    I first took the truck (99 Dodge Ram 2500 4WD Manual Transmission) in for the nut replacement on the 5th gear overdrive.  They did the job and returned the truck to me.  The tech who returned it to me asked if the 3rd gear synchronizer was always bad when he took it for a test drive (I did not go on the test drive).  I told him that all gears in the main gearbox (Reverse and 1st thru 4th) functioned fine (NO SYNCHRONIZER PROBLEMS).  He let me take it home and 3rd gear would not shift without a grinding problem.  I took it back and they now needed to remove the transmission and inspect to see what was wrong.  They inspected the total transmission for defective parts and told me it needed $1,521 in parts to overhaul it.  (I also had to pay for the transmission oil again that I had just paid $110 for on the first job).  They did the overhaul and I picked up the truck.  After driving it for about 1,500 miles I noticed it popped out of 3rd gear on occasion when I backed off the throttle.  I took it back on three occasions and told them about it but they could not get it to do the same.  On the third time I asked them what I could do as this is not acceptable.  The owner told me that he could remove the transmission and there would be a cost to me if it needed any parts.  THEY INSPECTED ALL PARTS AND REPLACED WHAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED.  THIS ANSWER IS UNACCEPTABLE AS THEY OVERHAULED THE UNIT AND ALL PARTS THAT WERE DEFECTIVE WERE REPLACED.  TO TELL ME THERE COULD BE A CHARGE FOR THIS IS D*** UNACEPPTABLE!!!!  I PAID $2,927.33 FOR THIS JOB AND THEY SHOULD MAKE IT GOOD AT NO COST TO ME

    It was excellent.  They were very accommodating.  They are extremely honest as well.  They dealt with our insurance company – and they definitely know what they are doing.  Overall, just a really good body shop.

    I got an estimate and a reservation to do the work from the owner. I was unable to keep my appointment but a call got me a revised date.
    The work commenced within two hours of my dropping off my car.  (I happened to be driving by and saw that the work had commenced. During the time the car was there I had occasion to stop by and everyone there was very helpful and cheerful. The  owner took me to see the repairs in progress.
    Finally, the car was done a day before the estimate or 25% sooner whichever way you want to say it. The work was perfect, including a difficult paint color match.
