ABushu ElectricI need to start off by saying this is certainly not my first rodeo with Bushu Electric. Actually, it could be my third or fourth, that's to say how much I respect and appreciate the expert customer service provided by, this company. When I called Bushu Electric, I spoke to Ashly and explained my exact issues. We scheduled a somewhat tentative appointment for the beginning of the next week. Lo and behold, Monday arrived and I totally forgot the appointment until Chaz was calling me on the phone to let me know that he was outside the door. I didn't answer so he left a message on my voicemail. I felt so badly and really wanted the work done asap yet not to waste his time. I'm By the time I returned his call, he was on his way to another job gosh darn. We talked and agreed that he would return upon completion of the other job. I was unable to be present so I provided him with temporary remote access to get started. I TRUST this company and have provided remote access for past jobs with them. Within a couple of hours, Chaz texted me to let me know that the job was complete and that all was well. ALL,IS WELL! Bushu Electric comes highly recommend by me...- Ryan P.

ABushu ElectricDaq, Chaz, Fred and their office staff were at all times professional. I contacted Bushu Electric for an estimate and an appointment was scheduled right away. Daq first arrived on a very rainy day, yet he was able to sketch my front and back yards for lighting ideas. He also led me to a website to reference various types of landscape lighting and flood lights. After I selected the lighting we were able to firm up an agreement on the total cost of the work to be done. Most days, I was unable to be present for the work so remote access was given and the wiring, landscape lighting, timers and dusk to dawn lighting was completed. Now on to the last task. The installation of the security camera system. Although it appeared to me to be a bit tedious, it went off without a hitch. All work was professionally done. No exposed wiring no mess. I'm very pleased with the total outcome and would highly recommend the Bushu Electric family to my family and friends. I expect to use them again for future projects...- Ryan P.

AWhite Stone Construction IncI found this contractor by way of a referral. A different contractor had performed work on my home that was AWFUL and had to be completely redone. Understanding the horrors of my situation, Daniel Cole and his White Stone Construction Inc. company were amazing to me. They showed up like knights in shinning armor to save the day -- and to redo what had to be done. The contractor and his entire crew were amazing. His estimator was a former building inspector for the City of Lancaster. Not only did he provide an accurate estimate, but he came in $750.00 under budget -- something I appreciated so much after having been destroyed by the bad actor contractor whose work White Stone Construction Inc had to redo. Everyone on the crew showed up on time every day, and they worked in a very clean manner. I never had to complain about picking anything up. Everything was disposed of properly. The workmanship was superior. I now get to enjoy my beautiful home once again. THANK GOD for White Stone Construction Inc. and Daniel Cole in particular! You are a king among contractors!- Diane B.

AMy wife and I could not be happier with our project from System Pavers. Estella, our project manager, was absolutely a joy to work with. She arrived exactly when she said she would and she was accessible and responsive throughout the project. Everything turned out exactly as promised. We also cannot say enough wonderful things about the construction crew. What an amazing group of human beings. Honestly, we have never seen anyone work as hard and fast as this team. They began removing nearly 1500 sq ft of concrete and replaced the area with pavers and a new fire pit in our courtyard and had the entire job completed in 5 days. They were attentive to every detail and after everyday of work they left the work area clean and organized. We have been talking about doing this for nearly 15 years and to see our dream come to reality is so awesome. Thank you Estella, System Pavers, and the entire team for making it all happen. Our family will now have a lifetime of enjoyment in our new space.

ALarry Nelms and his crews are awesome. They poured about 12 yards of concrete in my back and side yards and also landscaped with plants, mulch, and irrigation around my entire back yard. It was very reasonably priced and looks great. After explaining that I've always had trouble getting enough water to some dying Redwood trees, he recommended and installed Netafim drip. I was skeptical as I'd tried various drip and other types of irrigation and a few of the trees were still dying and I was sure they were goners. He assured me it would work. Fast forward a couple months and the trees are thriving. He was 100% right about what to do and Netafim was the perfect solution. I'm so grateful to not lose those trees. Part of the back yard project included moving some sprinkler valves from the back/side to the front so the whole side yard could be poured and look clean. The crew accidentally cut my pool fill line as it was buried with the sprinkler valves. This wasn't discovered until weeks after the concrete was poured. After letting Larry know, he came out personally with a team of guys, cleanly cut a patch of concrete above the cut, repaired the line, and repaired the concrete. No hassle whatsoever. Larry is easy to work with and I'd recommend his services to anyone. Thanks Larry!

ASo great. Great and quick communication and quick service. Came and did what they said they were gonna do and had it done BEFORE they said it was going to be done. There was no time wasted. Guys came in their company cars, worked, took their lunch, came back and continued until days end. I was quite impressed with the amount of work they completed and how well they did it. The owner came to check on the job and they cleaned up very well at the end of the day. We have had a lot of work done at our house over the years, and they are by far the most efficient, clean and professional. This was a patio replacement. We had an old steel patio and they replaced it with a stunning white aluminum patio, with two fans and an attached gazebo with carriage lights. It is stunning. They went above and beyond on design. The price was also comparable to other estimates i received for just the main patio with no gazebo. So I felt like I got more than what I paid for. Will definitely have them come back to do a full backyard remodel.

AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

DOur backyard landscape project started in July 2020 which started out as replacing all irrigation valves as they would continuously get stuck on. Tony kept promising the project would be completed in 2 weeks. All of our grass (9000 sq ft)and some trees/plants died from lack of water and from having a bobcat running over it. He assured us he would replace it all at no cost to us. As of January 2021 (6 months later) Tony abandoned the job using excuse after excuse. I paid a lot of money and didn’t receive half the service. I finally hired another company that came in and finished the job within 1 month. If Tony had a full crew out here every day, he may have finished it. He only had one person, Andrew, that knew what he was doing but you can’t get a project this big done with only 1 guy. Tony was not good at keeping me updated on the status. There were weeks where no one showed up. To this date, we still have his port-a-potty sitting in my yard.

DThe Smart Home features they installed, such as thermostat and door locks, etc. do not always work. For example, the Honeywell thermostat can no longer be operated from our phones and is difficult to install. Remote door locks are also unpredictable.
