ANo Limit Carpet & Floor CareTodd arrived ahead of schedule and ready to work. His technology was new to me and he took time to answer all my questions and concerns. He pre-treated stains and went to work. He was able to do my house in an efficient and timely manner. There was little residual moisture so the carpet dried much more quickly than traditional steam cleaning. He also cleaned the upholstery on a chair and it looked like new when he was done. FShe asked me 2 times what I wanted cleaned. I told her the whole house. She tried cleaning windows and left streaks all over the windows. I had to vacuum after she left because there was stuff all over the carpet. I tried calling the number listed but it was disconnected.

AThe carpets were original to the house (about 18 years old) and in very rough shape, having been a rental property. The cleaning crew came in, pretreated, then shampooed the entire house. It looked much better but the high traffic areas were still very warn. The guys were friendly and professional.
