    I paid for 4 hours with two cleaners for $110.00. They needed one additional hour to finish and charged me $60. I felt that 5th hour for $60.00 was very expensive for just one hour. They were on time, courteous, and they did do a good job.

    Sorry in advance for this long review. Court proceedings are done (YES, you read that correctly), and I feel it's my responsibility as an Angie's List (AL) member to share my experience. I'm certain that during my years using AL that I've been spared a lot of "bad" contractors, so it's my turn to help spare others. Everything I say here is fact. I'll try not to provide judgment and leave that part up to you.
    First, Judy does NOT clean. She's simply a "middle-man" who schedules cleaners. I was charged exactly DOUBLE what she paid her cleaners. I don't know if this is always how she prices her jobs. Secondly, I'm an extremely honest person. I've NEVER once sued anyone nor have I ever been sued. If I haven't paid a bill, it's because I either lost it or never received it (both rare things). My credit record is stellar. I can't handle dishonesty, especially from adults. Thirdly, in this review, I'll freely admit the mistakes I made.
    Let's get to the review. We were moving into our new house on Tues., June 9th, 2015. We'd recently refinished the hardwood floors, so there was an EXCESSIVE amount of dust. The house required a very deep cleaning. The woman who was scheduled to clean had to cancel on Fri., June 5th. I was desperate to find someone at such short notice. I found Judy?s Clean Palace Housekeeping on AL after a quick search on my phone. I called two companies. Judy was the first one to call me back. (MISTAKE #1: I DIDN'T THOROUGHLY READ HER REVIEWS.)
    Judy had a crew available to clean on Mon., June 8th, and she explained that they'd provide a very thorough deep cleaning. She tried to tell me about a ?deal,? which was quite confusing. It would be X hours for X amount of money if you do this or that and purchase it on the AL website. Her explanation of this ?package? kept changing. I told her several times that I wasn't concerned about how many hours the ladies would be there. My concern was having the house completely clean before we moved in. I told
    her that with 4 people, I expected them to be there all day because (1) the house is nearly 3,600 square feet and (2) the house was incredibly dusty. She agreed with my assessment during the phone call. We didn't agree on a price then because we were both unsure about how long the cleaners would take. She told me to call her when the cleaning was complete so we could figure out the amount of the check that I needed to write. (NOTE: THIS WAS ALL DISCUSSED IN SMALL-CLAIMS COURT, AND SHE DIDN'T DENY ANY OF THIS.)
    The four cleaners, including Housekeeper #1 (HK1), were so nice. They showed up on time at 9 a.m. (I was actually 5 minutes late getting to the house because my packers were running late.) I showed them around and gave them lots of cleaning supplies/chemicals that I'd purchased. I reiterated that every square inch of the vacant house needed to be cleaned, including the insides of the closets, cabinets, etc. I felt I was in good hands, so I planned to head back to my old house to supervise the packing. I told them I'd be back in the early afternoon to check on them when I?d be out buying lunch for the packers.
    Once I got in my car, I realized I'd forgotten my phone, so I went back into the house. The ladies were standing in a circle in the empty living room holding hands with their eyes closed. Although this caught me off-guard, I figured they must've been praying, so I quietly apologized, grabbed my phone, and ran back out to the car. I have nothing against this. My only point in mentioning this is that they didn't get straight to work cleaning the house. I have no idea how long they were praying (which is what I assume they were doing). It was after 9:30 a.m. when I left the house.
    I went back to the house at 1 p.m. I was shocked to hear the ladies saying they were finished. I had expected them to be there all day. As I was in a rush to return to packing at the old house, I didn't have time to thoroughly check the house (MISTAKE #2). The ?head? cleaning lady, HK1, was on the phone with Judy trying to figure out what they should charge me. I don?t speak Spanish fluently, but I could tell by her facial expressions, body language, and volume of her voice that something wasn?t right. Their phone conversation lasted several minutes. I was told to write the check for $640. It surprised me, but I was in such a rush, and I knew this lady was just the messenger, so I wrote the check (MISTAKE #3).
    It wasn?t until later in the afternoon that I started doing the math and realized that I'd way overpaid for this service. They cleaned for a maximum of 4.5 hours. The math comes out to $35.56 per hour per cleaning lady. (NOTE: THE 4.5-HOUR TIME PERIOD WAS NOT DISPUTED IN SMALL-CLAIMS COURT.) I texted Judy to find out if I'd overpaid. She called me shortly after. As she did
