AIt’s hard to find companies that do great work, let alone get the work done on time. You get both from Smith’s Roofing. If you live in Visalia and need some roof work done call Smiths. And add them to your phone’s contact list. You will want to share that contact with family and friends. I’ve used them twice and have been more than pleased with the results. Call them!

ANeeded a new roof and relied on Angie's list. Ocean Seven Builders always came out on top and now I know why. Could not have been easier. No high pressure. Just the facts presented so we could make our own decision. Scheduling was fine, always kept us in the loop. Crew was professional, careful not to damage anything like plants, etc. and cleaned up after themselves after each work day. Love our new roof. Very happy with their service. AIt went marvelously. I waited to write this review until we got a good rain and heavy snow fall. June 2019, Stegman Roofing tore off two layers of roofing and replaced about 5 sheets of plywood sheeting and then laid down an ice and water shield and then tiger paw underlay and then "lifetime" true definition shingles. It looks great. Then, late spring, 2019, rain, lots of rain; still no leaks. Then, December 2019, came a snow storm that laid down more snow than any single storm has in the 25 years we've lived here--18". The snow stayed on the roof for over a week; still no leaks. His workers installed our new roof with such care they said is the same care they would give to their own grandmothers' roofs. How sweet and comforting that was to hear, and, after getting to know the workers, I believe they were sincere, truly sincere. NO LEAKS WHAT SO EVER! Now I should be happy with this new roof for the rest of my "lifetime."

AIt is wonderful experience working with Adam and Lorenam. We need to replace a couple of fascia boards on roof and install Solar Panels afterwards. American Array Solar has amazing teams. The entire process worked smoothly. Adam and Lorenam have taken care of every details on scheduling, design, permit and software monitoring. Technicians did great job on installation thus inspection passed immediately. The price is very competitive. We now have Solar Panel provide electricity to the house for clean air and life time saving on electricity bill. It is one of the best decisions that we have made to go with American Array Solar who are professional, and would defenitely recommend to anyone considering Solar energy or roof projects.
