider using them again in the future.

It is difficult to earn my trust when it comes to home remodeling and repair and I must say Avi and his team have definitely earned it. We hired Finesse to remodel our child/guest bathroom and also to update two bedrooms. Their attention to detail is uncanny. The tile work is amazing. I've received many compliments and anyone who's remodeled and used tile, they know how hard this is to achieve. They went above and beyond to make sure our home was safe and dust free in certain areas while my baby and I stayed home during the remodel. His workers were very respectful and always happy - that says A LOT. Avi always answers the call and Joyce is patient and very helpful. We were so impressed, we plan on hiring Finesse to remodel the kitchen, master bath and living areas this summer.

    BMO Kitchen & Bath Renovations
We interviewed 4 contractors to update our decades-old kitchen and Mikes professionalism, experience, and honesty about what was realistically possible to stay within our budget and pass inspections while still getting the kitchen that we want, stood out from the rest. We knew instantly that we wanted to work with him. We hired Mike in December and he started the job in mid-January. Although we kept the basic foot print of our kitchen, everything was torn down and replaced. We did manage to stay fairly close to our budget; some minor adjustments were made along the way, but we were so relieved it was nothing major - just additional reinforcement for safety & longevity, so well worth it. There were a few unavoidable delivery delays (due to rough weather up north and back east) but Mike kept us informed and worked around them, still managing to complete the job in 7 weeks.6-8 was the prediction. Mike kept good records, gave us receipts for every payment (we paid as we went for each stage of construction), and he always explained everything. My husband and I have never had any major renovations before, so we were obviously newbies, but Mike was patient and understanding. He honored each reasonable request and made a good argument for the ones that wouldnt be worth the investment. He made clear to us in the beginning dont be afraid to ask for what you want, because you wont be happy unless you do. Even if I couldnt do absolutely everything, Mike made sure I never felt I was compromising and often came up with a better solution. Mike and his right hand man, the polite & hardworking Joseph, and all of the other subs always showed up on time and were courteous and professional. Some of the days were long, so I didnt always mind if they werent able to clean up every single day. If a cleaned-up workspace is important for you, just let Mike know. I noticed in some of these other reviews, they complement the cleanup, so Mike will know if its a priority of yours. As long as its clean when the job is done, thats all we cared about - and it was. Mike even came back after all the work was finished to make any tweaks necessary. He even went out of his way to get me a touch-up kit to keep the cabinets looking beautiful for years to come. I know this is long, but renovations are a big deal and there are so many things to consider. Fortunately, we picked the right person for the job and every moment I spend in my brand new kitchen makes me grateful that we did. I highly recommend you consider BMO for your next big job. I know we will!

We used Concept Renovations and their great TEAM a few times before "and we LOVE our new Deck". This year we were ready to call them for our kitchen remodel which YES our dining room steps out into the back and YES on our "BEAUTIFUL DECK" The work was done on time and the schedule was intense I will add on. AGAIN nothing but high quality work from start to finish. We recommend them for outdoor and indoor work.

    BMO Kitchen & Bath Renovations
Mike and his team were extremely professional, clean and detail oriented. Always punctual and flexible in an instant when needed. Also, Mike and his team are just plain nice and courteous gentlemen! I have personally had three previous full bathroom restorations in my life and Mike was by far the best contractor I have a ever dealt with. In such a project, there are always unforeseen issues and these were handled with thoughtfulness and consideration by Mike. Thank you again!

    BMO Kitchen & Bath Renovations
It was beyond excellent, BMO construction services and knowledge set such a high bar in perfection and attention to details that no other contractor can even come close. I am an engineer myself who is extremely picky and loves watching the work while it is done, not too many contractors like that and Mike passed with flying colors even with my extreme pickiness. The finish on everything he did from tile work, to flooring to painting was like a picture glued on the walls and floors, his tile work is out of this world, the grout lines are even more square than a straight edge. He is a contractor who not only pays attention to details but also loves doing the work himself including plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinetry, there is nothing he can't do or know. His subs. for hardwood flooring and painting were excellent too. Actually, his painter Yota was a magician than a painter, I called him Michael Angelo. With Mike you actually get a real licensed contractor who does the work himself and stays with you all day, he is very selective since he does one job at a time, he is not the type of a contractor like what you get in these big colorful advertisements in magazines, where they show up 7:30 AM just to drop 2 guys to do the work and you don't get to see him again until 5 PM. Mike is there with you on every big and small, not only doing it himself but advising you and warning you on what needs to be done. I must have interviewed a dozen of contractors for my project over a 12 months period before I decided to go with BMO. I waited for Mike at least 3 months because I am a construction engineer myself and have dealt with many contractors and I knew what type of contractor Mike was from the first time we met and decided that no one else would fit my picky and high finish standards. All these big colorful ads in remodeling magazines are big scams, as in most of them you really not calling the contractor himself, they are just a telephone service taking down your details just to send you a sales rep. who is trained to pursued you in signing a contract, like a used car salesman by showing you all these wonderful pictures of previous work and you think this is great this is my dream prince contractor who is going to work on my remodeling, you are very wrong, once you sign the contract and he gets his commission you will never see him again. When the construction actually starts the real contractor or a supervisor finally shows up only to drop a construction crew in the morning and they briefly get directions for that day and off he goes to another job, you don't see him back until 4:30 pm. During that time no one is actually supervising the work or all the corner cuts and the sub standard work that is being done. With Mike he is there all the time because he is doing it himself or supervising his subs. If you have a project don't hesitate a second to call mike, he is worth waiting for and deserves every single penny he asks for because he will give you your dream finish and well engineered product, he checks and double checks everything. Most importantly, he started on time and finished before the contracted time, he even came back after the contract was over and been paid in full to repeat some fishing touches that he was not happy with, they looked fine to me but he wouldn't let it go. He is even more perfectionist than me which my wife couldn't believe such person ever existed. Thanks Mike, Miguel and Yota for all the hard work and for putting up with my extreme pickiness!!

