    Kaiser Permanente
I like the comprehensive program they have. When I go to one place I don't have to get referred to other places at no cost. At least with the government program I don't have to pay extra to go to another office because labs and x-rays are included.

He is conscientious, friendly and thorough. He is not easy to get in to see. I don't have a problem with the billing but the administration in that place is all screwed up. They constantly have miscommunications but it is not the issue of the physician. I would see him again.

    ROC Physical Therapy
I walked in, the staff was very friendly.  Finished paper work and was taken back within 5 mins. Meet Larissa Raun, MPT and told her my knees history, having trouble walking, limping around, how much pain I have in my knees. She listened, wrote everything down and started my P.T right then.  My knees were tender But she was able to work on them in a way that when my appointment was over I was able to walk with with very little discomfort.  I have been to many Physical Therapist and never received the help & relieve of pain that I get from Larissa Raun, MPT.

I visited the doctor about 30-40 times in the last year as I had a seven way open heart bypass and I have been recouping ever since. The little dual cost me $293000 and I'm glad I had Kaiser. Kaiser doesn't do the heart surgery but they refer you to another hospital. They do everything at this center. I visited 2 or 3 cardiologist. I had both my knees replaced here as well. I would say they saved my life a couple of times.

    Pinner, Dr. Scott E
He is absolutely fabulous. He was totally empathetic to what I was going to. He didn't brush me off with anything. He tried to understand just what I was feeling. He explained everything to me. He responds immediately to my emails. He brought a colleague when he did an EMG on me, to make sure he wasn't missing anything. He doesn't have an ego problem. He works with other doctors. He listens to me. He directs me on where I should go next and what kinds of things I can do. He is a young doctor, but he is really good.

They treated my knee incorrectly and I am ending up having to have a knee replacement. Not just due to them obviously but they put me through a year of pain unnecessarily. TWICE, not just once, they forgot about me and I was left in the room and the building was locked for the night. The first time a Dr. was there and he showed me the way out, the second time I just went out with alarms blazing, I was p***** off. Office staff were very nice. Dr. B. was terrible and his manner is rude.