    on the phone during our first conversation, she kept trying to tell me how the ?deals? worked. It was very confusing, and she kept changing the amounts. In addition, she kept telling me that the cleaning ladies had worked for a longer amount of time than what I
    knew they'd worked. I hung up the phone more confused than ever & feeling very cheated.
    I was unable to return to the new house until 1 p.m. the next day (Tues., June 9th) as I was supervising the movers all morning at the old house. It was time for the moving truck to leave the old house and head to the new one, so I got a head start and arrived at the house at about 1 p.m. Much to my dismay, I saw that most of the insides of the closets & cabinets were filthy. They hadn't even been touched. Not even the shelves that were EASILY accessible had been cleaned.
    Immediately, I took photos & texted them to Judy to show her proof that the house hadn't been deeply cleaned at all. We had a couple brief phone conversations, but I told her the movers were arriving, so I didn?t have time to talk. I made her aware about how upsetting it was to see the house in that condition. She wanted to send the ladies back to clean right at that moment, but at that point, I already was knee deep in CLEANING IT MYSELF because I had to unpack and put things away. She proceeds to send me texts that day about the pricing, hours, etc., but NOTHING about the mess. No apologies about the mess at all.
    Two days later, on Thurs., June 11th, two of the cleaning ladies knocked on my door with no advance notice. It was HK1 and her daughter (HK2). I let them in, and we talked about what had happened. They told me that they were shocked that Judy had charged me $640. They told me they'd been paid $320 TOTAL for all four ladies. In addition, they told me that on the phone that day (June 8th), Judy was rushing them to another job, which is why they didn't have time to finish the deep cleaning. HK2 even made a comment about how Judy has done this type of thing before. (NOTE: HK1 APPEARED IN SMALL-CLAIMS COURT BUT WAS HESITANT TO TAKE EITHER MY SIDE OR JUDY'S. AT COURT, JUDY NEVER DENIED SENDING THE LADIES OFF EARLY TO ANOTHER JOB.) They were well aware that they hadn't cleaned thoroughly & felt really badly and wanted to clean right then and there. However, given (1) I'd already cleaned most of the mess myself and (2) the state of the boxes/unpacking all over the house, I told them that now was not a good time. HK1 gave me her business card, and I told her I?d call her soon to have them come back and clean some more. A week or two later, HK1 & HK2 did return to clean, but it was at my expense. My issue did not involve them. The problem was with Judy.
    I texted Judy to let her know that the ladies had stopped by & had told the truth. The next day, on Fri., June 12th, I placed a stop payment on the $640 check I'd written, because I realized it hadn't yet been cashed. This was the first time in my life that I?d ever scheduled a stop payment on a check. (MISTAKE #4: I DIDN'T NOTIFY JUDY THAT I'D ISSUED A STOP PAYMENT.)
    The next few weeks were crazy & hectic with all that comes with moving. Soon, we were headed to the east coast for vacation. We didn't have the issue resolved yet. While gone, we exchanged text messages and agreed on $400 as the price I'd pay. We returned in mid-Aug., and 3 days later my kids started school, they got lice, I was hospitalized with kidney stones, etc. Honestly, with everything going on, I FORGOT to send her payment. I never received a paper bill (MISTAKE #5: I DIDN'T ASK FOR A PAPER BILL.), and it slipped my mind. On Sept. 5th, I received certified mail threatening me with a summons if I didn?t pay $640. I was shocked that now she was BACK UP TO $640. I immediately sent her a check for $350, which was more than she'd paid out. I texted Judy to say she'd be receiving the payment in her mailbox by Sept. 14th. She never answered & never cashed the check. (MISTAKE #6: I SHOULD'VE JUST SENT $400, BUT I WAS SO ANGRY BY HER RAISING THE PRICE BACK UP TO $640.)
    I then received a summons/lawsuit for $640. An edited summons arrived later with ADDITIONAL $1,555 added onto the lawsuit! I went to court to defend myself, but I couldn't believe taxpayer $$$ was being wasted on this. Judy was 25 mins. late, she repeatedly referred to me angrily as "woman," said several times that she was there to "get you!" It was bizarre. She seemed bothered that I was actually nice. I apologized for forgetting to pay $400 right away. It was not intentional. Judy never apologized and even told the judge that she?d been willing to accept $320. Not once did she ever say that to me or text that to me. Judge wanted us to settle for $450. We both agreed. But, she wanted to keep the $350 check, too! Settlement doesn't work that way. The $350 was void the second we walked in the courtroom. Judge said he'd mail his decision. In the end, I had to pay $576 for a not-so-Clean Palace. Judge applied a formula to calculate payment. Unfortunately, the formula didn't account for me cleaning up 80% of the mess they left. But, still better than the $2,195 she wanted.

