I heard great things about this dealership so I decided to take my 2003 Harley Sportster in to them for a leaking carburator with gas pouring out of the bike onto the crankcase and poor performance. I made an appointment and took my bike in. I was called at the end of the day that my bike was ready to be picked up, so I did and while riding it home everything seemed to be good, until the bike died on me. I switched the petcock from on to reserve but the bike wouldn't start. I had my brother come and get me and we loaded the bike up on a trailer. When I filled the bike up with gas it immediately started leaking like sieve again, so I took it back to ECHD and told them what had happened. My service rep called me and said the problem was due to a bad petcock, I thought well that explains the reserve possibly not working but how in the heck does that address the fuel leak, regardless I was told again it was ready to go. Again I picked up the bike and about 3 miles in on my ride home, it freaking starts pouring gas out on the crackcase again and all over me. My wife said she could see the gas blowing off the bike on the way home. Needless to say I was ****** and called my rep, bring it back again they said we will make sure its fixed, so back to ECHD it went again. I was called the next day and told that they tracked the problem down to a fuel line which was cracked and leaking fuel (mind you I know my way around bikes) I told my rep that I had witnessed the leaks and they were never on the outside of the carb, he assused me the mechanic fixed the leak and it was ready for pick up. When I picked the bike up they said they waived the cost of the 3rd visit which was the fuel line (I sure hope so after the 3rd time) Again on my way home from the dealership the bike started sputtering and leaking fuel again in the same exsact spot on the crankcase. (are you kidding me) I called the service manager Ron and explained my dilema and that almost $900 dollars later it has the same problem that the bike was taken in for and has still not been fixed, Ron immediately started defending all the actions taken by ECHD and said their must have been multiple issues (which may or may not be true, but is possible, the bike had sat for many years without being rode). I explained to Ron that I brought the bike in for a very specific reason, a fuel leak and sputtering, and that after three visits to the dealership with professional mechanics my bike was still leaking from the exsact same spot as I originally took it in for. Ron dropped about a dozen f bombs on me and said his guys are the best and factory trained and if there was still and issue it had to be due to multiple issues and then suggested I was calling him and his team liars. I said, I brought the bike in for a leaking carb and it is still leaking from the esact same spot as the original reason for the service appointment and again almost $900 later it is still leaking and the problem has not been fixed. (the conversation between Ron and myself was one of the worst I have ever had, 0 customer service and I was told we shouldn't do business anymore) I was also told that my bike's carb was never opened up in any of the 3 times it was there at the dealership, ***? To make matters worse I was never given a recepit or a summary of the work performed, I did not get any of the replacement parts back (which is CA law)to verify they needed to be replaced or to visually inspect the bad parts and now almost $900 bucks later I still have the same issue and was told by Ron to basically f off they didn't want my business because I questioned what had been done the three times the bike was in the shop. I'm not sure how everyone else feels but I were to go to the dentist and they said they fixed my tooth but 3 times later the same tooth is acting up in the same way, I would skepical of the visits and overall procedure. Do you pay them for fixing teeth that may not have been an issue? If they fix everything except the problem what good does it do me. (btw, the staff was friendly though out, except Ron)

I need to take it back in because it is giving me a problem again. I had taken it for the first time, but they couldn't figure out what was going on, so I had to take it back in, and they fixed it, but a few months later it started giving me the same problem. Because I bought the car there, and I had a warranty, so I was pleased with their service. They always wash my car and things like that. I wouldn't have any complaints. The interactions have always been good. The work turned out good until it quit working. They fixed it, and then whatever they fixed stopped working, so it is an intermitten problem.

We are really happy with them. They are always wonderful. I also had my daughter's car in there last June for full tire rotation and checkup. We buy our tires from them and then we just have them check them whenever they are due for rotation to make sure that they are working well. One of the tires of my daughter's car blew months ago and they were so awesome. She was out of town and they paid to have the tire replaced because it was still under warranty. They have always been really good. The last visit that I had with them was totally free. I just slipped my mother-in-law's car in there because her warning was up a bit saying that the air pressure was off. So, they checked the tires and it did not cost a penny. About three or four years ago, my husband was overseas in Iraq and they told me that I needed new tires and I had sent him a message that I was going in to get new tires. And when I was going back to them, he called me on my cellphone and they took the time to sit down and talk to him long distance on my cellphone about the different tires. They just went out of their way to sit and talk to him and explain things to my husband because he felt so helpless being so far away. He was real happy with what they ended up putting on the car. He said, "Okay. Well, let me look some things up and I am going to call you back." So, we sat there and waited until he called back on my cellphone. I remember thinking, "These guys are so nice." They have always worked me into their schedule and they have always given professional and polite service. I have always felt that they were being honest and fair. I have been so impressed with them that I do not even look elsewhere for tires now through the years.

They were very responsive when I e-mailed them.  Setup and appointment very quickly. When they arrived they had forgotten a part so had to reschedule for two days later.  They were again on time and gave us a $25 discount for the inconvience.

I had a couple of the smaller items worked on but, I was not comfortable doing the larger items without speaking with my spouse. I took my car to a local auto shop that I trust and they told me that my car did not have the problems that Honda wanted to work on. Honda called me several times to come back in to have the work done on my car. I let them know that I would not be doing the work at this time. As it turns out, they had kept my credit card charge for the oil change and quot;openand quot; so that they could add the future charges to the same bill. They wanted me to come back to the dealership to close out the transaction and provide my signature for the credit card charge. I find this to be very unprofressional and concerning.

The staff was helpful in getting me in at a time that worked for me. They aligned my tires in a reasonable amount of time. The staff also asked me if I had received a coupon via email, which I had. I would have forgotten to use the coupon if he had not reminded me. My only recommendation is to update the customer waiting area.

The work that was done was impeccable; my car was like new. The service was awesome from the first contact through completion of the work. The staff is very helpful and obviously puts the customer first. They drove me to a rental car company and when things did not work out well there, Caliber staff picked me up and took me to another rental car company. The communication throughout the week was perfect and much appreciated.

MIT Drivetrain Specialists is a wonderful company. We have used them before and we had a very bad experience with someone else a couple of years ago so we went to MIT, so they are wonderful. I can't say enough good things about them. The people are very nice. My husband liked them so much, he brought them doughnuts.

I have nothing to complain about with James and Brent. They are great guys and their work is reasonably priced.

They are honest and helpful and make getting our car repaired a joy. I would recommend them to anyone.

We are so happy to have found them and we found them through Angies List.

We found this company on Angies List and it was our first service on our 2003 BMW 525i with them.   Our service tech was Robert Lagos and he was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful with each problem we had with the car.  He even saved us hundreds of dollars on a steering angle sensor that we didn't need.   The dealer would have charged us to replace that part.   It was a great experience and I highly recommend this company for European auto repair.