    JVP Construction Inc
Here's the big news: they finished on schedule and slightly under budget (since Shawn picked up the tab on a couple small add ins). Any issues or complaints we raised always resulted in "sure, we'll fix that". All the crew were very competent and pleasant to deal with. Work quality was very good, if not excellent, with only minor glitches. We would use them again.

    Nexxus Remodeling Inc
Working with Tony and his team was a great experience. We met with 2 other contractors but no one really instilled confidence or ensured that they can meet our deadline. We started demo in mid-November with a move in date for the start of February. With the holiday season in between other contractors were skeptical in their ability to deliver. Tony was confident it could be done and he did not disappoint. This was our first home and we bit off more than we can chew as far as the remodel but Tony helped us and guided us through the process. He was trustworthy and straight with us with what needed to be done. If there was an issue he brought it up for discussion and we tackled it as needed. His team did an excellent job and they listened to and answered any questions or changes we had along the way to get the house how we wanted. His main team consisted of John the construction manager, Francisco the carpenter and Carlos the painter. Each was a pleasure to work with and gave us quality work. Tony's price estimate was higher than the other two contractors we talked to but the level of service and quality he provided was well worth it. Tony will tell you that from the start. He shadowed us at multiple stores to ensure we buy the right hardware/countertops/tiles/sink/tub/toilet/etc. He helped us with decisions along the way. He was always available via phone or text to answer any concerns or questions. He hounded his team if anything was subpar and made the necessary adjustments to give us what we want. City of Glendale is known for its tough inspectors but Tony and his team dealt with them appropriately, hammering away any issues due to confusion brought on by 3 different city inspectors. Overall we were very happy with Nexxus and Tony. We moved in the first week of February and haven't looked back since.

    Pure Home Remodeling
Our remodeling project started with the wrong company that we hired for our second story addition and a complete first floor remodel on our 1100 sq./ft. house. When this happened, we left with a house that was unlivable. The walls were out of plumbing pipe, beams were missing and in a total complete mess. One of our friends recommended us to hire several companies that can come and finish the work but in the end, we felt that this will cause more and more problems. As our search kept going, we came across Pure home remodeling and when we met with them at the house, we spoke to Adi and told him what we want and if it can be done. Adi came back to us few days after with a plan on how to take over and to complete the work so we can move in and start to enjoy our new house. While Adi and his team did their plans and suggestions, we did more and more research about them because we wanted to be sure that our house will be completed. After all of our additional meetings with Adi, We decided that we will hire them and we went forward with our remodeling project. Adi and his teams of skilled people rebuilt our house in a better way than it should have been done from the beginning. He was able to combine his skills and vision in order to deliver outstanding product. The house came out much more beyond our expectations. He visited the house on a daily basis and managed the crews on top of ordering all the materials and scheduling all the subcontractors that worked at the house as well. Now that the house is complete and we already moved to the house, we can mention that our house is the evidence that they know how to take any remodeling project and to complete it while making the clients happy and without any stress. Pure home remodeling price was very reasonable for the work that they did on our home. We truly hope that no one will have to go thru our first experience, but if they do... than they need to make sure to hire the right contractor that will be able to complete any remodeling project. Pure home remodeling is a company that I would hire again without reservation.

    Creative Home Remodeling Group Inc.
From the initial process through the very end, they were professional and made sure that we were happy customers. There were definitely a few hiccups and miscommunications along the way - but I think this would happen with any contractor - the reason I still give them 5 stars is that at the end of the day, it was their priority to make us happy, and that we are! The name of their company could not be more perfect. They are indeed creative and that is why we chose them. In the beginning of the process, Danny and Nir came over to give us a quote and take measurements for a sketch. They were the only contractors out of the three that we interviewed that suggested we add drop lights, change the shape of the island, and make better use of our pantry space. Throughout the process, they were very responsive and got things done QUICK. I also appreciated that during the demo-phase, they built a wooden barrier so that no dust would escape - this was especially nice since we had a newborn at the time. All of the contractors were very professional and they had a port-o-potty outside so they didn't have to use our bathroom. Overall, we are VERY happy with our kitchen and would definitely go with them for our next big project. Thank you, Danny, Nir, David, Candy, and everyone else on the Creative Home Remodeling Group team!
