AA.W.Kelley Sewer 'D' Rooter PlumbingNone better. Peace of mind. Honest to a fault, prompt, very reasonable. I would never risk calling anyone else. I've had enough experiences where you know you're getting ripped off because it's an emergency. That never happens with Anthony Kelley. He came to my home on CHRISTMAS when my water heater blew and I gave overnight guests. He got the job done. I am so loyal to this company.- gayle t.

ACRAZY DRAINSOn Friday evening the day we moved into our "new to us" home the drain system backed up. We were trying out the washing machine and saw that it was draining into the bathtub, then we noticed that the toilets were flushing into the bathtub! We tried plunging and went to HD to purchase strong chemicals to unclog the drain to no avail. We bailed out the standing water and left the chemicals in the drain overnight before flushing to give it more time to work. Saturday morning the drain was still clogged. I called Crazy Drains at 7 AM (add said it was open 24/7). I didn't get a response so I called again and called 2 other 24 hour plumbing companies with no response. George called me back at about 9 AM, came to check out the situation and then returned at about 12 noon with equipment to cut the roots out of the main drain. He was very courteous, professional, patient and efficient. He patiently answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. We would use him again. I know it was a Saturday morning, but I would have greatly appreciated a faster response time since we had to use the toilet at local fast food restaurants.- Be A.

ARescue Cesspool & Drain LLCQuick response is critical for cesspool problems. They came the same morning, about two hours after the phone call. You asked "Would you use this provider again in the future?" Yes, I would ... but I really hope that I don't have to!!- Gary S.

AAlonso's Pumping ServiceOnce again Alonso Pumping has done a excellent job for us. First used them 3 years ago for a backed up septic system. Called them because we were tired of the large septic business' trying to sell us something we really didn't need( always a new drain field we have three). Alonso inspected our tank and discover that an elbow was not secured and would fall off causing the system to back up. Fixed the problem and had no more problems until this week end. This time the screen needed to be cleaned and tank was pumped. They do a honest days work and don't give you a line. They just do what needs to be done and don't take you to the cleaners.- Sharon Z.

FCRAZY DRAINSI called on the morning of the 25th, and was told that someone could be there between 3:00 and 4:00. I took the time off from work and made sure I was home by 3:00. When 4:00 rolled around, I called their office to find out when the plumber was expected. The dispatcher gave me a cell phone number to call. When the plumber answered, he said I was not on his schedule, so I called the office again. I explained that I made an appointment in the morning, and was expecting a service call between 3:00 and 4:00. She said she would check into it. Apparently, the person who took my call did not put me on the schedule. The plumber finally came by. As soon as he got there he gave me the "you need to replace this sewer line" talk because I have a Carmel drain. (AS DO ALL OF MY NEIGHBORS.) Well, I plan to when I win the lottery, until then I will call a plumber every year to snake it out. Three weeks later the sewer line is backed up again. Handwritten on the face of the invoice is"NO Guarantee." Needless to say, there is no guarantee that I will ever use this service again.- Susan F.

AAll work was performed professionally and well. I'm around the house lot, so I saw the Bellows plumbers working, and they knew what they were doing. I wasn't thinking about replacing the old disposal until they showed me how close to leaking it was. Since I knew that the disposal was really old, it wasn't a big surprise that it was just a matter of time until it started leaking. And a no-brainer to replace it. My wife and I found the kitchen faucet at Home Depot, and the Bellows guy removed the old one and installed the new one. We were left with a job of finishing the caulking around the sink (it had moved during the faucet replacement and needed to be recaulked), but that was fine. I'm okay with caulking, rather not pay a plumber extra to do that. On the pressure reducer valve (PRV), they brought the related plumbing up to code (and safety standards) by adding an expansion tank at the water heater. Then they installed the PRV that I had found recommended on the internet, even though they usually installed a different, also recommended model. I was happy that they were willing and able to follow what I had found to be the best PRV for the job. They took care of getting the air and junk out of the supply lines, and left the pressure adjusted to 75psi, nice to have a job really finished. I do have to say that their rates are high, I'll have to balance that in the future. The toilet work, unclogging and changing the flapper valve was over $200, but the toilet is working well now, like new. The kitchen faucet change was over $500, about twice what I had hoped for. Changing the disposal was over $500, including the 1/2HP model that they installed. The PRV work was about $1000 including parts...don't know what to say about that one, no basis for comparison. They did give me an estimate ahead of time for the PRV work, and stuck with it. As I said, all work was done completely and professionally. There is a lot to be said for using a contractor that you can count on to do the job and leave you with a nice piece of work that doesn't need to have them come back to fix or finish. On the other hand, the rates charged seemed high to me. I'm willing to pay more for plumbing work that's done well, and I don't feel like I'll need them to come back. I'll figure out in the future if I feel that I can continue to pay their high rates. Confidence in their work counts for a lot for me, though.

FThey came out promptly, he was looking and could not find the leak. I notified Cal Am, because my bill was well over $700.00 for a rental of only 2 people. Cal Am came out and found the leak within 5 minutes. It was a toilet that continuously ran. Could not be heard, but it was leaking. Mr Rooter charged me $479.00 even though they did not complete the job. The office manager said they would refund the money, that was on 12/5, today is 6/10 and they will not respond to me any longer...I guess it is off to small claims court when they reopen. Buyer beware!!

FDelta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less.

AWe were very happy with the work they did and that they talked us out of a cople of projects that could have been lucrative for them but expensive and unnecessary for us. (the $0.00 "cost of service" was only option allowed on Angie's list. Don't remember exact costs but were reasonable compared to other bids.