    I would say it was actually an easy job for them. The carpet wasn't terribly dirty, and they didn't have to clean the entire rooms because much of the carpet was covered in area rugs. I think they charged me as if they did the entire rooms, though. They talked me into several upcharges...enzymes, ScotchGuard, sealing tile after cleaning grout, etc. So, my bill was much higher than the original quote. Not happy about that, but at least they did a good job. Easy to get the cleaning scheduled, and they were really nice and professional.

    I was really underwhelmed - especially after reading the glowing reviews. Scheduling was a nightmare because they kept canceling - without much or any notice. I stayed home several times only to have them not show. So frustrating and a huge waste of my time and money. When they finally came, I thought they did a mediocre job and charged me for an entire man hour that they didn't work ( they left 15 mins early x 4 people). I would not call them again - I can get more work done, better, just hiring my kids.

    I was contacted immediately after emailing a question through Angie's List. Unlike another cleaning service also on Angie's that never called back and just emailed asking for how many rooms.   An appointment for a walk thru was set for the same week. Cesar arrived on time to our meeting. Was very professional and did not waste any time.  Explained their products and process for cleaning well.   I was emailed pricing for weekly service and they started the next week. I was not at my office but my staff received the crew.  Reports from all is they were courteous, through and efficient.  Everything looked great.  We have them set to do our offices weekly. First time cost was over 300 but weekly maintenance is $180 which is more than our prior offices cost to be cleaned but still within our current budget. They are professional, work quickly and remembered details I requested so price at this time is justifiable for excellent service.

    Hired Regina to do a semi - deep cleaning. I found her to be very personable and caring. Had a little trouble with intial communication but she had a few issues with her crew and their schedule. Regina and helpers (three ladies) got right to work and did a very good job. My only issue was that some items were put back in different areas (not a biggie). Would use her again definitely !!!

    When I scheduled the cleaning, I let the operator know that I could not schedule an 8am start time because I would be bringing kids to school at that time.  8:30 would be my earliest start time.  The operator said that makes scheduling a little difficult, but that she would allow it.  YB sent 3 people to work for 1 hour & 20 min for a total of 4hours.  They arrived early just as I was leaving to take my kids to school.  I told them I would need them to wait until 8:30 so they waited patiently with no complaint until I returned.  They efficiently split up the work I had requested (as described above) and went right to work.  They wasted no time in conversation with each other, but worked quickly in the 1 hour 20 min. available.  They finished the floors and bathrooms, but had no extra time for the window runners.  That was fine with me because that was additional work if they had time.  I had worked along side them cleaning other things in the house so I knew they had done their best in the allotted time.  They left promptly after 1 hour 20 min had passed.  They did a nice job surface cleaning, which was all that I requested.  I don't know how they would do with a more thorough cleaning as I had not paid for that.

    All Green Housekeeping
    All Green had cleaned my home previously approx 3 months ago.  They did a a pretty good job and Miguel the owner was very thorough.  I called again for a 2nd cleaning even though the last review for All Green wasn't very good.  Spoke to Miguel around 9:00 am...he sounded as if he was still sleeping.  He said that he would call me back to set up a date and time and to give me a price after he reviews his files of my previous cleaning.  He never called back....similar to previous posts.  Anyone who just can't pick up the phone to return a call and who promises something....Do not use.  Looks like his service has gone down in quality.

    For a routine housing cleaning for a 3bd/2 ba house (NOT a move in/move out cleaning), I had to schedule 2 months (60 days) in advance because of lack of availability of house cleaners.  I called twice in the morning the day of the appointment to confirm my 2 to 4 pm appointment.   By 4 pm no one had arrived and no one called about being late.  I tried to call the vendor but the phone just rang and rang.
    Eventually, after lots of interventions by the discounter agent, it took another month to schedule the make-up appointment, during which the crew did an mediocre job.
    Very unprofessional.  No show. Emails go unanswered.  Phones go unanswered with no voicemail to pick up.  I tried in good faith to work with them but would never deal with them again.
