ASprinkler 911 & LandscapingWe are very impressed with Al and Sprinkler 911. He promptly responds to calls and arrives for work on time. His quotes are accurate and we didn’t receive any surprises. He listened to our ideas, and he took the time to develop a plan with us. We never felt like he was trying to push his own ideas or to make it a bigger job. We are very happy with the quality of his work and attention to detail. We had him place completely new irrigation in a 1 acre backyard area, remove trees, move rocks, place new topsoil, and prepare the soil for seeding. He finished on time and in budget. His prices are comparable to other contractors. That being said, we feel we got a great value because it was a pleasure working with him. I highly recommend Al and Sprinkler 911. APacific West LandscapingI have used this company for years and am very pleased with their work. The weekly guys put my green bin out when they are done with the yard, which I especially appreciate. They have put in cement walkways, repaired irrigation when needed, installed and maintained my outdoor lighting, both front and back, mulched my garden when needed, and responded to special requests for plantings. DAnthony Campos LandscapeOur backyard landscape project started in July 2020 which started out as replacing all irrigation valves as they would continuously get stuck on. Tony kept promising the project would be completed in 2 weeks. All of our grass (9000 sq ft)and some trees/plants died from lack of water and from having a bobcat running over it. He assured us he would replace it all at no cost to us. As of January 2021 (6 months later) Tony abandoned the job using excuse after excuse. I paid a lot of money and didn’t receive half the service. I finally hired another company that came in and finished the job within 1 month. If Tony had a full crew out here every day, he may have finished it. He only had one person, Andrew, that knew what he was doing but you can’t get a project this big done with only 1 guy. Tony was not good at keeping me updated on the status. There were weeks where no one showed up. To this date, we still have his port-a-potty sitting in my yard.- Connie Q.

FSprinkler 911 & LandscapingThe morning of us meeting to go over my landscaping plans, he postponed for 5 hrs due to an emergency. When he arrived we spent over 1 1/2 hours going over what I wanted and he told me to give him a few days to get the estimate. Two weeks later I called and inquired about the price on his voice mail and he never answered me back, which has been 6 weeks. Show some courtesy! All he had to say at any point is he changed his mind about doing it.- Robert B.

AGreat. Lupe responded immediately and came out and did an estimate. We set the removal up for two days later. He showed up with a team and finished the work in two hours. He listened carefully to my specific requests and did not do any damage, plus they cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend him.
